Mises stress analysis of 42A2 type tibial mid segment oblique fracture fixed with external locking plate at different angles / 中国医师杂志

Objective:To establish a three-dimensional model of locking plate fixation for 42A2 type oblique tibial fractures with different fracture line directions and different angles between the fracture line and the long axis of the tibia. Finite element analysis was used to calculate and analyze the biomechanics of locking plate, screw, and tibia, providing theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:A healthy adult volunteer, 25 years old, male, with a height of 173 cm and a weight of 69.5 kg, was selected to perform computed tomography (CT) scans on the left tibia. Relevant data were obtained to establish a locking steel plate fixation model for 42A2 type tibia with different oblique fracture line directions and different angles between the fracture line and the long axis of the tibia. Eight hole pure titanium plates were used for fixation, respectively. We compared the Mises stress changes of locking plates, screws, and tibia in different angle fracture models.Results:In the case of a 42A2 type fracture in the left oblique direction with a fracture line from outside to inside, the maximum Mises stress in the tibia was 114 MPa, the maximum Mises stress in the screw was 279.8 MPa, and the maximum Mises stress in the locking steel plate was 302.4 MPa; In the case of a 42A2 type fracture in the right oblique fracture with a fracture line from the bottom to the top, the maximum Mises stress of the tibia was 93.41MPa, the maximum Mises stress of the screw was 353.4 MPa, and the maximum Mises stress of the locking steel plate was 411.8 MPa.Conclusions:Regardless of the oblique fractures in both left and right directions, the maximum stress values are: locking plate>screw>tibia; When the position of the locking steel plate is fixed, the maximum stress values of the locking steel plate and screw are both right oblique fracture>left oblique fracture; And the maximum stress values all increase with the increase of angle.

Application of removing red blood cell block technique in diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma in bloody pleural effusion / 肿瘤研究与临床

Objective:To investigate the value of paraffin-embedded section of cell block in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma in bloody pleural effusion.Methods:The data of 60 patients with lung adenocarcinoma diagnosed by bloody pleural effusion and confirmed by pathological biopsy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from June 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Cell smears and paraffin-embedded sections of cell blocks using removed red blood cells sedim entation method were used to make cytological examination in bloody pleural effusion. The expressions of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cytokeratin 7 (CK7), NapsinA, thyroid transcription factor 1 (TTF-1), cytokeratin 5/6 (CK5/6), calretinin, P63 and P40 in the specimens were detected by using immunohistochemistry. The results of histopathological examination were used as the gold standard, and the diagnostic values of cell block paraffin-embedded sections and cell smears for lung adenocarcinoma in bloody pleural effusion were evaluated and compared.Results:The cell block sections had a clear background, clear and easy to distinguish cell morphology, and can be made into permanent specimens. The bloody pleural effusion cell smears results of 60 cases of lung adenocarcinoma showed that 21 cases were diagnosed as atypical cells, 39 cases were diagnosed as adenocarcinoma, and the coincidence rate with the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma by histopathological examination results was 65% (39/60); the immunohistochemistry results of cell block paraffin-embedded sections of bloody pleural effusion showed that CK7, NapsinA, TTF-1 and CEA were positive, and P40, P63, CK5/6 and calretinin were negative, all 60 cases were diagnosed as adenocarcinoma according to the results, and the coincidence rate with the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma by histopathological examination results was 100% (60/60), which was significantly higher than that of cytological smears ( χ2 = 23.088, P < 0.01). Conclusions:The technique of paraffin-embedded section of cell block using removed red blood cells sedim entation method has a high diagnostic rate for lung adenocarcinoma in bloody pleural effusion, and it has a high coincidence rate with histopathological diagnosis. It can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma in bloody pleural effusion, and it also has a good reference value for cytological typing.

