Rhinocerebral mucormycosis is a rare fungal infection witch invade rapidly nasal cavity, paranasal sinus, orbit and intracranial structures. It most often occurs in predisposing conditions [diabetics, immunodepressed patients]. We report 3 cases of rhinocerebral mucormycosis occurs in diabetics patients. The treatment consisted of systemic antifungal therapy with amphotericin B and aggressive deblidement of the necrotic areas. Fatal involvement occurs in all cases
