RESUMO

Objective To investigate the distribution of carbapenemase-resistant genes carried by multi-drug resistant Acineto-bacter baumannii .Methods 80 strains of multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were collected .Polymerase chain reaction (PCR)wasusedtodetectcarbapenemase-resistantgenes,suchasOXA-23,OXA-24,OXA-51,OXA-58,SIM,IMP,VIM ,GIMand SPM ,in multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii .Results Drug resistant gene OXA-23 [49 (61 .3% )] ,OXA-51 [73 (91 .3% )] ,OXA-58[7(8 .8% )] ,OXA-24[1(1 .3% )] ,IMP[17(21 .3% )] and VIM[2(2 .5% )] were found in 80 strains of multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii ,while GIM ,SIM and SPM gene were not found .Conclusion IMP ,OXA ,VIM is the main genotypes carried by multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii .

RESUMO

Objective To explore the application value of detection of Mycoplasma,Chlamydia and anti-sperm antibodies for male infertility. Methods Culture method, immune chromatography, and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay were adopted for the detection of Mycoplasma,Chlamydia, and anti-sperm antibodies respectively in 102 cases of infertile males and 42 cases fertile males. And the routine semen analysis was proceed as well. All the subjects were divided into 4 groups according to the detection re-sults:simple Mycoplasma or/and Chlamydia positive group(71 cases),simple anti-sperm antibodies positive group(21 cases),My-coplasma and Chlamydia or/and anti-sperm antibodies positive group(8 cases),Mycoplasma,Chlamydia and anti-sperm antibodies negative group(44 cases). The main indexes of semen routine were compared among 4 groups. Results The positive rates of Myco-plasma,Chlamydia and anti-sperm antibodies in infertile males were significantly higher than those of fertile males (P <0.05).The sperm densities, activity rates, activity of simple Mycoplasma or/and Chlamydia positive group, simple anti-sperm antibodies posi-tive group, and Mycoplasma and Chlamydia or /and anti-sperm antibodies positive group were significantly lower than the nega-tive group, while the sperm malformation rates, liquefaction times, white blood cell counts of the three groups were significantly higher than the negative group(P <0.05 ).Conclusion Mycoplasma,Chlamydia infection and anti-sperm antibodies production have significant effect on the indexes of semen, which cause decline in semen quality and the occurrence of male infertility.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the different effect of elafin incubated by different bacteria on P.aeruginosa(Pa) bioflim. Methods To cultivate the A549 cells in vitro, the pEGFP-N1-elafin eukaryotic expression vectors have been transfected to the cells by LipofectamineTM 2000. Elafin transfected cells incubated by the supernatant of S. epidermidis (S.epidermidis group), Pa (Pa group) and E.coli (E.coli group) respectively for 24 hours, the A549 cells were transfected. Then the levels of elafin were detected by ELISA and Western blot. To establish the Pa biofilm model in vitro,a rapid silver nitrate staining procedure and scanning electronic microscope (SEM)demonstrated bacterial biofilm. After biofilm carriers were put into each group and incubated for 8 hours, we measured the proportion of bacteria biofilm by silver nitrate staining and observed the structure of biofilm by SEM. Results The Pa and E.coli groups(especially Pa) raised the content of elafin in cells and the level of secretion increasing as compared to the normal group, while the S. epidermidis group had no change. Both silver nitrate staining procedure and SEM demonstrated the prestnce of bacterial biofilms. The the proportion of bacteria biofilm and the structure of BF in Pa and E.coli groups were changed, especially in Pa group. Conclusion There was a specificity for bacteria to induce the express of elafin. The inducing effect of Pa was more significant than that of E.coli.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE To explore the positive rate of intercellular adhesion (ica) operon and its production- polysaccharide intercellular adhesion(PIA) and the relationship between the rate and adhesion of Staphylococcus epidermidis. METHODS Amplifying icaA of ica operon by PCR and then detecting it by agarose electrophoresis, detecting PIA by Congo red agar (CRA) to detect its adhesive ability by infusion set. RESULTS The icaA positive rate of S.epidermidis was 51.5%; the PIA positive rate was 50%; there was significant difference between the clone numbers of PIA positives and negatives (P

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To assess the feasibility of production and effects of Tobramycin eye drops prepared in this hospital for treating ocular infections .METHODS: 77 patients with external ocular infections were randomly divided into two groups with imported Tobrex as control drug to compare the effects.Assessment was made according to Gwon project results.RESULTS: Overall improvement rates were 92.7% in Tobramycin eye drops group and 94.4% in control group without significant difference between two groups(P> 0.05) .CONCLUSION: The technology of Tobramycin eye drops production is simple, therapeutic effect is satisfactory, and the production in hospital is feasible.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To determine the resistance of clinically isolated bacteria to meropenem METHODS:The resistance of 150 clinically isolated strains to meropenem and several other antibiotics was detected by K-B method and the drug resistant spectra to E coli were compared between meropenem and imipenem RESULTS:The sensitivity of 130 clinical isolates to meropenem was 100% No cross resistant strains of E coli was found to meropenem and imipenem CONCLUSION:Meropenem is highly sensitive to the clinical isolates, and its antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of imipenem