Experimental study of disinfection effect of a new low-temperature plasma disinfector / 西安交通大学学报(医学版)

【Objective】 To observe the inactivation effect of a new low-temperature plasma air disinfector on microorganisms in the natural environment and artificial contaminated environment so as to further determine the minimum effective processing parameters. 【Methods】 First， in 0.5 m3 of super clean workbench and 1.05 m3 airtight organic glass cavity in the body， the new low-temperature plasma air disinfector developed was used to inactivate the natural bacteria in the air under different parameters. Then in 1.05 m3 airtight organic glass cavity in the body， the new low-temperature plasma air disinfector was used to treat the Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli under the condition of artificial bacteria spraying. Last， the plate counting method was used to evaluate the inactivation effect of the disinfector on natural bacteria and artificial bacteria in the air. 【Results】 For the low-temperature plasma air disinfector in 0.5 m3 and 1.05 m3 confined space， the lowest effective treatment parameters for inactivated natural bacteria were 13 kV， 5 min or 12 kV， 10 min. For the low-temperature plasma air disinfection machine in 13 kV discharge voltage treatment of different time， compared with before treatment， the killing rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus increased significantly after treatment for 20 min （P<0.000 1）. Both could meet the requirements of disinfection specifications ［100%， （99.98±0.01）%≥99.90%］. 【Conclusion】 The inactivation of natural bacteria and artificial bacteria by the new low-temperature plasma air disinfector has reached the qualified standard of disinfection stipulated in Technical Specifications for Disinfection.

Correlation of the human papillomavirus infection status and genotyping with the result of liquid-based thin-layer cytology of cervix in the female physical examiners in Xi'an / 肿瘤研究与临床

Objective@#To investigate the correlation of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection status and genotyping characteristics with the result of liquid-based thin-layer cytology (TCT) of the cervix in the female physical examiners in Xi'an.@*Methods@#The data of 5 163 female physical examiners who underwent HPV and TCT screening simultaneously in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University From June 2017 to June 2018 were collected to analyze HPV infection, genotyping and their relationship with TCT.@*Results@#Among the 5 163 examiners, 527 (10.21%) were HPV-positive, and the infection rate in the examiners over 60 years old was the highest [12.26% (57/465)]. Among HPV-positive examiners, the infection rate of single genotype was higher than that of multiple genotypes infection [75.90% (400/527) vs. 24.10% (127/527), P < 0.01]. The top four genotypes were type 52, 58, 53 and 16 accounting for 17.21% (121/703), 12.09% (85/703), 11.52% (81/703) and 10.67% (75/703), respectively, of the total frequency of HPV infection. Of the 5 163 examiners, 68 (1.32%) examiners were positive for TCT screening. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of TCT between HPV multiple genotypes-infected examiners and single genotype-infected examiners [11.02% (14/127) vs. 9.00% (36/400), χ2 = 0.460, P > 0.05]. Among 50 examiners with positive results of HPV and TCT tests, the top four genotypes were type 58, 52, 53 and 16, and they were in consistence with the overall HPV infection genotyping.@*Conclusions@#The HPV infection in the female physical examiners in Xi'an is dominated by the single genotype infection, and the main genotypes of HPV infection are type 52, 58, 53 and 16. The combined detection of HPV genotyping and TCT can improve the effectiveness of cervical lesions screening.

Effect of low-temperature plasma on wound healing of mouse skin / 西安交通大学学报(医学版)

Objective To compare the different doses of low-temperature plasma (LTP) on wound healing in BALB/c mice so as to discuss the effects of the optimal dose of low-temperature plasma dealing with wound in mice and the acting mechanism of wound healing.Methods Adoptatmospheric pressure plasma jet discharged by the dielectric barrier was used to treat mouse skin wound.According to the processing time, the wounds were divided into 10s, 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s experimental groups, while naturally healing wounds served as negative controls and the wounds dealt with recombinant human epidermal growth factor served as positive controls.We recorded the wound size every day, observed the histopathological changes, the expression level of type Ⅰ collagen by immunofluorescence, and analyzed the composition of low-temperature plasma jet.Results The wounds with plasma treatment time of 10s, 20s, 30s, and 40s showed significant daily improvement and almost complete closure at days 12, 10, 7, 13, respectively.However, the wounds with plasma treatment time of 50s remained unhealed atday 14.The wounds in positive control group all healed, and the wound healing effect in positive control group could be achieved in 30s group.HE staining and immunofluorescence staining assays showed the optimal result of epidermal cell regeneration, granulation tissue hyperplasia, and collagen deposition in histological aspect at day 7 in 30 s group.The low-temperature plasma jet contained highly reactive free radicals of nitrogen and oxygen, which play an important role in wound healing process.Conclusion Appropriate doses of cold plasma can accelerate wound healing whereas over-doses of plasma can suppress wound healing.The process of wound healing may be related to reactive oxygen and nitrogen species in LTP.

