Aim To investigate the effect of mallotoxin (MTX) on LQT2 induced by E-4031 in isolated guinea pig hearts and ventricular myocytes.Methods The isolated guinea pig heart underwent retrograde perfusion using Langendorff technique.In order to determine the effects of different concentrations of MTX on QT/QTc interval,transmural dispersion of repolarization (TDR) and index of cardiac electrophysiological balance (iCEB) in the absence and presence of hERG channel blocker E-4031,the electrocardiogram of isolated guinea pig hearts was recorded using Biopac physiological record.Single ventricular myocytes were isolated from guinea pig heart by enzymatic dissociation.Effects of MTX on action potential duration (APD) in the absence and presence of E-4031 were recorded by current clamp mode using whole patch clamp technique.Results MTX shortened the QT interval,reduced TDR,and decreased iCEB in isolated guinea pig heart.MTX could reverse the prolongation of QT interval and the increased TDR induced by E4031.MTX shortened the action potential duration and decreased APDgo,APD60 and APD30 in isolated guinea pig ventricular myocytes.MTX could reverse the prolongation of action potential repolarization duration induced by E-4031.Conclusion MTX shortens QT interval,decreases TDR,reduces iCEB,as well as shortens APD,thus reversing LQT2 induced by E4031.

Crohn's disease is a chronic idiopathic inflammatory bowel disease of unknown etiology .In our country , the number of Crohn's disease has increased dramatically in the past 20 years due to changes in living conditions ,diet,schedule and so on.This has attrac-ted the attention of medical workers and medical researchers .In recent years ,more and more studies have been made on the etiology ,clinical characterization,diagnosis and treatment techniques,and drug therapy of Crohn's disease.These findings enrich the understanding of Crohn's disease and promote the updating of the diagnosis and treatment of Crohn 's disease.In this paper, the research progress in the diagnosis of Crohn' s disease at home and abroad in recent years has been sorted out for reference by medical and related researchers .

Objective To study the curative efficacy of Ningmitai capsule unite amsulosin hydrochloride sustained realeased capsules treatment ofⅢ type B prostatitis and its effects on level of the prostate fluid of interleukin-10(IL-10), tumor necrosis factor alpha, prostaglandin E2.Methods 104 patients withⅢtype B prostatitis who received therapy from December 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects, according to the treatment were divided into observation group and control group , the observation group was treated with Ningmitai capsules unite Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained realeased capsules while the control group was treated with Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained realeased capsules.Comparison curative effect ,before and after the treatment of chronic inflammatory prostate integral index, maximum urinary flow rate, average urine flow rate;Analysis before and after treatment prostate fluid of interleukin-10, tumor necrosis factor alpha, prostaglandin E2 level and WBC count.Results After treatment, the observation group total effective rate was 90.4%, significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);After treatment, the observation group in the prostatic fluid IL-10, the TNF-α, PGE-2, the WBC levels were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),and after the treatment,chronic inflammatory prostate integral index of observation group was obviously lower than the control group, the maximum urinary flow rate, average urine flow rate is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ningmitai capsules unite amsulosin hydrochloride sustained realeased capsules treatment Ⅲ type B prostatitis has significantly clinical curative effect, can pass down the prostate fluid of IL-10, the TNF alpha, PGE-2 levels, relieve the clinical symptoms.

Objective To investigate the effects of different medical nutrition therapy on blood glucose variability in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes .Methods Eighty‐five patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into three groups ,29 cases in the control group ,27 cases in the low GI diet group ,29 cases in water‐soluble dietary fiber group .Each patient was established a individuality diabetic diet recipe according to the guidelines of medical nutrition therapy ,combined with oral hypoglycemic agents , The breakfast and dinner for patients in low GI diet group were completely instead of low GI diet ,while the breakfast and dinner for patients in water‐soluble dietary fiber group were added 10 g dietary fiber .Blood glucose ,blood lipid ,renal function and blood glu‐cose fluctuation were observed before and after one‐month intervention .Results Compared with before intervention ,the concentra‐tion of blood glucose after the intervention in each group were decreased (P < 0 .05) ,the glucose fluctuation index in low GI diet group and water soluble dietary fiber group decreased obviously after the intervention (P< 0 .05) .After the intervention ,average fasting blood glucose ,postprandial glucose average ,and mean blood glucose in low GI diet group were significantly lower than those in control group (P< 0 .05) ,Meanwhile ,the blood sugar standard deviation and MAGE in low GI dietary intervention group and in water‐soluble dietary fiber group were significantly lower than that of control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion On the basis of the di‐abetes diet recipes and oral drug treatment giving low GI dietary replacement therapy or adding water soluble dietary fiber ,for eld‐erly patients with type 2 diabetes ,could effectively control the blood glucose level ,and significantly reduce glucose variability .

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To analyze the pelvic stability after type I resection of iliac tumor.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Six adult cadaveric specimens were tested. The iliac subtotal resection models were established according to Ennecking's type I resection. Markers were affixed to the key region of the pelves. Axial loading from the proximal lumbar was applied by MTS load cell in the gradient of 0-500 N in the double feet standing state. Images in front view were obtained using CCD camera. Based on Image J software, displacements of the first sacral vertebrae (S1) of the resected pelves and the intact pelves were calculated using digital marker tracing method with center-of-mass algorithm.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Serious instabilities were found in the resected pelves. S1 rotational movements around the normal side femoral head of the resected pelvis were found. The average vertical displacement of S1 of the resected pelvis was (7 +/- 3) mm under vertical load of 500 newtons, which were 8.3 times compared to the intact pelvis. The average angle of S1 rotation around the normal side femoral head of the resected pelvis was (4.0 +/- 1.8) degrees, which were 12.5 times compared to the intact pelvis.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>Biomechanical model of type I resection of iliac tumor are established. Essential pelvic reconstruction must be introduced because of the serious instability of the bone defection after tumor resection.</p>
