RESUMO
Se muestra cómo el plan de educación permanente debe originarse a partir del diagnóstico de las necesidades de aprendizaje, analizadas según los resultados del examen estatal de MGI y adecuado casuísticamente por cada policlínico y municipio. La educación permanente de los profesionales de la salud acrecienta su valor bajo las condiciones actuales de vertiginoso desarrollo de la ciencia y la técnica. La evaluación necesita cumplir su función retroalimentadora tanto de los examinados como de los profesores. De ahí, que el análisis de los resultados de la evaluación posibilite este propósito. El presente trabajo presenta el análisis de los resultados de la evaluación de algunos contenidos evaluados en el examen estatal de la residencia de MGI en la Facultad "Dr. Miguel Enríquez
It is shown how the permanent education plan should be based on the diagnosis of the learning needs, analyzed according to the results of the state exam of General Comprehensive Medicine, and casuistically adjusted by every polyclinic and municipality. The permanent education of health professionals increases its value under the present conditions of the accelerated development of science and technique. Education needs to fulfill its feedback function for examinees and professors and the analysis of the results of the evaluation makes possible the attainment of this goal. This paper presents the analysis of the results of the evaluation of some contents that were evaluated in the state exam of the General Comprehensive Medicine residency at "Dr. Miguel Enriquez" Medical Faculty.
