RESUMO

As a rising automatic identification technology, radio frequency identification (RFID) is receiving considerable attention and eliciting widespread interest in medical institutions in China. Some medical institutions have begun exploring and developing RFID systems for kinds of applications. A majority of medical institutions pay insufficient attention to the issue of RFID interference with medical devices. Specialized standards for the application of RFID in healthcare environments are desired. And there are misalignments between existing technology standards. Further researches should be developed to study the influence on safety and efficiency of medical devices induced by RFID system.

RESUMO

Objective:Matching pursuit algorithm(MAP),for its good parametric characterization, is applied in Magnetoencephalography(MEG) to study time-frequency distribution. Methods:This paper proposes to apply a high-resolution time-frequency analysis algorithm, the matching pursuit (MP), to extract detailed time-frequency components of SEF signals. Results: Experimental results on cortical SEF signals of several normal subjects show that a series of stable SEF time components can be identified using the MP decomposition algorithm. Conclusion:This study shows that there is a set of stable and minute time-frequency componentsin SEF signals, which are revealed by the MP decomposition. These stable SEF components have specific localizations in the time domain and may provide a reliable index for clinical research of brain function and brain disease pathogenesis.

RESUMO

Lots of studies implicate that pathological high-frequency oscillation (HFO) was associated with epilepsy. In recent years, new recording technologies have advanced such that, at high temporal and spatial resolutions, high-frequency oscillation can be recorded in partial epilepsy by intracranial electrodes. More and more researchers focus on the study of high frequency oscillation. The techniques, which were used to record, automatic mine, analysis and quantify high-frequency oscillation, are develop quickly. As a new biomarker of epilepsy, high-frequency oscillation can reflect the epileptic form activity. The HFO has a great value in localization of human epileptic brain and epilepsy surgery.

RESUMO

The concept and principles of molecular imaging and the difference between molecular imaging and traditional medical imaging are introduced. The important value of molecular imaging in early diagnosis and treatment of disease is described, and the great significance of molecular imaging for human health is also discussed.Following the main line, that is the three main factors of molecular imaging such as molecular probe, signal amplification and probe technology, the present situation and development for clinical application and basic research of nuclear medicine molecular imaging, magnetic resonance molecular imaging and optical molecular imaging are analyzed comprehensively. The development prospects of molecular imaging in some major research areas and the difficult problems are also pointed out.
