RESUMO

Objective: to evaluate the different doses cardiac scan parameters influence on image quality of Multislice spiral CT. Methods:random collected 100 samplings that were the patients with cardiac scan images, indived them into the high dose group, midle dose group and the row dose group, based on the different doses of radiation, and then comparad the image quality. and analysed the influence of different doses of heart scan parameters on image quality through the linear multivariate regression. Results:1)Low dose group compared with the other two kinds of radiation dose, the quality of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the high dose group and middle dose group, compared two groups of image quality without obvious difference;2)under the condition of different doses of scanning parameter setting and image quality and CT set of collimation, layer thickness and reconstruction methods are closely related. Conclusion:64 layer CT scanning for the heart of the spiral, under the same parameter conditions, the radiation dose level have an impact on image quality, and if wanted to improve the requirements of imaging diagnosis, it could be reduce the radiation dose using, or optimization reconstruction method, expand the display field and so on.
