RESUMO

Aim To investigate the effect of circRNA- 32011 on myocardial apoptosis induced by arsenic triox- ide (ATO).Methods Primary cardioniyocytes of suckling neonate mouse were treated with ATO ( final concentration 10 (xniol • L_1 ) for 24 h.Then cell via¬bility was measured by M IT assay.The mKNA expres¬sion levels of Bel-2/ Bax and circRNA-3201 I were de¬tected by KT-PCK.Bcl-2/Bax protein expression lev¬els were detected by Western blot.Overexpression and knock down circHNA-32011 respectively by plasmid and siHNA were used to verify its function in ATO-in- duced cardiomyocyte apoptosis.Results Myocardial cell viability decreased, Bel-2 expression significantly decreased while Bax expression increased in ATO group compared with the control group.CircKNA- 32011 was down-regulated in ATO ineuhated cardio¬niyocytes.Ovcrex press ion of circRNA-32011 in ATO- incubated cardioniyocytes increased myocardial cell vi¬ability and Bel-2 expression and decreased the expres¬sion of Bax.Knockdown of circRNA-32011 could fur¬ther reduce cardiomyoevte activity and Bel-2 expression and increase the experssion of Bax induced by ATO.Conclusions CircRNA-32011 protects cardiac myo¬cytes from apoptosis induced by arsenic trioxide, which may provide a new potential therapeutic strategy for ATO-induced myocardial injury.

Objective:To explore the application value of modified Buzhong Yiqitang (BZYQT) in the treatment of postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer (Qi deficiency in lung and spleen) after chemotherapy, and to observe its effect on tumor angiogenesis, immune function, tumor indicators, and lung function indicators. Method:Ninety-six patients who were treated in the Kunming municipal hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2018 to February 2020 due to postoperative chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer were selected and assigned into a control group (<italic>n</italic>=48, western medicine) and an observation group (<italic>n</italic>=48, western medicine+modified BZYQT) by the random number table. The curative efficacies were compared after the treatment. Result:After treatment, the serum levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cytokeratin 19 fragment 21-1 (CYFRA21-1), serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and transforming growth factor(TGF)-<italic>β</italic><sub>1</sub> in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (<italic>P</italic><0.05), while the serum CD4<sup>+</sup>/CD8<sup>+</sup>,CD4<sup>+</sup> cells, immunoglobulin G (IgG) levels, forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV<sub>1</sub>),and FEV<sub>1</sub>/forced vital capacity (FVC) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (<italic>P</italic><0.05). A significant difference was observed in the total response rate between the observation group [56.25% (27/48)] and the control group [35.42% (17/48)] (<italic>χ</italic><sup>2</sup>=4.191,<italic>P</italic><0.05). For adverse reactions,the incidence of bone marrow suppression(<italic>χ</italic><sup>2</sup>=4.002), gastrointestinal reaction (<italic>χ</italic><sup>2</sup>=7.069),and hepatic and renal injury (<italic>χ</italic><sup>2</sup>=5.151) was lower in the observation group than in the control group (<italic>P</italic><0.05). Conclusion:For postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer (Qi deficiency in lung and spleen) after chemotherapy, western medicine combined with modified BZYQT could ameliorate immune function, promote pulmonary function recovery, improve clinical efficacy, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of Mycobacterium vaccae on Jagged 1 and gamma delta T17 (γδT17) cells in asthmatic mice. An asthma mouse model was established through immunization with ovalbumin (OVA). Gamma-secretase inhibitor (DAPT) was used to block the Notch signaling pathway. M. vaccae was used to treat asthma, and related indicators were measured. Blocking Notch signaling inhibited the production of γδT17 cells and secretion of cytokine interleukin (IL)-17, which was accompanied by a decrease in Jagged1 mRNA and protein expression in the treated asthma group compared with the untreated asthma group. Similarly, treatment with M. vaccae inhibited Jagged1 expression and γδT17 cell production, which was associated with decreased airway inflammation and reactivity. The Notch signaling pathway may play a role in the pathogenesis of asthma through the induction of Jagged1 receptor. On the other hand, the inhibitory effect of M. vaccae on Jagged1 receptor in γδT17 cells could be used for the prevention and treatment of asthma.

