RESUMO

Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have great impact on the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer (GC).Recent studies show that the over-expression of H19,HOTAIR,TINCR and LINC00152 and the down-expression of MEG3,GAS5,LET and AA174084 are closely related to the occurrence, invasion, metastasis and prognosis of GC.lncRNAs provide an opportunity to develop new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of GC.

RESUMO

The cell-free plasma DNA (cfpDNA) has been suggested as a useful tumor marker for its quantitative and qualitative tumor-specific alterations that reflect the biological characteristics and the progression and outcomes of tumors. Therefore,it has been used as liquid biopsy to detect cfpDNA in peripheral blood for the diagnosis, monitoring of clinical effects, and prognosis of malignancies

RESUMO

Due to their small molecular weight, strong penetrating power, wide target range, strong ability of binding targets, stable quality, little immunogenicity, easiness to be synthesized and modified, and functional roles in molecular recognition and signal transduction, nucleic acid aptamers are now used as tools for molecular recognition and drugs delivery for the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of LigaSure vessel sealing system(LVSS)in laparoscopic splenectomy(LS).Methods From August 2005 to September 2006,11 cases underwent LS with LVSS.LVSS was applied to cut off lienocolic ligament and gastrosplenic ligament, and separate splenic artery from the superior border of spleen tail and blocked by an absorbable clip, and then splenic stalk was separated and cut off near the hilum of spleen with LVSS.Results LS was successfully completed in 10 cases,in which 9 with LVSS entirely, and 1 case used Endo-GIA due to difficulties in splenic stalk separation. And one case was converted to laparotomy for close adhesion of spleen with the surrounding tissues. The operation time was 60-150 min,110 min in average;blood loss was 80-400 ml.No complications such as postoperative massive hemorrhage, pancreatic leakage,or gastric leakage occured. Conclusions Application of LVSS in LS is characterized by safety, reliable hemostasis, and leaving no internal foreign body.

RESUMO

Objective To study the methods and effects of endoscope-assisted partial thyroidectomy through subclavicular approach between the cervical anterior muscles and the sternocleidomastoid muscle. Methods The study included 15 patients with unilateral thyroid benign nodules.A transversal subclavicular incision 2~3 cm in length was made.Endoscope-assisted partial thyroidectomy was performed through the subclavicular approach between the cervical anterior muscles and the sternocleidomastoid muscle. Results The operation was accomplished successfully in all the 15 patients. The operation time was 40~80 min(mean,50 min) and the intraoperative blood loss was 10~50 ml(mean,20 ml).No surgical complications occurred. The patients were discharged from hospital on 3~4 postoperative days.Follow-up observations in the 15 patients for 1~12 months(mean,7 months) revealed no recurrence. Conclusions Endoscope-assisted partial thyroidectomy through subclavicular approach between the cervical anterior muscles and the sternocleidomastoid muscle has the advantages of minimal invasion, little blood loss, low complication rate, quick recovery, and good cosmetic results.

RESUMO

Objective To study the causes and prevention of complications during LC. Methods The clinical data of 1200 patients treated by LC in the latest 10 years were reviewed retrospectively. Results All of the 1200 cases recovered smoothly without severe complications. 18 cases were converted to open-cholecystectomy. Conclutions Complications of LC can be prevented by strict training, serious operative procedures, and mastery of causes and prevention of complications.

RESUMO

Ojective To study the method of laparoscopic fenestration and its effect for the treatment of hepatic and renal cysts and polycystic livers and kidneys. Methods Laparoscopic fenestration of the cysts was performed Results All of the 15 cases were operated on successfully and recovered smoothly. Conclusions laparoscopic fenestration of hepatic and renal cysts and polycystic livers and kidneys has all the advantages of minimally invasive surgery. Relapsed cysts can be also treated by laparoscopic fenestration.

RESUMO

Objective To look for a method of LC with minimal invasion and better exposure. Methods During laparoscopic cholecystectomy with three holes, a needle with a No.7 thread was pierced to the abdominal cavity at the right eighth intercostal space and the fundus of the gallbladder was sutured. The gallbladder traction was performed by the thread to help exposure of the operative filed. LC of 90 cases were operated on by the method. Results All of the 90 cases were cured without any complication. Conclusions External abdominal gallbladder traction is more effective with minimal invision and better exposure as compared with the routine LC.
