RESUMO
A large intraventricular tumour in a 14-month old boy was diagnosed as an infiltratineg malignant intrinsic brain tumour by computerized axial tomography [CAT] scan. Light microscopy showed this to be a malignant infiltrative tumour with a pseudostratified papillary architecture. The histological diagnosis was that of choroid. plexus carcinoma. We describe the ultrastructural morphology and discuss the significance of the abnormal configuration of cilia
