O presente artigo debate a definição do conceito de transferência bem comoo papel que a transferência tem desempenhado na prática psicanalítica,propondo um novo enfoque centrado nas noções de sublimação, de desejo(Freud) e de falta (Lacan).

This paper debates the definition of the transference concept, as well as itsrole in psychoanalytic practice and proposes a new approach centered on the concepts of sublimation, desire (Freud) and lack (Lacan).

Significado significação sentido / Meaning significance sense

O presente artigo trata da relação entre a teoria do método interpretativo, em psicanálise, com os conceitos significante, significado, significação e sentido, na acepção que é dada a esses conceitos por Émile Benveniste, a partir da leitura que faz de alguns aspectos do Curso de Lingüística Geral, de Ferdinand De Saussure, principalmente a teoria do valor.

This article concerns the relationship between the theory of the interpretative method, in psychoanalysis, with the concepts: significant, meaning, significance and sense, within the meaning given to these concepts by Emile Benveniste, from the reading he made about some aspects of the Course of General Linguistics by Ferdinand De Saussure, mainly the value theory.

The present paper analyses, focusing on the text “Anxiety and instinctual life”, the Freudian theoretical hypotheses on anxiety and the instincts (drives), and also adds further ideas from the author.

Édipo e Gênero / Oedipus and Gender

Este artigo discute a concepção psicanalítica acerca do complexo de Édipo, principalmente em relação à diferenciação entre o Édipo masculino e o feminino. A referida diferenciação é questionada, bem como a universalidade dos conceitos "inveja de pênis" e "complexo de castração". Propõe-se que o complexo de Édipo se refira à passagem da posição de objeto para a de sujeito, em virtude do processo de aquisição de linguagem, sendo independente de sexo ou gênero.

This paper discusses the psychoanalytical conception referring to the Oedipus Complex, mainly the distinction between the boy and the girl Oedipus‘s. The mentioned distinction is objected, as well as the general application of the notions "penis envy" and "castration complex". A proposal is made that the Oedipus Complex refers to the passage from the position of object to the subject position, following language acquisition, process not depending on sex or gender.