Objective ToexploretheclinicalefficacyandsafetyofEmbospheremicrospherescombinedwithcoilsinbronchialarteryembolization (BAE)forpatientswithmassivehemoptysis.Methods FromJanuarytoDecember2017,63patientswith massivehemoptysiswere enrolledinourhospital,ofwhich29patientsreceivedEmbospheremicrospherescombinedwithcoilembolizationwereincludedasobservation group,andother34patientsreceivedembolizationwithEmbospheremicrospheresweretreatedascontrolgroup.Allthepatientswere followed-upin72hours.Results Theincidenceofhemostasisinobservationgroupwas96.55% within72hours,whichwassignificanthigher thanthatincontrolgroup (79.41% )(P<0.05).Themainreasonsforfailureweretherecanalizationofembolizedtargetvessel,the leakageofresponsiblevesselandpulmonaryarterypseudoaneurysm.Therewasnosignificantdifferenceoftheincidenceofadversereactions (mainlyincludingchesttightness,fever,chestpain)betweenthetwogroups(P=0.966).Conclusion Embospheremicrospherescombinedwith coilscansignificantlyimprovethehemostaticeffectofBAE,anddidnotincreasetheincidenceofpostoperativeadversereactions.

Objective To analysis the change of hip joint in healthy infants by ultrasound,and establish the normal reference value of the developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH). Methods A total of 8 000 healthy infants from 0 to 24 weeks were collected from the Multi-center study of 10 children′s medical centers. Among them,3 855 infants(2 065 females and 1 790 males) with complete data and follow-up were included in this study. All subjects were divided into 6 groups ( <4,4~7,8~11,12~15,16~19 and≥20 weeks group). α angle,femoral head length and width,femoral head coverage ratio by acetabulum ( FHC) were measured in the coronal view on the neutral position;distance from pubis to femoral head ( P-H) and distance from ischium to femoral head ( I-H ) were measured in the transverse view on neutral position;distance from femoral head topubis ( H-P) was measured in the posterolateraltransverse view on the flexion position. The results of each group changes with age were analysised. Results ① The α angle of healthy infants from 0 to 20 weeks were increased with age,the difference among the groups were statistically significant( P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between 16~19 and ≥20 weeks group( P >0.05). ②The femoral head length and width of all age groups were increased with age,the difference among all the groups was statistically significant( all P <0.05). ③ FHC from 0 to 20 weeks were increased with age,the difference among the groups were statistically significant( P <0.05) except between 16~19 and ≥20 weeks group( P >0.05). ④ The P-H and I-H in all age groups showed no statistically significant ( all P>0.05). ⑤The H-P of all age groups were increased with age,the difference between the groups were statistically significant(all P <0.05).Conclusions The development of hip joints have the certain regular developmental pattern in healthy infants less than 5 months of birth and are relatively constant after birth more than 5 months. The ultrasound normal reference value of the hip joints can be used for the early diagnosis of the DDH.

Aim To establish non-alcoholic fatty liver disease mouse model and study different kinds of lymphocytes in C57BL/6J mouse model. Methods SPF male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into control group ( normal diet ) and model group( normal diet with high fat diet by gavage) . Models of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were established. At 12th and 16th weeks, body weight, liver index, serum TC, TG, HDL, LDL, ALT, AST were measured. Pathological examination of fat deposition in liver was performed. Flow cytometry was used to assay the percentage of natural killer cells, T helper cells, natu-ral killer T cells and IL4 +NKT cells in mouse liver. Results Liver index, serum TC, LDL, ALT, AST were significantly higher in model group(P<0.05) after 16 weeks. Pathological sections showed that liver fat deposition in model group was quite severe and large lipid droplets spread through the mouse liver. The percentage of natural killer T cells increased significantly( P<0.05 ) and the percentage of IL4 +NKT cells increased even more obviously(P<0.01). Conclusions C57BL/6J mice fed with normal diet and high fat diet by gavage can form a good non-alcoholic fatty liver disease mouse model. In this model, the number and activity of natural killer T cells are significantly changed, and natural killer T cells may be the new target of the mechanism and drug treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver dis-ease.

