RESUMO

Objective To observe the anti-shock effect of rapid infusion of 7.5% sodium chloride(NaCl) in dog with hemorrhagic shock. Methods Five mongrel dogs were bled to mean arterial pressure(MAP) of 5.33~6.70kPa, and this pressure was maintained for 1 hour. Each dog received 7.5% NaCl (4ml/kg) intravenously, the infusion time was 2 min. The observation time was 4 hours. Results During the infusion period, the blood pressure was obviously lower than that of the shock period(P

RESUMO

To observe changes in blood pressure of dogs with hemorrhagic shock during infusion of 7 5% NaCl, five mongrel dogs were bled to MAP 5 33~6 7kPa and then kept at this pressure for 1 hour. Each dog received 7 5% NaCl solution (4ml/kg) intravenously and the infusion time was 2 min. The results showed that during the 2 min infusion period the systolic pressure (SP) was obviously higher than that before the infusion ( P

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo evaluate the dehydration effect of HSS in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock and to explore the mechanism.MethodsWigger′s hemorrhagic shock model was established in three groups of rats (10 rats in each group), shock was treated by no infusion in control. Lactated Ringer′s solution started one hour later in a dosage of 8 ml/kg given within 5 mins in Ringer′s group and in HSS group, Ringer′s solution was substituted by HSS.Results The water content of gastrocnemius in normal, nothing to infuses. Ringer′s and HSS group was respectively 75 3%?1 4%, 75 4%?1 6%, 74 8%?2 0%, and 73%?1 5%, a significant difference was observed between the last 3 groups (all P