Effect of Sirt1 on the expression and phosphorylation of Tau protein in neuroblastoma SK-N-SH cells / 西安交通大学学报(医学版)

Objective To observe the effect of Sirt1 on the phosphorylation of Tau protein in neuroblastoma SK-N-SH cell line.Methods We cultured SK-N-SH cells in vitro with adenovirus packaging of Sirt1 and SirtM (Sirt mutant),and then observed the expression of Sirt1 under an inverted fluorescence microscope.The expressions of Sirt1and SirtM were detected by Western blot;t-Tau protein and phosphorylation of Tau protein were detected by Western blot,Real-time PCR,immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence;and the effect of Sirt1 on SK-N-SH apoptosis was investigated by flow cytometry.Results The t-Tau protein level and its phosphorylation were significantly decreased in Sirt1 and SirtM groups compared with those in control group,and Sirt1 group showed more significantly decreased ser404,thr231 phosphorylation of tau protein and the mRNA level of Tau.Flow cytometry showed that Sirt1 could significantly reduce the apoptosis of SK-N-SH cells compared with the control group.Conclusion Sirt1 can decrease the phosphorylation of Tau protein and reduce the apoptosis of SK-N-SH,which provides an important laboratory basis for studies on Tau protein disease and other neurodegenerative diseases.

Immunohistochemical detection and molecular pathological examination of 142 cases of malignant pleural effusion / 临床与实验病理学杂志

Purpose To explore the role of cell blocks combined with immunohistochemical examination in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion,and to explore the role of pleural effusion cell blocks in lung adenocarcinoma molecular pathology examination.Methods 142 cases of malignant pleural effusion based cytology,cell blocks of HE staining and immunohistochemical staining by EnVision twostep were retrospectively analysed,the tumor classification was made through analyzing the characteristics of the cells combined with antibody expression.The detection of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene mutation of 40 cases of lung adenocarcinoma diagnosed after immunohistochemical staining were used by ARMS-PCR method.Results Among 142 cases of malignant pleural effusion,there were 99 cases caused by lung adenocarcinoma,4 cases of lung small cell carcinoma,3 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma,13 cases of breast carcinoma,9 cases of ovarian carcinoma,2 cases of gastric carcinoma,1 case of thyroid carcinoma,1 case of endometrial carcinoma,5 cases of mesothelioma,3 cases of lymphoma,1 case of malignant melanoma,1 case of synovial sarcoma.In 40 cases of lung adenocarcinoma pleural effusion cell block,there were 20 cases with EGFR mutations,9 cases of 19del mutations and 11 cases L858R mutations.Conclusion The pleural effusion cell blocks combined immunohistochemistry are useful to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of patients with pleural effusion,and helpful for the determination of classification and the primary site of tumor,assessment of prognosis.Pleural dffusion cell block may used to detect EGFR mutations of lung adenocarcinoma,which provide new source of specimen for the gene detection of lung adenocarcinoma.

Study on the Relationship of MiR-2 5 Targeting FBXO3 3 with Cell Apoptosis and Prognosis in Renal Cell Carcinoma / 现代检验医学杂志