We aimed to explore the imbalance between the T helper 17 γδT cells (γδT17) and the regulatory γδT cells (γδTreg) in asthmatic mice. Male Balb/c mice were randomly divided into the normal control group and the asthmatic model group. The asthmatic model group mice were intraperitoneally injected with the mixture of ovalbumin (OVA)/Al(OH)3 and then activated by exposure of the animals to OVA atomization. Airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR) was determined by a non-invasive lung function machine. Hematoxylin and eosin and Alcian blue-periodic acid Schiff staining were done for histopathological analysis. Interleukin (IL)-17 and IL-35 levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were detected by ELISA. The percentage of IL-17+ γδT cells and Foxp3+ γδT cells in spleen cells suspension were detected and the transcription levels of RORγt and Foxp3 in the lung tissue were determined. Compared with the normal control, the severity of airway inflammation and AHR were higher in the asthmatic mice. Furthermore, mice in the asthmatic group displayed significant increases of IL-17+ γδT cells, expression of IL-17A, and RORγt, whereas control mice displayed marked decreases of Foxp3+ γδT cells, expression of IL-35, and transcription factor Foxp3. In addition, the mRNA expression of RORγt was positively correlated with the percentage of IL-17+γδT cells, and the mRNA level of Foxp3 was positively correlated with the percentage of Foxp3+ γδT cells. The imbalance of γδT17/γδTreg in the asthmatic mice may contribute to the pathogenesis of OVA-induced asthma.

Objective To explore the application effect of a new lighted surgical aspirator in deep brain hematoma removal operation.Methods Totally 153 patients of non-traumatic basis festival area cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.Both the groups underwent clearance of intracranial hematoma and decompressive craniectomy surgical operation in the operating room,with the common aspirator involved in the control group and the lighted one in the treatment group.Results There was no significant difference between the rates of hematomal removal in the groups (P>0.05).The treatment group had the operating time less by 59.85 min and the hospital stay decreased by 15.23 d than those in the control group (P<0.05).The GOS score and daily viability of the treatment group was also statistically higher than those of the control group (P<0.05),and the effective rate in the treatment group was also more than that in the control group by 24.9% (P<0.05).Conclusion The new aspirator solves the problems in visual field and light source,decreases the operating time and improves the disease prognosis.

@#Objective To investigate whether mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPKs),which were involved in changes in osmolali-ty,might mediate aquaporin-4(AQP4)expression in astrocytes after oxygen-glucose deprivation(OGD)in rats.Methods Astrocytes were obtained from new born Sprague-Dawley rats.The P2cells were divided into control group,OGD group and inhibitors of U0126,SB203580 and SP600125 groups. The latter groups underwent OGD for five hours and reoxygenated, the inhibitors of U0126, SB203580 and SP600125(1 μmol/L and 10 μmol/L,respectively)groups,named U1,U10,SB1,SB10,SP1 and SP10 groups,respectively,were cultured with the inhibitors for twelve hours.The volume of cells in OGD group was measured half,one,one and half,two,three,four,eight and twelve hours after reoxygenation,and the expression of AQP4 was detected half,one,one and half,eight and twelve hours after reoxygen-ation with Western blotting.The expression of AQP4,and phosphorylation of extracellular regulated protein kinases(p-ERK),c-Jun N-termi-nal kinase(p-JNK)and p38 MAPK(p-p38 MAPK)was detected 24 hours after reoxygenation in all the groups,while the activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)was measured.Results The volume of cells increased in OGD group one and half,two,three and four hours after re-oxygenation compared with those in the control group(P<0.001),and the expression of AQP4 also increased in OGD group after reoxygen-ation(P<0.001),especially 1.5 hours of reoxygenation.The expression of AQP4,p-ERK,p-JNK and p-p38 MAPK increased in OGD group after five hours of OGD compared with those in the control group(P<0.001),and the expression of p-ERK,p-JNK and p-p38 MAPK de-creased in the inhibitors groups compared with those in OGD group(P<0.001),and the expression of AQP4 decreased in SB10 group(P<0.001).The activity of LDH was less in all the inhibitors groups except SP1 and SB1 groups than in OGD group(P<0.01),and was the least in SB10 group (P<0.001). Conclusion MAPKs signal pathway, especially p38 MAPK, may promote AQP4 expression in astrocytes after OGD in rat,and play a role in cells death.

