RESUMO

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect and pharmacoeconomics of inhaled glucocortico-steroids(ICS)in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(CVA),in order to provide the reference for reasonable and economic drug -use of clinic treating children with CVA.Methods 128 children with CVA were divided into A,B,C three groups according to random number table method in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014.The children with CVA of A,B,C groups were respectively given budesonide aerosol(200 -800μg/day,twice per day),fluticasone propionate aerosol(50 -100μg/time,twice per day),beclometasone dipropionate aerosol(50 -100μg/time,three times per day)on the basis of bronchodilator,smooth wheezing and expectorant.The clinical effica-cy and cost -effectiveness was evaluated after 12 weeks of treatment.Results The clinical total effective rates of A, B,C group were 90.0%,93.4%,90.7% respectively,and there were no statistically significant difference(χ2 =25.215,22.878,21.336,all P >0.05 ).The per capita cost of A,B,C group were 498.68yuan,671.20yuan, 541.14yuan respectively,and A group had the lowest cost -effectiveness ratio(C /E =5.54).Conclusion Budes-onide aerosol has better economy in treating of children with CVA.

RESUMO

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study the chemical constituents of the essential substance from the Polygonum oriental.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>Chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents and their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>Seven compounds were obtained and identified as ombuine-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranoside (1), ombuine-3-O-rutinoside (2), tryptophan (3), quercetin-3-O-methyl ether (4), kaempferol-3-O-(2"-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl) -beta-D-glucuronopyranoside (5), quercetin-3-O-(2"-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside (6), quercetin-3-O-beta-D-glucuronide (7).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Compounds 4-7 were isolated from P. oriental for the first time and compounds 1-3 were firstly obtained from the genus Polygonum. The total 1H and 13C-NMR date of compound 1 were assigned for first time.</p>

RESUMO

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate the neuroprotective effects of the constituents in Herba Erigerontis on neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells, and find out its possible material foundation in treating Alzheimer's disease (AD).</p><p><b>METHOD</b>Different combinations of the three constituents in Herba Erigerontis were prepared according to the orthogonality experiment, and the indexes (MTT reduction assay, lipid peroxidation and expressions of nAChR alpha7 protein)were observed upon the SH-SY5Y cells followed by treatment of these combinations and beta-amyloid peptide (AP). The pharmacology data thus obtained and peak data in UPLC fingerprint were analyzed through ANOVA and correlationship by SPSS to give the information of active possible material foundation.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>Constituents B and C showed clear activity and peaks of 4, 7-12 did positive correlationship according to the correlation of fingerprints and pharmacology.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>This study makes a valid approach for deducing the active constituents even the exact compounds against neurotoxicity induced by Abeta by correlation of fingerprints and pharmacology.</p>
