The reading of the symptom in Freud and Lacan: psychoanalytic act, interpretation, constructions / A leitura do sintoma em freud e em lacan: ato psicanalítico, interpretação, construções

RESUMO: O artigo aborda a psicanálise como função e ética do analista: o ato psicanalítico, a interpretação e as construções. O ato psicanalítico de instaurar a transferência como pivô do trabalho de análise, equívoco do suposto saber ato inaugural de uma análise e em todo seu trajeto. A interpretação, leitura da escrita do sintoma que opera pela função do significante, estrutura de linguagem. As construções, leitura que reescreve a história (e pré-história) pulsional escrita no sintoma, tocando o limite do ahistórico.

Abstract: The article approaches psychoanalysis as the analyst's function and ethics: the psychoanalytic act, the interpretation and the constructions. The psychoanalytic act of instituting transference as the pivot of the work of analysis, the misunderstanding of supposed knowledge the inaugural act of an analysis and its entire course. The interpretation, reading of the writing of the symptom that operates by the function of the signifying, language structure. The constructions, reading that rewrites the history (and prehistory) harm written in the symptom, reaching the limit of the ahistorical.

Fenômenos psicossomáticos: uma questão para a psicanálise / Phénomènes psychosomatiques: une question pour la psychanalyse / Psychosomatic phenomena: a matter for psychoanalysis

Esse artigo aborda o percurso de uma revisão histórico-conceitual e clínica sobre os fenômenos psicossomáticos (FPSs) na psicanálise, especialmente na orientação lacaniana, elaborando uma hipótese de pesquisa. Esses fenômenos colocam-se no limite das elaborações teóricas e metodológicas da medicina e da psicanálise, impondo paradoxos em seu entendimento e tratamento. No campo psicanalítico existem divergências conceituais e em relação às formas de intervenção na clínica. Trabalha-se com a hipótese de que, se uma escrita é feita para não esquecer, o FPS é uma escrita (de gozo) no corpo que é justamente feita para não esquecer porque não foi recalcada.

Cet article traite du parcours d’une révision historique-conceptuelle et clinique sur les phénomènes psychosomatiques (PPs) dans la psychanalyse, en particulier dans l’orientation lacanienne, en préparant une hypothèse à cette recherche. Ces phénomènes sont placés à la frontière des elaborations teoriques et metodologiques de la médecine et de la psychanalyse, en imposant des paradoxes pour sa compréhension et son traitement. Dans le domaine de la psychanalyse, il y a quelques différences conceptuelles et quelques différences en ce qui concerne les formes d’intervention en clinique. On travaille avec l’hypothèse que, si l’écriture est faite pour ne pas oublier, le PPs est une écriture (de jouissance) sur le corps qui est faite seulement pour ne pas oublier, justement parce qu’elle n’a pas été refoulée.

This article discusses the journey of a historical, conceptual and clinical review on psychosomatic phenomena in psychoanalysis, especially following the Lacanian orientation, by developing a research hypothesis. These phenomena stand on the edge of theoretical and methodological elaborations of medicine and psychoanalysis, imposing paradoxes in their understanding and treatment. In the psychoanalytic field there are conceptual differences and different forms of clinical interventions. It works with the hypothesis that, if a writing is made not to be forgotten, the psychosomatic phenomenon is a writing (of jouissance) in the body that is precisely made not to be forgotten because it was not repressed.

Angústia e sexualidade: a descoberta freudiana / Anxiety and sexuality: the Freudian discovery

Considerando a relevância do afeto da angústia para a clínica psicanalítica, no sentido de que a direção do tratamento solicita esse sinalizador tanto para o diagnóstico quanto para o tratamento propriamente, este trabalho objetiva contribuir ao campo metapsicológico e, por extensão, ao procedimento clínico, através da análise do conceito na obra freudiana. Assim, o presente artigo é resultado de elaborações recolhidas a partir de uma dissertação de mestrado que contemplou os seguintes elementos: os fatos clínicos e teóricos que conduziram o interesse do fundador da Psicanálise pela angústia; as direções desenvolvidas pela trajetória freudiana e, como consequência, os desdobramentos clínicos estabelecidos.

Anxiety has a twofold importance in the psychoanalytic practice: the direction of treatment relies on this emotion for formulating a diagnosis as well as for the development of the treatment itself. Therefore, this paper aims at analyzing this concept and contributing to the metapsychological field, and by extension, to the clinical procedures. The discussion is a result of formulations elaborated in a master's dissertation that contemplated the following elements: clinical and theoretical facts that drew Freud's interest to anguish; the directions developed by Freudian trajectory and the established clinical repercussions.
