The authors report 47 cases of unicameral cyst of the bone. The average age is 9.5 years and sex ratio is 3. 91% of those cysts were localisated on the upper humerus or femur. 10 patients have been Operated with a deceived result and 14 have been treated by local corticotherapy which has failed in 3 cases. From this data, the authors establish their indications in this pathology