OBJECTIVE@#To discover the effect of partial splenic embolization on the immune function of cirrhotic patients with hypersplenism.@*METHODS@#Patients involved in the study were enrolled and divided into three groups, including control group, experimental group, and complication group. Numbers of CD3(+), CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells and CD4(+)CD25(+)CDl27(low/-) Treg cells in the peripheral blood of patients before surgery, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years after surgery were analyzed by fluorescence active cell sorting (FACS). Contents of immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG and IgM) were analyzed by auto immunoassay analyzer.@*RESULTS@#In the peripheral blood of patients from experimental group, numbers of CD3(+), CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells initially declined, but afterwards increased to normal level; in the peripheral blood of patients from complication group, CD3(+) and CD8(+) T cells showed the same trend, but the number of CD4(+) T cells was below normal level at all detection times. Furthermore, CD3(+), CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells in the peripheral blood of patients from complication group were initially less than those in experimental group, and afterwards were comparable between two groups. In patients from both experimental group and complication group, the number of CD4(+) CD25(+) CDl27(low/-)Treg cells increased 1 month and 6 months after surgery, and gradually restored to normal level. CD4(+)CD25(+)CDl27(low/-) Treg cell counts in patients from complication group were initially more than those in patients from experimental group 1 month and 6 months after surgery, but then they were comparable. Furthermore, contents of immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG and IgM) were comparable in three groups at all detection times.@*CONCLUSION@#Partial splenic embolization influenced the immune function of cirrhotic patients with hypersplenism in the short term but the immune function could afterwards gradually restore to normal. Our results implicated that measures that prevent infection and improve immune function were necessary in early stage after undergoing PSE in order to reduce complications.

Objective To explore the clinical value of high‐sensitive troponin I detection in the diagnosis of early myocardial inju‐ry .Methods Totally 240 type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM ) patients (study group) and 40 healthy people(healthy control group) were chosen as subjects .The serum level of HbA1c ,AST ,CK ,CK‐MB and hs‐cTnI were measured among the two groups ,respec‐tively .Results Hs‐cTnI level in T2DM group was significantly higher than in healthy control group(P 0 .05) .Hs‐cTnI level and positive rate in HbA1c ≥ 6 .5% group was significantly higher than in HbA1c ≤ 6 .4% group(P 0 .05) .There was a positive correlation between the level of HbA1c and that of serum hs‐cTnI in T2DM group(r= 0 .471 ,P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The hs‐cTnI level detection has important clinical value in the diagnosis of early myocardial injury in T2DM patients ,and HbA1c is positively correlated with hs‐cTnI .

Objective: To put forward the problems in applying portable disposable low pressure vacuum drainage system for modified radical mastectomy and to propose the solutions. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 268 breast cancer patients who were treated with portable disposable low pressure vacuum drainage system after receiving modified radical mastectomy in Changhai Hospital, from January 2013 to. September 2013. Based on the use of ordinary vacuum ball, the patients were divided into dual-chamber group and single-chamber group. The incidence of bleeding at the puncture sites, volume of post-operation drainage, indwelling time of drainage tube, and hospitalization stay were recorded for the two groups. Results: A total of 23 cases had puncture site bleeding, including 22 early bleeding and one delayed bleeding. For the duat-chamber group, the indwelling time of parasternal drainage tube was significantly shorter than that of axillary drainage tube median: 5.0d vs 9.0d, Z=-10. 713, P = 0.000). The drainage time (median: 9.0d vs 10.0 d) and hospitalization stays (median: 9. 0d vs 9.0d) of the two groups were not significantly different. It was found that 97.8% (262/268) of the patients in this study were discharged early with a drain, but with lack of discharge guidance. Conclusion: Disadvantages of portable disposable low pressure vacuum drainage system include puncture site bleeding, drainage tube cannot be extubated independently and measurement cannot be done independently, and insufficient discharge guidance. Improvement of puncture device, use of double-lumen tube independent drainage, and improvement of discharge guidance should be made to improve the system.

