Educação de jovens e adultos no ensino médio, uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o ensino de Ciências / Youth and adults in high school, a literature review on the teachingof Science

Este trabalho é um estudo bibliográfico sobre o ensino de ciências na educação de jovens e adultos direcionada para o ensino fundamental e médio. Para tanto foi realizado um levantamento em revistas voltadas para a educação e para o ensino de ciências nos últimos dez anos. Evidenciou-se um reduzido número de artigos, sendo que a maior parte contempla a análise documental. O aumento da produção acadêmicaa partir do ano 2005 reflete a necessidade de ampliar os conhecimentos sobre a temática.Nossos estudos apontam que o ensino de Biologia deve ser priorizado tendo em vista que não foram identificados trabalhos nesta área

This work is a bibliographic study on science education of youth and adults targeted for elementary and high school. Thus this literature review was conducted using magazines aimed at the education and science education in the last ten years. The findings indicated a small number of articles, which for the most part contemplates the documentary analysis . The increase of production from the academic year 2005 reflects the need to expand the knowledge about the subject. Our studies indicate that the teaching of biology should be prioritized considering that works in this field were not identified.

Bioética, pesquisa envolvendo seres humanos / Bioethics, research involving human beings

O debate relacionado às pesquisas envolvendo seres humanos é um tema que está sempre presente na vivência de profissionais da saúde. avanços científicos e tecnológicos impõem a realização de estudos clínicos, como é o caso de novos fármacos, equipamentos e materiais, interferindo diretamente na relação entre pesquisadores e sujeitos. Pesquisadores que detém o controle técnico-científico do procedimento – o lugar do poder – muitas vezes se julgam capazes de arbitrar sobre o que seria eticamente aceitável ou até mesmo benéfico para as pessoas que se encontram do lado mais delicado nesta relação. Um posicionamento que vem permitindo a manutenção e utilização de modelos tradicionalmente opressivos. Neste contexto, o propósito deste artigo é discutir as questões relacionadas às pesquisas com seres humanos sob ponto de vista histórico e sua relação com o surgimento da bioética como disciplina e, ainda, apresentar alguns aspectos das diretrizes brasileiras que regulamentam as pesquisas realizadas no país. A implementação destas diretrizes, contribuiu significativamente para reflexão, educação e regulamentação da questão de pesquisa em seres humanos em nosso país. Mas, estas diretrizes, tem que ser vistas como um processo em construção no sentido de garantir o respeito e a dignidade dos sujeitos de pesquisa. Em toda bibliografia consultada verificamos que o surgimento e a divulgação de diretrizes éticas relacionadas às pesquisas biomédicas não foram, até o momento, instrumentos totalmente eficazes no sentido de garantir a segurança, integridade e respeito as pessoas que participam de pesquisas.

The discussion related to the research invoving human beings is a subject that is always present in the experience of health workers. Scientific improvements impose clinical trials of new drugs, tests of new equipments or materials, interfering directly in the relation between researchers and persons, subject of the researches. Researchers that have technician-scientific control of the procedures withholds the power and many times feel capable of deciding on what would be eticaly acceptable or even beneficial for the people who is, actually, in the most delicate site of this relation. This position allows the maintenance and utilization of traditionally oppressive models. In this context, the intention of this article is to argue the questions related to the researches with human beings under the historical point of view and its relation with the arise of the bioethics as a discipline, and, yet, introduce some aspects of the Brazilian policy that regulate the researches in our country. The implementation of these policies, contributed significantly for the reflection, education and regulamentacion the issues of researches in human beings in our country. But these policies have to be seen like a process in construction in order to guarantee the respect and the dignity of the persons, subject of the researches. In all consulted bibliography we verify that the arise and the exposure of ethical policies related to the biomedical researches had not been, until the actual moment, total efficient instruments that guarantee the security, integrity and respect to the people who participate in the researches.
