RESUMO

Objective@#To understand the status of awarences and the influencing factors of food safety among medical students in Shangdong Province, and to provide a reference for improving a healthy eating habit among students on their knowledge about food safety, attitude and behavior.@*Methods@#A total of 2 322 students from 2 medical colleges and universities in Shandong province selected through stratified cluster sampling were investigated with questionnaires.@*Results@#Univariate analysis of variance showed that food safety knowledge differed by gender, grade, major, origin of student, whether learned nutrition knowledge, monthly cost on food (χ2/H=20.48, 128.02, 98.61, 36.50, 77.60, 171.03,P<0.01). In multiple Logistic regression analysis, results showed that gender, major, origin of student, monthly cost on food and the attention of food affect college students’ food safety awareness (P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#Food safety awareness among medical students in Shandong Province is relatively high but varies by multiple factors. It is necessary to improve food safety awareness of medical students through various channels.

RESUMO

Objective To discuss the effect of intravenous iron sucrose in the treatment of elderly heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)and iron deficiency(ID).Methods From June 2016 to December 2016,89 elderly patients with HFpEF and ID(age≥65 years old)in Anyang Prefecture Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (n=45)and control group(n=44).The two groups were treated with routine drugs for heart failure. The treatment group was intravenously given iron sucrose injection once a week on the basis of conventional treatment. The SF,TS and Hb were tested in the two groups every month. The echocardiography Doppler, six minutes walk test (6MWT)and N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)before and after experiment were examined in two groups. The changes of left artial diameter(LAD),the mitral valve early flow velocitye/the late diastolic blood flow velocity ratio(E/A),left ventricular end diastolic(LVEDD),6MWT,NT-proBNP were observed in the two groups before and after six months treatment. Results Before treatment, the levels of ST,TS,Hb,LAD,LVEDD,NT-proB-NP,E/A,6MWT in the two groups had no statistically significant differences (P >0.05 ).After treatment for 6 months, the levels of ST,TS and Hb in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(244.23 ±1.69)μg/L vs.(30.70 ±7.11)μg/L,(26.17 ±1.15)% vs.(10.10 ±9.31)%,(132.08 ±3.15)g/L vs.(111.0 ±0.08)g/L](t=32.661,9.881,25.123,all P<0.05).The levels of LVEDD,LAD and NT-proBNP of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group [(50.70 ±7.11)mm vs.(54.23 ± 1.69)mm,(32.17 ±0.35)mm vs.(36.10 ±3.31)mm,(1077.17 ±9.35)ng/L vs.(1636.10 ±0.31)ng/L](t= 8.123,6.984,11.484,all P<0.05).The levels of E/A,6MWT of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group[(1.18 ±0.15)vs.(0.97 ±0.33),(414.23 ±5.69)m vs (350.70 ±7.11)m](t=4.168,12.123,all P<0.05 ).Conclusion Intravenous iron sucrose can improve cardiac function in the elderly patients with HFpEF and ID.

RESUMO

Objective To discuss the influence of atorvastatin and rosuvastatin on carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT) of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods 142 patients after PCI with CIMT increasing were randomly divided into Lipitor group (n=71) and Crest group (n=71).The Lipitor group was given atorvastatin(20mg) orally once a day.The Crest group was given rosuvastatin(20mg) orally once a day.The changes of low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, liver function and CIMT before and after 12 weeks treat-ment were observed in two groups. Results After treatment for 6 months, the levels of LDL-C, CIMT in Lipitor group were lower than before treatment with statistical difference[(3.37 ±1.20)mmol/L vs (2.0 ±0.29)mmol/L, (1.29 ±0.06)mm vs (0.91 ±0.23)mm](t=4.032,3.523,all P<0.05);the levels of LDL-C,CIMT in Crest group were lower than before treatment with statistical difference[(3.38 ±1.21)mmol/L vs (1.8 ±0.15)mmol/L, (1.30 ±0.16)mm vs (0.81 ±0.15)mm](t=4.700,3.892,all P<0.05).The decreasing degree of LDL-C, CIMT was significantly lower in Crest group than that in Lipitor group with statistical difference( t=3.668,3.002,all P<0.05 ) .The level of HDL -C in Lipitor group was higher than before treatment with statistical difference [(1.01 ±0.36)mmol/L vs (1.10 ±0.31)mmol/L](t=3.801,P<0.05).The level of HDL-C in Crest group was higher than before treatment with statistical difference[(1.03 ±0.32)mmol/L vs (1.15 ±0.35)mmol/L](t =3.722,P<0.05).The decrease degree of HDL-C was significantly higher in Crest group than that in Lipitor group with statistical difference(t=3.568,P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin has better effect than atorvastatin on the reversal of atherosclerosis process.
