Fístula vesicovaginal e fórceps: relato de um caso / Vesicovaginal fistula and forceps: a case report

The authors report a case of vesicovaginal fistula occurring after forceps vaginal delivery with satisfactory evolution. The patient had involuntary loss of urine immediately after delivery and vaginal repair of vesicovaginal fistula was performed six months after delivery. Some considerations about evolution etiology, classification, symptoms and characteristics of vesicovaginal fistula are made
