RESUMO

Objective:To explore the status quo of self-learning readiness of in-service nurses in self-taught examination and its correlation with general self-efficacy.Methods:Convenience sampling method was conducted with nurses who studied in the self-taught nursing examination of a university from a university in Sichuan Province from March to May 2020. General information questionnaire, Chinese version of Self-regulated Learning Readiness Scale for Nursing Education (SLDRS) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) were used to investigate the research. SPSS 24.0 was used to analyze the scores, multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between self-learning readiness and general self-efficacy. A total of 468 questionnaires were collected and 455 were valid. Results:The total scores of 455 nurses were (147.93±18.07) points, and the overall average scores were (3.70±0.45) points. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the desire to continue to study for postgraduate students, the times of face-to-face classes in each subject, the preference for nursing major, aimlessness and satisfaction with the forms of assistance were the important influencing factors of autonomous learning readiness ( P<0.05). There is a positive correlation between self-learning readiness and general self-efficacy ( r=0.551, P<0.05). Conclusion:The self-learning readiness of nurses for self-taught examination is at a medium level. Their self-learning ability may be improved by encouraging them to carry out career planning, improving their professional identity and self-efficacy, and choosing teaching methods that are more suitable for in-service staff.

RESUMO

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral ginkgo biloba extract EGB761 in patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods They searched PubMed,Embase, the Cochrane Library ,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases for randomly controlled trials of oral ginkgo biloba extract for mild cognitive impairment. After assessed the quality of studies included,RevMan5.2 software was used to analyze data. Results Seven studies which including 815 patients were involved by our inclusion criteria. The results of meta-analysis showed, compared with the control group, ginkgo biloba was superior in improving mild cognitive impairment patients' MMSE level[MD=1.81,95%CI(0.02,3.60),P=0.05;MD=1.96,95%CI(1.48,2.43),P<0.000 01;MD=1.79,95%CI(0.99,2.58),P<0.000 1] after treated three months、six months and twelve months.Ginkgo biloba was also superior in improving mild cognitive impaimant patients.CDT level[MD=0.43,95%CI(0.30,0.57),P<0.000 01;MD=0.57,95%CI(0.39,0.75),P<0.000 01] after treated six months and twelve months. The effect of preventing MCI patients into dementia was better than that of the control group[RR=0.27,95%CI(0.06,1.27),P=0.10;RR=0.32,95%CI(0.16,0.63),P=0.001]after treated six months and twelve months. Conclusion Oral preparation of ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of MCI clinical efficacy and prevention of dementia occurrence rate was better than that of blank control group.

RESUMO

Objective We examined the Grp78, ERK1/2 and phospho-ERK1/2 expressions in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissue samples in vitro, we interfered the expression of Grp78 in SMMC-7721 cells to explore whether Grp78 is involved in ERK1/2 signal pathway. Methods The Grp78, ERK1/2 and phospho-ERK1/2 expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry and confirmed by Western blotting in 47 HCC tissue samples. The Grp78 expression in SMMC-7721 cells was interfered by plasmid transfection and siRNA, ERK1/2 phosphorylation and expression were determined by Western blotting. Results The Grp78 expression was significantly correlated with ERK1/2 and phospho-ERK1/2 in HCC tissue samples. Overexpression of Grp78 promoted ERK1/2 phosphorylation in SMMC-7721 cells and the increased ERK1/2 phosphorylation was inhibited by Grp78 knockdown. Conclusion Grp78 is involved in the regulation of ERK1/2 signal pathway and might be a potential target for the comprehensive therapy of HCC.
