RESUMO

Objetivo: Compreender a percepção dos docentes de enfermagem pediátrica sobre a utilização do brinquedo terapêutico. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, realizado através de entrevista semiestruturada. Os dados foram coletados através de formulário online com 12 docentes de enfermagem pediátrica de instituições de ensino superior do estado do Pará. A análise dos dados foi realizada mediante técnica de análise do conteúdo de Bardin e com auxílio do software IRAMUTEQ. Resultados: entre os docentes abordados, 33,3% afirmaram que não contemplavam a temática brinquedo terapêutico em seu plano de disciplina. Porém, enfatizaram a relevância da abordagem da temática na graduação. Os docentes também apontaram estratégias de ensino do brinquedo terapêutico, importância de sua utilização para o cuidado à criança e o estabelecimento de vínculo com o profissional. Considerações finais: a investigação permitiu delimitar a situação do ensino do Brinquedo Terapêutico pelos docentes de pediatria, evidenciando suas vantagens e dificuldades na abordagem durante a formação. Objective: To understand the perception of pediatric nursing faculties about the use of therapeutic play. Methods: This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, conducted through the application of semi-structured interviews. Data were collected through an online form with 12 pediatric nursing faculties from higher education institutions in the state of Pará, Brazil. Data analysis was performed using Bardin's content analysis technique and the IRAMUTEQ software. Results: 33.3% of the faculties interviewed stated that they did not include therapeutic play in their syllabus. However, they emphasized the importance of addressing the topic in undergraduate courses. Faculties also pointed out strategies for teaching therapeutic play, the importance of using it in pediatric care, and the establishment of a child-professional bond. Conclusion: The research allowed us to define the situation of therapeutic play teaching by pediatric nursing faculties, highlighting its advantages and difficulties in the approach during the undergraduate course. Objetivo: Comprender la percepción de los maestros de enfermería pediátrica sobre la utilización del juguetes terapêutico. Métodos: Se trata de un estudio descriptivo con abordaje cualitativa, realizada mediante entrevista semiestructurada. El análisis de los datos fueron recoletados por medio de técnica de análisis del contenido de Bardin y con el auxilio de lo software IRAMUTEQ. Resultados: entre los maestros, 33,3%, fijaron no contemplar la temática juguete terapéutico en su plan de aula. Pero enfatizaron la relevancia de su abordaje en la graduación. Los maestros también señalaron estratégias de enseñanza de juego terapêutico; la importancia de su utilización para el cuidad con el niño; y el estabelecimento del vínculo entre este y lo profesional. Conclusion: La investigacion permitió delimitar la situación de la enseñanza del juguetes terapéutico por los maestros de pediatría, evidenciando sus ventajes y dificuldades en el abordaje durante la formación. RESUMO

Objective: To describe the evolution of COVID-19 cases three weeks after the start of the lockdown in the municipality of Belém, State of Pará.Methodology:Descriptive-epidemiological study, quantitative approach. The reported cases of Covid-19 were collected and analyzed in the municipality of Belém, from May 28 to June 3, 2020, that is, three weeks after the decree that regulated the lockdown. Data were extracted from the websites of the state departments and the following variables were evaluated: gender, age group, city Results:It was identified that there were records of 92 confirmed cases and 19 deaths from coronavirus in the municipality. People aged 60 years or older were the ones who received the most confirmation of the disease and who also died the most. Women were predominant among confirmed cases and men among deaths.Conclusion:The present study consists of offering the academic environment reflections about the implementation of lockdown and how it reflects on the possible control of the increase of cases in the face of the coronavirus pandemic, based on the collection of epidemiological data of the disease, carried out in the municipality. For this, there was an increasing trend in the number of both confirmed cases and deaths. However, after the lockdown, it was possible to identify that the incidence remained in an isolation rate interval, without exponential growth, different from what was expected without the strategy. This contributes to the lower demand for care in health services and funeral homes
