Hidatidosis múltiple / Multiple hydatidosis

Patient of 25 years with jaundice, fever and pain in the upper right zone of the abdomen. The sonography and computer tomography reveled images compatible with cyst hydatide disease. IgG ELISA for hydatidosis was positive. In the operation a 15 cm hydatide cyst of the liver comunicated to the biliary tree and multiple peritoneal cyst were found.