The aim of the study was to provide a point of reference to study the Neospora caninuminfections in China. Genome DNA was extracted from the brains of aborted fetuses and specific PCR was performed with N. caninum Nc5-targeted specific primers. Fetal bovine brain tissues were homogenized and continuously cultured in Vero cells with double antibodies. The medium was replaced at 2-d intervals and the state of cells was observed. A 608 bp Nc5 gene band was detected by PCR amplification. After sequencing, the sequence of the sample shared 99.5% homology with GenBank [AF061249]. Brain homogenates were continuously cultured in Vero cells for 34 d and N. caninum was found. The results of IFAT and Nc5 gene-based PCR detection were N. caninum-positive, and the parasite was tentatively named N. caninum China Yanbian strain. BABL/c mice were inoculated with the separated parasites and showed clinical symptoms of ataxia and limb paralysis after 12 d. Only 3 mice survived. The blood of dying mice and the hearts, livers, spleens, lungs, kidneys, and brains of dead mice were collected aseptically. The Nc5 gene-based PCR showed that N. caninum may exist in brains, livers, and spleen. Based on immunohistochemical observations, we showed that N. caninumtachyzoites existed in the brains and livers. We have successfully isolated bovine-specific N. caninum strain from brain tissues of aborted cattle in the China Yanbian region. This isolated strain has a strong infectious ability towards BABL/c

A total of 105 patients with first-episode schizophrenia (male =51,female =54) and 99 normal controls (male =51,female =48) were included into this retrospective case-control study.Childhood trauma questionnaire-28 item short form (CTQ-SF) was used to assess the experience of childhood abuse.The result of binary logistic regression showed that emotional abuse (β =0.630,P < 0.05) and emotional neglect(β =0.270,P < 0.05) were included into the final model of predicting schizophrenia.It indicates that patients with first-episode schizophrenia experienced more early life stress than controls.Particularly emotional abuse and emotional neglect may play important roles in the onset of schizophrenia.

Neospora caninum is the etiologic agent of bovine neosporosis, which affects the reproductive performance of cattle worldwide. The transmembrane protein, NcSRS2, and dense-granule protein, NcGRA7, were identified as protective antigens based on their ability to induce significant protective immune responses in murine neosporosis models. In the current study, NcSRS2 and NcGRA7 genes were spliced by overlap-extension PCR in a recombinant adenovirus termed Ad5-NcSRS2-NcGRA 7, expressing the NcSRS2-NcGRA7 gene, and the efficacy was evaluated in mice. The results showed that the titer of the recombinant adenovirus was 10(9)TCID50/ml. Three weeks post-boost immunization (w.p.b.i.), the IgG antibody titer in sera was as high as 1:4,096. IFN-gamma and IL-4 levels were significantly different from the control group (P<0.01). This research established a solid foundation for the development of a recombinant adenovirus vaccine against bovine N. caninum.

