RESUMO
To describe the patterns of bone marrow edema observed on MRI and its relevance in distinction between the different causes of chronic pain at ankle and foot. The study included 47 patients complaining of chronic pain at ankle and foot with positive bone marrow edema findings on MRI examination. bone marrow edema intrinsic to osseous lesions were noted in 22 patients. Bone marrow edema with associated soft tissue lesions were noted in 25 patients findings included tenosynovitis in 15, impingement syndromes in seven diabetic foot infection in two and diabetic osteoneuroarthropathy in one patient

This is an analysis of 6 patients with enteric duplication cysts seen over a 27 months period at the department of radiology in Alyammamah hospital in Riyadh KS.A. They were 4 males and 2 females neonates and infants. All duplications were cystic 5 unilocular and 1 multiolecular. The location of these duplication cysts were gastric [1 case], jejunal [2 cases], and ileal [3 cases]. Five cases presented with palpable abdominal mass with minor associated symptoms as vomiting. Only 1 case presented with acute intestinal obstruction, proved to be ileal volvolus at surgery secondary to duplication cyst. The clinical presentation and radiological findings were correlated with postoperative and histopathological results for all cases