Objective To explore the correlation between miR-25 and FBXO33 in renal cell carcinoma (RCC),and to analyze the relationship with apoptosis and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.Methods The 511 RCC chip results,from 1998 to 2013,were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA)database,and were analyzed for the correlation between miR-25 and FBXO33 by Pearson test.The expression of fluorescein were detected with the FBXO33 3’UTR wild-type,mu-tant and blank control luciferase reporter gene treated by miR-25.The viability of cells transient translated by the miR-25 mimic,siRNA and the controls were detected by CCK8 method.The apoptosis of cells transient translated by the miR-25 mimic,siRNA and the controls were detected by flow cytometry.58 cases with follow-up data were screened from TCGA by expression of FBXO33 negative correlation miR-25.The survival was analyzed between low expression of miR-25 combined with FBXO33 high expression group (n=34)with high expression of miR-25 combined with FBXO33 low expression group (n=24),using Log-rank test and Gehan-Breslow-Wilcoxon test.Results FBXO33 was negatively correlated with miR-25 in RCC tissue (r=-0.161 1,Pearson test).Compared with the control group,miR-25 could reduce the RLU of wild type group to 80.2%±2.6%,the difference was statistically significant (t=6.539,P=0.006).The RLU of mutation group was 103.5%±8.4% compared with that of blank control group,the difference was not statistically significant (t=0.041 3,P=0.968 4),compared with the blank group in 72h for the cell varibility,miR-25 siRNA group were elevated by 32.7%± 3.5%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The miR-25 mimic group were reduced by 23.3%±1.7%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the early apoptosis rate was de-creased in mimic-miR-25-3p group (8.83 ± 0.09 vs 12.83 ± 0.14),while the difference was statistically significant (t=42.17,P=0.005).The late apoptosis rate was slightly escalated (0.41±0.10 vs 0.33±0.15),while the difference was not statistically significant (t=0.75,P=0.639).Compared with the control group,the early apoptosis rate was increased in siR-NA-miR-25-3p group (19.05 ± 1.64 vs 13.68 ± 0.78),while the difference was statistically significant (t=5.12,P=0.006).But the late apoptosis rate was reduced (0.56±0.10 vs 0.62±0.08),while the difference was not statistically sig-nificant (t=0.83,P=0.376).The survival rate was higher in patients with low expression of miR-25 combined with high expression of FBXO33 (n=34)than that of miR-25 high expression combined with low expression of FBXO33 (n=24),the difference was statistically significant (Log-rank test P=0.025 2,Gehan-Breslow-Wilcoxon test P=0.004 9).Conclusion MiR-25 can inhibite FBXO33 in renal cell carcinoma,improve the cell activity,inhibit apoptosis and reduce the prognosis.

Relationship between histopathologic characteristics and epidermal growth factor receptor mutation in lung adenocarcinoma / 中华病理学杂志

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To correlate morphological features with mutations of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in lung adenocarcinomas.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>According to 2011 International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer/American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society International Multidisciplinary Lung Adenocarcinoma Classification, a total of 72 surgically resected lung adenocarcinomas were collected and classified into different histological subtypes and different cell types (hobnail, columnar and polygonal). EGFR gene mutation was detected with the amplification refractory mutation method provided by the EGFR mutation test kit. The correlation between these subtypes and EGFR mutations were evaluated.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Mutations of EGFR were detected in 48.6% (35/72) of lung adenocarcinomas; 19del and L858R were major mutational types (88.6%, 31/35). EGFR mutations were associated with female gender, non-smoking status, and well to moderately differentiated tumor histology. EGFR mutation types were not associated with age, smoking index, lymph node metastasis, stage, status of whether have or not have inclusion bodies or psammoma bodies and mitotic level. Correlations were observed between acinar and papillary adenocarcinoma subtypes and EGFR mutations according to the new classification. EGFR mutation was rare in the subtype of solid adenocarcinoma with mucin production and almost never observed in special subtypes (mainly mucinous and colloid adenocarcinoma). In addition, EGFR mutation was associated with the hobnail cell type.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Lung adenocarcinomas of predominate acinar and papillary histological subtypes with hobnail cell morphology are good predictors for EGFR mutations.</p>

Clinical feature of gallbladder cancer in Northwestern China: a report of 2 379 cases from 17 institutions / 中华外科杂志

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To analyze the clinical features of patients with gallbladder cancer from 17 hospitals in 5 Northwestern provinces (autonomous region) of China from 2009 to 2013.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>A total of 2 379 cases with gallbladder cancer in 17 tertiary hospitals from 5 Northwestern provinces of China from January 2009 to December 2013 were reviewed retrospectively. The clinical data was collected by standardized "Questionnaire for Clinical Survey of Gallbladder Cancer in Northwestern Area of China". χ² test was used to analyze the data.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>(1) Gallbladder cancer from 17 hospitals accounted for 1.6%-6.8% of all bile tract diseases from 2009 to 2013 in Northwestern China, average was 2.7%. Gallbladder cancer accounted for 0.4%-0.9% of abdominal surgery, average was 0.7%. (2) The incidence of gallbladder cancer was higher in the aged females, the ration of female to male was 1.0 to 2.1. The average age of gallbladder cancer was (64 ± 11) years. The occupation of patients was mainly farmers (χ² = 147.10, P < 0.01). (3) 57.2% of the gallbladder cancers were associated with gallstones. (4) The main pathological patterns of gallbladder cancer were moderate and poor differentiated adenocarcinoma, showing an aggressive malignancy. TNM stage IV accounted for 55.1% of all cases, which was associated with the poor prognosis. (5) The curative resection rate was 30.4%.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>Gallbladder cancer is common in the aged females and mainly at advanced stage. The screening and follow-up of high-risk groups with ultrasound and other methods regularly could increase the early diagnosis rate of gallbladder cancer, aggressive surgical resection combined with other comprehensive treatment could improve the prognosis of patients.</p>

