Objective:To explore the effect of ear acupoint pressure pills combined with psychological intervention on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with rectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy, provide the reference for patients with rectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 220 patients with rectal cancer who received chemotherapy in Mianyang Central Hospital from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects. Random number table method was used to divide 220 patients with rectal cancer into observation group (110 cases) and control group (110 cases). Observation group was given ear acupoint pressure pills and psychological intervention, while control group was given psychological intervention only. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate mental state; the European Cancer Research and Treatment Organization (EORTC) Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 (QLQ-C30) was used to evaluate the quality of life.Results:There was no significant difference in the score of SAS, SDS and quality of life before intervention between the two groups( P>0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after intervention were 46.47±4.00 and 46.33±3.17, which were lower than the control group (52.87±4.02, 51.03±4.18), and the differences were statistically significant ( t values were 11.836, 9.396, P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of physical function, physiological function, psychological function and social function in the observation group were 61.38±7.46,65.28±7.04, 62.20±8.15 and 75.21±9.05, respectively, which were all higher than those in the control group (56.41±6.01, 57.25±4.31, 57.26±7.94 and 64.82±8.40), and the differences were statistically significant ( t values were 4.554 -10.203, P<0.05). Conclusions:Ear acupoint pressure pills combined with psychological intervention can improve the psychological status and quality of life of patients with rectal cancer treated with chemotherapy and improve treatment compliance.
RESUMO
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of a case of child with extremely severe aplastic anemia associated with submaxillary skin soft tissue infection, providing references for clinical care. Methods On the basis of the comprehensive cooperation to anti-infective therapy,the nurses adopt autolysis debridement and use silver ion foam dressing for the wound and also provide child with nutritional guidance and psychological support. Results After the targeted treatment the wound healed within one month, the child was transferred to the transplant ward. Conclusions The practice of this case shows that above methods are effective to control extremely severe aplastic anemia associated with submaxillary skin soft tissue infection.

Objective To survey the service status of rural doctors in Beijing suburb.Methods Twenty one village officials,21 rural doctors and 42 local residents from 21 villages in Beijing Huairou district were selected with purposive sampling method as the objects of this qualitative study.The service status of rural doctors was assessed from four aspects:basic public health service,basic medical service,management ability,responsibility and communication ability.Results All the 21 village clinics provided basic public health services,including hypertension management (100.0％),diabetes management (100.0％);11 clinics (52.4％) also provided vaccination services.Eighteen village doctors (85.7％) assisted township health center to provide signing health service,but were lack of knowledge about the types of service the general practitioners (GPs) should provide.The well performed basic medical services among 21 village clinics included diagnosis and differential diagnosis of common diseases in 19 (90.5％) clinics,home visits in 18 (85.7％) and physical examinations in 15 (71.4％),but the service like trauma management,changing dressing,subcutaneous injection,intravenous infusion were performed less well.The top three most satisfied aspects in the medical service were the service attitude (4.14 points),the quality of service (3.98 points) and service time (3.66 points),and the bottom three were equipment facilities,the types and varieties of drug,and the environment of clinics.In aspect of emergency service,7 village doctors (33.3％) would choose self-referral by patients without preliminary on-site emergency treatment,5 (23.8％) would give on-site emergency treatment before self-referral by patients.In aspect of training needs,18 (42.9％) local residents and 9 (42.9％) village officials considered that it was not necessary to provide training for village doctor because of relatively older age.In aspect of patient's satisfaction,21 village doctors (100.0％),21 village officials (100.0％) and 34 villagers (81.0％) considered that the village doctor had a high professional sense of responsibility and medical ethics,and their doctor-patient communication skills were strong.Conclusion The survey reveals the current service status of village doctors in Beijing suburb,and it is necessary to take comprehensive measures to upgrade the competence of village doctors and to improve the quality of service in village clinics.

Objective To learn from various view points the team building of rural doctors in Beijing.Methods 84 village officials,rural doctors and villagers were enrolled from three townships in district H of Beijing,for an interview to learn the makeup and selection approach of rural doctors,and their recommendations on team building of these doctors.Results 76.19% of the interviewees prefer their own villagers as candidates for their rural doctor.Top three factors for their retention were their medical competence,geo-relations,and service attitude;60.71% of the interviewees held that the village committee should be the decision maker for appointment of rural doctors; in terms of team building,senior doctors emphasize retirement conditions,while new ones prefer training opportunities.Conclusions The topmost criterion for rural doctor candidates should be their medical competence,instead of sacrificing this criterion for geo-relations.The village committee and the villagers' congress should play a greater role of supervision and management of the rural doctors.Targeted incentives are recommended for the rural doctors in view of their retention.

Objective To explore and improve the hospital consumables logistics distribution and cost control system based on consignment mode to solve the current problems in many hospitals for material management.Methods Improvement measures were taken from the aspects of network information system,inventory management,establishing organization architecture and post responsibility as well as introducing IOT technology.Results The system contributed to optimizing consumables management flow and saved hospital cost.Conclusion The hospital consumables logistics distribution and cost control system based on consignment mode is of great value for the management of hospital consumables.

Rational distribution of health human resources that can keep,use and manage is the key process to strengthen the rural three-level health service network,and to be sure,the sense of identity plays a pivotal role in it.This study,with qualitative research of sociology and research in historic culture,analyzed the influence of the status quo of social,cultural and historical background on rural doctors as health human resource.Through the field observation and individual in-depth interview,it explored the current condition of relationship mode and interaction way behind village life,analyzed the influences of them upon health human resource,and put forward some suggestions to adapt rural culture environment,following the view of existence determines consciousness of historical materialism.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of high paraplegia patient with hospital acquired pneumonia. METHODS:Clinical pharmacists provided suggestions for anti-infective treatment failure of a high paraplegia patient with hospital acquired pneumonia,including anti-infective treatment of imipenem and cilastatin sodi-um 1.0 g,ivgtt,qid,de-escalation anti-infective treatment of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium 3.0 g,ivgtt,bid+amikacin 0.4 g,ivgtt,bid,and prevention treatment of fluconazole sodium chloride 0.2 g,ivgtt,qd against potential invasive infections with fungi,etc.,assisted physician to improve therapy plan,monitor ADR and guide rational drug use. RE-SULTS:After 3 weeks of treatment,the symptoms had been improved significantly. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists provide individual pharmaceutical care to reduce ADR during treatment and improve the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment.

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of combined TUINA with Chinese herbs fumigating in patients with bony arthritis of knee joints.Methods A total of 73 patients with bony arthrithis of knee joints were divided into treatment group(37 cases)and control group(36 cases)randomly.The patients of treatment group were used the combined TUINA with Chinese herbs fumigating and patients in control group were used Chinese herbs fumigating alone.After three courses of treatment,therapeutic effect was compared the two groups patients.Results The results showed that the cure rate in treatment group was higher than control group markedly(P ＜0.01).The improvement rate between the two groups was not significently different.Conclusion The therapeutic effect that combined TUINA with Chinese herbs fumigating for patients with bony arthritis of knee joints is very effective treatment procedure.
RESUMO
Recent researches have showed that neural stem cells be isolated not only in the embryonic nervous system but also in adult nervous system. Neural stem cells have some capacity for self-renewal, migration and can differentiate into neurons, astrocyte and oligodendrocyte. This provides a basis in therapy of degenerative diseases and functional recovery of the central nervous system injury. Also helps in the study of determining the postmortem interval ( PMI) and postmortem injury. Distribution, biological characteristic, identification and the factors effecting the proliferation, differentiation and migration with reference to therapy of neural stem cells and applications in forensic pathology are reviewed.
