RESUMO
El diagnóstico de Pseudoaneurisma de la arteria femoral superficial como complicación tras el trauma por herida penetrante es poco frecuente. Su presentación de forma tardía es realmente excepcional y de muy difícil diagnóstico si no se tiene una muy alta sospecha. Se presenta el caso de un varón de 17 años, que acude por presentar dolor y aumento de volumen en muslo izquierdo desde hace 10 días, tras haber sufrido trauma por herida punzocortante, con dos púas de alambre, hace dos meses, al examen físico presenta, dos cicatrices de 1 cm. Se le practicó ecografía con transductor lineal, sin mostrar ninguna evidencia de lesión profunda. Ante la duda y una fuerte sospecha, se realizó ecografía con transductor convexo Doppler color, que mostró flujo característico en "ying - yang” compatible con Pseudoaneurisma, que se confirmó inequívocamente con Angiotomografía compatible con dilatación sacular única de la arteria femoral superficial, la que fue resecada con éxito.