Exploration on Improving the Teaching Quality of Exfoliocytology / 现代检验医学杂志

For making a improving of cytological study doctors in the short term in the basic operated techniques and the level of diagnosis of cytology,the experience of teaching practice in the past fifteen years were reviewed.Flexible teaching ways were appearanced that such as,the reasonable teaching plan and target were maked,promotting self-learning strategies in the work,and special topic lectures and difficult cases discussion were performed with multi-media teaching,and so on.Finally, the activeness and initiative of study doctors were mobilized,and may be passably has the obtaineding in the satisfactory teaching effect.

Utilization of antibacterials and the rate of drug resistance analysis in a hospital during 2011-2013 / 中国基层医药

Objective To analyze utilization of antibiotic drugs and resistance rate of gram negative bacteria in the 3rd People's Hospital of Bengbu during 2011-2013,to provide references for clinical rational use of antimicrobial drugs and reduce bacterial resistance.Methods Retrospective investigation method was used to statistically analyze the pathogenic bacteria culture results,antimicrobial cumulative frequency of each categories and results of drug resistance test.Results The total DDDs of antibacterial drugs reduced year by year,down from 255 456 DDD in 2011 to 155 024 DDD in 2013,cephalosporin and enzyme inhibitors and macrolide consumption ranked increased year by year,the three or four generation cephalosporins and quinolones such amount was reduced year by year,antifungal fungi and carbapenem ranking had no obvious change,cefoperazone shubatan,cefuroxime and etimicin ranking and the dosage ratio did not change significantly,the cefathiamidine,cefepime and aztreonam ranking and the dosage ratio was reduced.Bauman acinetobacter and Pseudomonas aeruginosa to piperacillin-tazobactam resistant rate increased year by year,Bauman acinetobacter to beta lactam antibiotics drugs showed a gradual trend of drug resistance.Conclusion The frequency of antimicrobial drug use showed a declining trend in our hospital,and drug-resistant bacteria rate increased,in order to reduce the resistance present form,we need to more rational use antimicrobial agents.

Neuroendocrine carcinoma of the gallbladder: ten cases in a single institution / 中华肝胆外科杂志

Objective To summarize and analyse the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment options of neuroendocrine carcinoma of gallbladder (GB-NEC).Methods The data of 10 patients with GB-NEC treated in our hospital between December 2007 and December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the data of 377 patients with gallbladder adenocarcinoma.Results The 10 patients with GB-NEC accounted for 2.2％ (10/464) of all gallbladder cancers that were treated during the study period.The mean age was 59.0 ± 10.0 years,the ratio of male to female was 1 ∶ 4.All the 10 patients had low-differentiated small cell NEC,four patients were accompanied with an adenocarcinoma.Immunohistochemical examinations showed that the positive rates of CgA,NSE,Syn,EMA were 100％ (10/10),100％ (10/10),88.9％ (8/9) and 87.5％ (7/8),respectively.One,two and seven patients had a TNM grade Ⅱ,ⅣA,and ⅣB,respectively.Seven patients (70.0％) had N2 lymphatic metastases,which was significantly higher than the percentage in patients with gallbladder adenocarcinoma (128/377,34.0％ ; P ＜ 0.05).Two patients were treated with radical resection,while the other 8 patients were treated with palliative surgery.The 1-,2-,and 3-year survival rates of the patients with GB-NEC were 20.0％,10.0％,and 0,respectively.The median survival time was 92 days.In contrast,the 1-,2-,3-,and 5-year survival rates of the 377 patients with gallbladder adenocarcinoma were 32.7％,25.4％,21.3％,and 11.7％ respectively,and the median survival time was 180 days.Condusions GB-NEC was found mainly in aged females.The clinical presentations were mainly non-specific,and immunohistochemical examinations were needed for a definite diagnosis.GB-NEC is highly malignant,and local invasion and lymphatic metastasis could occur early.The short-term recurrence rate was very high.The prognosis of GB-NEC was poorer than gallbladder adenocarcinoma,while surgical resection combined with radiotherapy,chemotherapy and TACE increased the survival of these patients.

