RESUMO

Objective:To understand the status of supervision of mental health service industry in Shanghai, and to provide reference for further strengthening the construction of mental health service system in Shanghai. Methods: In Shanghai, 107 mental health service agencies (including psychiatric institutions, non-specialist medical institutions, non-specialist enterprise and public institutions, social institutions) were selected from Shanghai psychological service industry association. The survey was conducted with the Questionnaire on Current Situation of Mental Health Professional Service Agencies in Shanghai (agency survey), including the "relevant information of agency" and the "management of the agency in the field of mental health services"(whether the agency had supervision requirements on the mental health service personnel, whether the agency organized supervision, the source of supervisors and payment method), and the Questionnaire on Current Situation of Mental Health Service Professionals in Shanghai (professional survey), including "basic information on demography "and" psychological professional work" (the number of hours of supervision in 2015, the cost of supervision, and the form of supervision and payment method). These two parts of questionnaire were selected and analyzed. Results: Agency survey results showed that 80% of non-specialist enterprises had no supervision requirements for mental health service personnel, supervisor in non-specialist medical institutions were mainly from psychiatric institution (52.9%). The cost of supervision in most psychiatric institutions was paid by the agency (39.1%) and the cost of supervision in most public institutions was paid by professional (37%). The professional institutions under the jurisdiction of other departments within the unit required less supervision of the professional staff than the independent institutions (P < 0.001). Professional survey results showed that the number of supervision hours of mental health service professional in social institutions was more than that in the other three types of institutions (P <0.001), of which 47.9% chosen to pay the cost of supervision by themselves. The proportion of their own payment in social institutions was higher than that in the other three types of institutions (P <0.001). Conclusion:The social institutions in Shanghai have the best supervision of social institutions, followed by the supervision of the medical institutions. The supervision of non-medical enterprises and their personnel needs to be improved.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the relationship between the characteristics of psychological defense style and clinical symptoms of eating attitude in patients with anorexia nervosa patients. Methods Totally 92 ca?ses ( 46 cases of restricting type,46 cases of binge?eating/purging type,48 cases of early onset before 16 years old, 44 cases of late onset after 16 years old) meeting the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Forth Edition ( DSM?4) for anorexia nervosa (AN) were collected.92 gender?marriage?and education?matched normal cases in a psychiatric hospital were selected as the healthy control group(HC) .All were assessed with defensive style questionnaire(DSQ) and eating attitude test?26(EAT?26).DSQ and EAT?26 were compared between AN and HC,between early onset of AN( before 16 old years) and late onset of AN( after 16 old years) ,and between AN?R and AN?P.Then correlation study was done for the AN. Results Compared with HC,AN showed higher scores in the immature defense, neurotic defense ((4.49±1.13)vs (3.55±0.93),(4.33±0.76)vs (3.88±0.69), P0.05) . Conclusion AN patients tend to use more immature defense and neurotic de?fense compared with HC,and AN?P patients use more immature defense compared with AN?R. Immature defense and neurotic defense are related to the eating attitude, and the immature defense is related the duration.

RESUMO

Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)exist in and can be isolated from the bone marrow of adult human being and animals and can be induced to differentiate into different cells. They are easy to be isolated, cultivated, and amplified. They are also less immunogenic in the body and can avoid ethical dispute when applied in transplantation.Studies have shown that BMSCs can be induced to differentiate into neural cells under certain conditions in vitro. This article reviewed the recent development in the research on the induction protocols for neural differentiation of BMSCs and the possible mechanisms.

RESUMO

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of wuling capsule compared with deanxit in treatment of patients with depression or anxiety status. Methods A total of 139 patients with depression or anxiety status were enrolled in a multi-center double blind clinical trial. All patients were randomized into two groups, 67 patients in wuling capsule group and 73 patients in deanxit group. Efficacy and adverse effects were evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS) before treatment and 1, 2, 4, 6 weeks after treatment to verify the noninferiority of wuling capsule. Results There was no significant difference in score decline of HAMA and HAMD between the two groups (HAMA: wuling vs deanxit group: 9.0 ± 5.4 vs 10.3 ± 5.4, F = 2.11, P =0.148 ; HAMD: wuling vs deanxit: 9.1±5.6 vs 10.5±5.7, F = 1.61, P=0.207). There was no significant difference in response rate and remission rate between the two groups. No significant difference was found in score decline of PSQI between the two groups (wuling vs deanxit group: 4.1±4.5 vs 5.0 ± 4.2, F = 0.72, P=0.192). The incidence of adverse events was 41% in the wuling group and 55% in the deanxit group respectively. The main adverse effects were symptoms of gastrointestinal and neurology system. Conclusion Safe and well tolerated, wuling capsule improves the anxiety, depression and insomnia symptoms of patients with depression or anxiety status.
