To compare between the complications after appendicectomy for patients whom operated upon within six hours from admission and those observed overnight and who had appendicectomy 6-18h after admission. This retrospective study evaluates the frequency of different breast lesions in adolescents in Jordan. The surgical pathology records for 441 patients who had breasts lesion were reviewed. Age group for these patients was 12-20 years. Fibroadenoma was found in78.8% of the patients.Mammary dysplasia was 17.7%,chronic abscess was 2.3%,ductal papilloma was 0.5%,granular cell tumor 0.25%,neurofibroma was 0.25%,and metastatic cancer was 0.25%. In our study,fibroadenoma was the most common breast mass found in adolescent girls