Mechanism investigation of activation of ALDH2 against diabetes induced liver injury in rat model / 中国药理学通报

Aim To observe whether the activation of aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 ( ALDH2 ) can protect a-gainst diabetes induced liver injury in rat model, and analyze the role of JNK pathway in the liver protection induced by activation of ALDH2 . Methods All male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: nor-mal control group ( Con ) , diabetes group ( DM ) and ethanol + diabetes group ( EtOH + DM ) . After 8 weeks, the fasting blood glucose ( FBG) level, glyco-sylated hemoglobin ( HbA1c) level, serum AST and ALT levels were measured. The changes of hepatic pa-thology were observed by hematoxylin and eosin ( HE) staining method. The protein expressions of ALDH2, JNK and p-JNK in liver tissue were measured. Result Compared with control group, in DM group, the lev-els of FBG and HbA1c, serum AST and ALT levels were increased significantly. The structure of liver mor-phology was destroyed, disarranged and unclear, the hepatocyte was swollen, and a large number of inflam-matory cells were infiltrated. ALDH2 protein expres-sion was decreased, while the expressions of JNK, p-JNK and the ratio of p-JNK/JNK were increased. Com-pared with DM group, in EtOH+DM group, the levels of FBG and HbA1c, serum AST and ALT levels were decreased. The expression of ALDH2 protein was in-creased, accompanying with the decrease of JNK, p-JNK protein expressions and the ratio of p-JNK/JNK. Conclusion Activation of ALDH2 can protect the liv-er against diabetes induced liver damage in rat model, which may be relevant with inhibiting the JNK path-way.

Expression and significance of N-myc downstream regulated gene 1 in renal cell carcinoma / 肿瘤研究与临床

Objective To study the expression of N-myc downstream regulated gene 1 (NDRG1) in renal cell carcinoma and its relationship with microvessel density (MVD) and clinicopathologic parameters.Methods Immunohistochemical study for NDRG1 and CD34 was performed on paraffin sections of cases of renal cell carcinoma and adjacent non-neoplastic renal parenchymal tissue. MVD was analyzed by CD34immunostaining.Results Immunohistochemical study showed that non-neoplastic proximal convoluted tubule, distal convoluted tubule and collecting ducts was positive for NDRG1 (membranous and cytoplasmic). The expression rate of NDRG1 in renal cell cancer was 51%, which was significantly lower than that in normal renal tissues of 100 % (P ＜0.05).Clinicpathologically, the result also showed a close relation between lower NDRG1 expression and higher pathologic grade (χ2 =9.968, P =0.007), later clinic stage (χ2= 6.437,P =0.011), lymph node metastases (χ2=5.800, P =0.016) and higher MVD of cancer (t =2.235, P =0.030)whereas no relation with other factors. Conclusion NDRG1 might play as a cancer suppressor gene in renal cell carcinoma in that it could be correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis.It might also suppress tumor growth and metastasis by regulation of tumor angiogenesis.

ANALYSIS OF THE PATHOLOGIC DIAGNOSIS OF 1375 AUTOPSIES / 西安交通大学学报(医学版)

1375 cases of autopsy in our university from 1950～1989 were analysed in this paper. The results showed that the consistency between clinical and pathological diagnosis reached 79.3%. The clinical misdiagnosis were found to be 20.7%. The statistcal figures indicated that the infectious diseases occupied a dominant position in 1950s, while malignant tumors and cardiovascular diseases have become the major diseases in 1980s. Reasons of the lowering down of autopsy rate and clinical misdiagnoses are discussed. It demonstrates that autopsy is still of extreme importance in investigations of modern medical sciences.
