RESUMO

CB is the most prevalent cancer among Egyptian women. It constitutes 22.1% of cases in our oncology department. The median age is 50 y. 90% are IDC. 50.2% of cases are locally advanced [stage 3].Overall recurrence rate is 25.5%. The commonest site of recurrence is bone followed by LRR and lungs and finally the liver. Prognostic factors are studied including stage, nodal status, grade and others. Early detection and multidisplainary treatment should be adopted to improve our results
