Biodegradable osteosynthesis system was used for fixation of Maxillary and Zygomatic bone fractures with advantages of providing an adequate strength to allow facial fracture healing, in this regard, we review our experience in the management of Zygomatic and Maxillary skeletal injuries with Inion restorable plating system
