RESUMO

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of comprehensive intervention on the incidence of lactation galactostasis in communities from the perspective of preventive medicine, so as to prevent the occurrence of the mammary ducts obstruction disease. MethodsA total of 400 women in the early stage of pregnancy were selected from four communities. Those in two communities were set up as the intervention group. Comprehensive intervention for the prevention and treatment of mammary ducts obstruction disease during pregnancy and "Six-step recanalization manual therapy" practical guidance were conducted on the intervention group. The pregnant women from the other two communities were the control group, who received no intervention or guidance training. The two groups were followed up at 1 month, 3 months and 5 months postpartum, and the occurrence of mammary ducts obstruction disease was investigated and interventions were carried out. ResultsThe incidence of galactostasis in the intervention group was 26.0%, 10.6% and 5.1%, respectively at 1, 3 and 5 months after delivery, and the incidence of galactostasis in the control group was 38.0%, 22.2% and 8.3%, respectively. The incidence of galactostasis at 1 month and3 months after delivery was statistically different (P<0.05), while the incidence of galactostasis 5 months after delivery was not statistically different (P>0.05). The protection rates of comprehensive intervention on galactostasis were 31.58%, 52.25% and 38.55%, respectively. ConclusionPublicity and education work of prevention and control of the mammary ducts obstruction disease and "Six-step recanalization manual therapy" practical guidance can effectively reduce the occurrence of plugged mammary ducts, and therefore should be promoted.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Wilm tumor gene (WT1) expression in breast cancer. Methods Real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RQ-RT-PCR) method was established for detecting WT1 and GAPDH mRNA expression levels in 110 cases of various breast tumor and the corresponding adjacent normal breast tissue. Normalized WT1 expression level (WT1_N)was determined as a ratio between WT1 and GAPDH for each case. The tumor tissue WT1_N over the normaltissue WT1_N of the same case was calculated as T/N_(WT1) ratio, and T/N_(WT1) value was analyzed with the clinicalpathological parameters. Results The WT1_N expression levels of the 102 breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those of the adjacent normal breast tissues, with the median WT1_N of 2.38 (ranged from 0.12 to 112.3) and 0.81 (ranged from 0.03 to 11.65) for each (P <0.01), but there were no statistical differences between the WT1_N of 8 benign breast tumors and the nearing normal tissues, with the median WT1_N of 0.46 (ranged from 0.16 to 5.04) and 0.53 (ranged from 0.14 to 4.94) for each. Furthermore the WT1_Nas well as the T/N_(WT1) ratio of the malignant breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those of the benign tumor tissues, with the median T/N_(WT1) value of 2.54 (ranged from 0.28 to 172.88) and 1.17 (ranged from 0.09 to 2.63) for each. Non-parameter correlation analysis showed that the T/N_(WT1) in breast cancers were of no relevance to lymph node metastasis, clinical-pathological types, estrogen receptor and progestone receptor status, but positively correlated with the expression level of IL-8 gene which calculated with T/N IL-8(r =0.723, P <0.01). Conclusion The WT1 gene is highly expressed in breast cancer which suggests that WT1 level assessed by RQ-RT-PCR could be a novel marker of disease progression and poor prognosis.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of chemotherapy on hepatic function in breast cancer patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection Methods In this study, 98 breast cancer patients received two to six courses of standard chemotherapy, alterations in hepatic function and blood HBV DNA level were measured and clinical symptom was observed Results (1) After two courses of chemotherapy, hepatic damage was observed in 36 84 % and 13 33% respectively in HBsAg positive and negative breast cancer patients ( P

RESUMO

Object To study the content of nudicauline in Papaver nudicaule L.from different harvest period, so as to provide the basis for development of the plant. Methods The nudicauline content in P.nudicaule was determined by HPLC with Shim-Pack CLC-ODS (4.6 mm?250 mm), mobile phase was methanol-water-diethylamine (550∶450∶0.45), detection wavelength was at 261 nm.Results The contents of nudicauline in P.nudicaule were greatly different from different harvest period, the content of nudicauline is higher in both July and Augest. Conclusion The whole plant is best harvested during July and Augest.

RESUMO

Objective: To establish the method for determination of methyl acrylate, methybenzene, o dimethylb, m dimethy, p dimethy and phenylethene in Kechuanning Capsules(Papaver nudicaule) by chromatography. Methods: The GC system consisted of stainless steel column, 3.5% organic bentonite and 2.5% DNP as the solid phase, nitrogen as the carrier gas, and FID as the detector. Results: The contents of all the determined substances in Kechuanning Capsules are lower than 20mg?g -1 . Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
