Lembranças do país da cocanha entre os descendentes de imigrantes italianos no início do século XX: o Brasil imaginado / Memory of the cocanha country among descendants of italian immigrants in the beginning of century XX: the imagined Brasil

Este estudo aborda o tema da imigração italiana à luz do imaginário daqueles que se dirigiam em massa para o Brasil em busca de um mundo novo, paradisíaco, perseguindo o sonho de um Paraíso Terrestre, o país imaginário da Cocanha. Enquanto modalidade de pesquisa fenomenológica, procura desvelar as "lembranças" das memórias dos descendentes dos imigrantes italianos quanto ao que seus antepassados imaginavam encontrar no Brasil, quando aqui chegassem. O tema é ilustrado a partir de obras literárias, valendo-se do personagem Nanetto Pipetta, jovem imigrante clandestino vêneto, cujas aventuras eram publicadas semanalmente em capítulos no jornal gaúcho Stafetta Riograndense, nos anos 1924-1925. O imaginário sobre o Brasil como o país da Cocanha para o imigrante italiano, encontra neste personagem sua expressão fiel, mantendo acesa a chama da esperança de uma vida melhor para si e para as gerações futuras. This study is about Italian immigration and it gives light to the imaginary of those who came in mass to Brazil in search of a new world, the paradisiacal one, pursuing the dream of a Terrestrial Paradise, the imaginary country of the Cocanha. This modality of phenomenological research intend to comprehend the “souvenirs” of the memories that belongs to descendants of Italian immigrants, specially related to what their ancestor had imagined they would find in Brazil, when arriving here. This subject is illustrated from literary compositions, by using the personage Nanetto Pipetta, clandestine young Veneto immigrant, whose adventures were published weekly in chapters in the gaucho periodical “Stafetta Riograndense”, in the years 1924-1925. The imaginary of Brazil as the country of the Cocanha for the Italian immigrant finds in this personage its faithful expression, keeping lighted the flame of the hope of a better life for themselves and the future generations. O espaço enquanto lugar da Subjetividade / The space as a place of Subjectivity

O espaço no qual nos movemos cotidianamente parece tão estável e sólido que nos faz esquecer que a forma como vemos o mundo é sempre afetada por aquilo que acreditamos ou sabemos. No entanto, ao determos os olhos sobre alguma coisa, imediatamente a trazemos para perto e nos situamos em relação a ela. Esta constatação motiva nosso estudo sobre a relação entre espaço e subjetividade. Pretendemos mostrar que a noção de Espaço não pode ser reduzida a uma concepção tecno-científica que o toma como algo dissociado da subjetividade. Ao contrário, ele é o lugar de encontro das subjetividades, possibilitado pela expressividade do corpo, no qual se realiza o intercâmbio entre sujeito e mundo.

The space in which we move them daily, it always seems to present itself in so steady and solid way, that in it makes to forget them that the form as we see the world it is always affected for what we believe or we know. But, when we holding the eyes on something, immediately we bring it stops close, in we relate them with it, in we point out them in presence of it. Our study above the relation among space and subjectivity was motivated by this ascertainment. We intend to show that Space's notion cannot be reduces to a tecno-scientific conception. The space isn't something separate from subjectivity. On the contrary, it is the place of subjectivities meeting that the body expression makes it possible. Is here, in this place that happen subject-world's interchange.

Identidade e subjetividade numa era de incerteza / Identity and subjectivity in uncertainty age

Este artigo se propõe a percorrer, seguindo uma trilha de reflexão transdisciplinar, os caminhos de construção do que conhecemos como a noção de pessoa, sob a qual subentendemos a existência de conceitos como subjetividade e identidade. Os autores procuram romper as fronteiras tradicionais entre os diversos saberes, que tentam dar conta do homem e seus novos dilemas, no contexto histórico da modernidade tardia, aqui tratada como hipermodernidade. Nesta sociedade que se vê, se constrói e se apresenta como globalizada, os autores colocam seu foco nas artimanhas da construção das novas identidades em contextos multiculturais, nos quais novas possibilidades de ser e estar no mundo convivem com novas formas de tensão e resistência social.

The purpose of this article is to pursue the path of construction of what we know as the notion of person, which we relate to the existence of concepts such as subjectivity and identity. This path entails a trail of transdisciplinary reflection, in which the authors seek to break traditional barriers in several areas of knowledge, try to deal with men and their modern conundrums in the historic context of the late modernity, here treated as hypermodernity. In this society which is seen, built and introduced as globalized, the authors put the focus on the means of the construction of new identities in multicultural contexts, in which new possibilities of being in the world coexist with new forms of social tension and resistance.
