RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the prevalence, and the factors that influence depressive symptoms among chronic respiratory disease patients in tertiary hospital. Methods:A total of 1713 outpatients and inpatients with chronic respiratory disease were selected from 8 tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu Province from July to September,2014 and screened according to the Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale-D (HADS-D).A questionnaire developed by this research group, was used to collect demographic and clinical information.Logistic regression was used to identify factors that were associated with depressive symptoms. Results:The overall rate of depressive symptoms was 46.0%.Multiple logistic analysis showed that spinsterhood (OR = 0.45),higher education level (middle school /high school/technical school OR =0.65;college degree or aboveOR =0.28),BMI ≥24 (OR =0.71) were associated with decreased risk of depressive symptoms (P < 0.05).B MI < 18.5 (OR = 1.52,),average income of family ≥10000 RMB (OR = 1.37-1.96),limited daily activities (OR = 1.72),poorer sleep quality (OR = 1.45),and negative life events (OR = 1.62) were associated with increased risk of depressive symptoms (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of depressive symptoms among chronic respiratory disease patients in tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu Province was higher.Marital status, education level, income,BMI,limited daily activities, subjective sleep quality, negative life events may be the related factors of depressive symptoms of chronic respiratory diseases patients.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Gubenzhike granule on cough variant asthma (CVA), and explore its mechanism. Methods A total of 140 cases of CVA were randomly divided into two groups, 70 cases for each group. The treatment group took Gubenzhike granule orally, and the control group inhaled Budesonide Powder for Inhalation and Salbutamol Sulphate Aerosol, respectively for 8 weeks, with 8 weeks follow-up after treatment. The same nursing intervention was implemented in two groups. Cough symptom scores of the two groups were observed after treatment and at the end of follow-up, the number of eosnophils (EOS) and content of immunoglobulin E (IgE) in peripheral blood were also observed. Results The treatment group completed 67 cases and the control group completed 66 cases. After treatment, the cough symptom scores, EOS and IgE in two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.01, P<0.05), and the cough symptom score of treatment group decreased more significantly than that of control group (P<0.01). The total effective rate and recurrence rate were 91.04%and 9.84%in treatment group, and 83.33% and 30.91% in control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.01), and the recurrence rate was lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Gubenzhike granule showed significant effect and low recurrence rate on CVA. Good anti-inflammatory and antianaphylaxis effects may be one of its mechanisms.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the function of Jianliyishen Paste on anti-fatigue,analgesia and anti-anoxia. Method Through the experiment of the fatigue indexes of the fatigue model mouse, the pain model mouse by the acetic acid of twisting-body and bearing anoxia time in atmospheric pressure, the function of Jianliyishen Paste on anti-fatigue,analgesia and anti-anoxia was observed. Result Jianliyishen paste could obviously lengthen the exhausted time of fatigue model mice, reduce the serum urea nitrogen of fatigue mice after swimming and have remarkable analgesia effect to the ache caused by chemical substance (acetic acid),enhance the stressing ability of bearing anoxia in atmospheric pressure. Conclusion Jianliyishen paste has the function of good anti-fatigue,analgesia and anti-anoxia,and the complex therapeutic effect on chronic fatigue syndrome.