Through collecting and sorting of Mr. Huang's theses and medical records, his academic characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion were summarized as follows. Paying attention to meridians and collaterals and treatment based on syndrome differentiation; valuing the needling sensation as well as being good at reinforcing and reducing methods; thinking highly of taking care of spleen and stomach, ombination of needles and herbal medicine to treat difficult miscellaneous diseases; being adept in externd therapy and penetration needling and diet prescriptions, as well as attaching importance on health preserving.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND:Preparation of titanium/hydroxyapatite composite by conventional methods has the deficiency of simple structure, low degree of automation and difficulty in porosity and pore size control, which limits the diverse process and manufacture. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the feasibility of three-dimensional printing technology for the preparation of titanium/hydroxyapatite composite and titanium/hydroxyapatite functional y graded material molding. METHODS:A CAD model of titanium/hydroxyapatite composite was designed to be the cylinder (diameter 25 mm, height 20 mm), while the titanium/hydroxyapatite functional y graded implant designed as a CAD model of the cylinder with 25 mm in diameter asnd 10 mm in height with two layers, the upper layer with titanium powder and the lower layer with titanium/hydroxyapatite powder. The composite and functional y graded implant were processed by the three-dimensional printing and sintered. The sintered titanium/hydroxyapatite composite and titanium/hydroxyapatite functional y graded implant were observed for their microstructures, and the X-ray diffraction analysis and compressive strength testing were performed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The sintered titanium/hydroxyapatite composite and titanium/hydroxyapatite functional y graded implant had uniform contraction and no obvious distortion. The sintered titanium/hydroxyapatite composite had the aperture size from 50 to 150μm. There occurred a chemical reaction between titanium and hydroxyapatite during the sintering process, obtaining the new creations of Ca3(PO4)2, CaTiO3, TiO2 and CaO. Its compressive strength was (184.3±27.1) MPa. The microstructure of titanium/hydroxyapatite functional y graded implant had graded structures with a visible line between the two layers. The results of the microstructure and mechanical properties of titanium/hydroxyapatite composite and titanium/hydroxyapatite functional y graded implant can meet the requirements of medical biological implant materials.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the application of a whole blood interferon-γ (IFN-γ) release assay QuantiFERON-TB Gold In Tube (QFT-GIT) in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods IFN-γ released by specific T cells stimulated by early secreted antigenic target 6 × 103protein (ESAT-6),culture filtrate protein 10 (CFP -10) and TB7.7 were measured by QFT-GIT test in 44 tuberculous pleural effusion patients and 16 non-tuberculous pleurisy controls.The IFN-γ release level between groups was compared by Mann-Whitmey test.ResultsThe positive rates of QFT-GIT in patients with tuberculous pleural effusion and non tuberculous pleurisy were 95.5% and 12.5%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of QFT-GIT were 95.6%,87.5%,95.6% and 87.5%,respectively.The antigen-specific IFN-γ release level in the patients with tuberculous pleural effusion was significantly higher than that in non-tuberculous pleurisy controls (P<0.01).Conclusions The whole blood INF-γ release assay QFT-GIT is a sensitive and specific assay for detecting pleural tuberculosis infection.It could be a useful diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of tuberculous pleural effusion in China.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To explore the influence of intrafraction and interfraction target displacement on the dose distribution in the target of forward whole-breast intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) assisted by active breathing control (ABC).</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Each of the selected patient who had received breast conserving surgery was immobilized and received the primary CT simulation assisted by ABC device to get five sets of CT images in three different breathing status, including free breathing (FB) (one set), moderate deep inspiration breathing hold (mDIBH)(two sets) and deep expiration breathing hold (DEBH) (2 sets). After 10 to 15 fractions of radiation, the repeated CT simulation was completed and the same five sets of CT images were obtained at FB, mDIBH, and DEBH, respectively. In the Pinnacle3 treatment planning system, the forward IMRT planning was completed on the first set of mDIBH CT images from the primary CT simulation, and the planning was separately copied by the special system order to the second set of CT images from the primary CT simulation and to the first set of CT images from the repeated CT simulation, keeping the primary angle, direction, size and shape of the MLC field and prescribed dose un-changed. the volumes covered by selected high dose area in the selected segment were compared.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>In the planning based on the first set of mDIBH CT images from the primary CT simulation, the volume irradiated by equal and more than 103% of prescribed dose in the segment was (1.16 +/- 0.39) cm3, and the volumes were (3.88 +/- 1.07) cm3 and (51.66 +/- 8.68) cm3 in the plannings copied from the first set of mDIBH CT images from the primary CT simulation respectively to the second set of CT images from the primary CT simulation and first set of CT images from the repeat CT simulation, the difference of the volume in the two plannings based on the two set mDIBH CT image from the primary CT simulation was not statistically significant (t = -1.672, P = 0.103). The difference of the volume in the two plannings based on the two sets of mDIBH CT images respectively from the primary and repeat CT simulations had a significant difference (t = -5.728, P < 0.01).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>If the same threshold of mDIBH is maintained during IMRT after breast conserving surgery, the influence of the intrafraction target displacement on the dose distribution is not significant. However, if set-up error is not adjusted, the interfraction change of position of the segment given to cover the high dose area in the IMRT planning will be significant, resulting in a significant change of dose distribution in the breast.</p>
