The Effect and Mechanism of Fructus lycii on Improvement of Exercise Fatigue Using a Network Pharmacological Approach with in vitro Experimental Verification / 生物医学与环境科学（英文）

OBJECTIVE@#This study aimed to investigate the effect and underlying mechanism of Fructus lycii in improving exercise fatigue.@*METHODS@#A network pharmacological approach was used to explore potential mechanisms of action of Fructus lycii. Skeletal muscle C2C12 cells and immunofluorescence were employed to verify the effect and mechanism of the representative components in Fructus lycii predicted by network pharmacological analysis.@*RESULTS@#Six potential active components, namely quercetin, β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, 7-O-methylluteolin-6-C-beta-glucoside_qt, atropine, and glycitein, were identified to have potency in improving exercise fatigue via multiple pathways, such as the PI3K-Akt, neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, IL-17, TNF, and MAPK signaling pathways. The immunofluorescence results indicated that quercetin, a significant active component in Fructus lycii, increased the mean staining area of 2-NBDG, TMRM, and MitoTracker, and decreased the area of CellRox compared to the control. Furthermore, the protein expression levels of p-38 MAPK, p-MAPK, p-JNK, p-PI3K, and p-AKT markedly increased after quercetin treatment.@*CONCLUSION@#Fructus lycii might alleviate exercise fatigue through multiple components and pathways. Among these, quercetin appears to improve exercise fatigue by enhancing energy metabolism and reducing oxidative stress. The PI3K-AKT and MAPK signaling pathways also appear to play a role in this process.

Intravenous Tenecteplase for Acute Ischemic Stroke Within 4.5–24 Hours of Onset (ROSE-TNK): A Phase 2, Randomized, Multicenter Study / 대한뇌졸중학회지

Background@#and Purpose Intravenous tenecteplase (TNK) efficacy has not been well demonstrated in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) beyond 4.5 hours after onset. This study aimed to determine the effect of intravenous TNK for AIS within 4.5 to 24 hours of onset. @*Methods@#In this pilot trial, eligible AIS patients with diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI)-fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) mismatch were randomly allocated to intravenous TNK (0.25 mg/kg) or standard care within 4.5–24 hours of onset. The primary endpoint was excellent functional outcome at 90 days (modified Rankin Scale [mRS] score of 0–1). The primary safety endpoint was symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH). @*Results@#Of the randomly assigned 80 patients, the primary endpoint occurred in 52.5% (21/40) of TNK group and 50.0% (20/40) of control group, with no significant difference (unadjusted odds ratio, 1.11; 95% confidence interval 0.46–2.66; P=0.82). More early neurological improvement occurred in TNK group than in control group (11 vs. 3, P=0.03), but no significant differences were found in other secondary endpoints, such as mRS 0–2 at 90 days, shift analysis of mRS at 90 days, and change in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score at 24 hours and 7 days. There were no cases of sICH in this trial; however, asymptomatic intracranial hemorrhage occurred in 3 of the 40 patients (7.5%) in the TNK group. @*Conclusion@#This phase 2, randomized, multicenter study suggests that intravenous TNK within 4.5–24 hours of onset may be safe and feasible in AIS patients with a DWI-FLAIR mismatch.

Diagnosis and treatment of 11 patients with cevical spondylotic amyotrophy / 中国骨伤

OBJECTIVE@#To explore clinical features, treatment methods and clinical effects of cervical spondylosis with proximal muscular atrophy.@*METHODS@#Eleven patients with proximal-type cervical spondylotic amyotrophy were retrospectively studied from September 2016 to November 2020, including 7 males and 4 females, aged 38 to 68 years old. Clinical symptoms, MRI and neuroelectrophysiological manifestations were analyzed, and patients were treated with conservative treatment or anterior cervical decompression fusion surgery, respectively. The efficacy was evaluated by manual muscle test (MMT) before and after treatment, and patients' satisfaction was followed up at the same time.@*RESULTS@#All patients were followed up for 6 to 19 months. All 11 patients were unilateral, mainly manifested by atrophy of deltoid muscle, supraspinatus muscle and infraspinatus muscle, and may be accompanied by ipsilateral neck and shoulder pain at early stage. MRI showed lesions at C4,5, C5,6 segments were more common. Electrophysiological examination showed the affected muscle was denervated, and amplitude of compound muscle action potential (CMAP) of innervated nerve on the affected side was lower than that on the healthy side. All patients were obtained bone fusion. One patient who were underwent anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion (ACCF) occurred developed contralateral C5 nerve root paralysis after operation, which recovered completely after 10 weeks of symptomatic treatment. At 12 months after operation, the efficacy was evaluated according to MMT, 3 patients were treated conservatively, 2 patients excellent and 1 good;in 8 patients treated by operation, 3 patients were excellent, 4 good, and 1 moderate.@*CONCLUSION@#The incidence of cervical spondylosis with proximal muscular atrophy is low, which is manifested as unilateral proximal muscle atrophy and may be accompanied by ipsilateral neck and shoulder pain in the early stage. Combined with MRI and neuroelectrophysiological examination, misdiagnosis could be reduced. In the early stage of disease, especially in the case of nucleus pulposus protrusion leading to nerve compression, conservative treatment could be taken. When the conservative treatment is ineffective or the pain cannot be tolerated, anterior decompression surgery is recommended, and the overall effect is satisfactory.

Detection rate and influencing factors of suspected scoliosis among primary and middle school students in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture / 中华骨科杂志

Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of scoliosis among primary and middle school students in Dali Bai autonomous prefecture.Methods:A total of 176,729 students aged 6-18 years from 380 primary and secondary schools in eight counties of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture were screened for spinal health by visual method, Adams forward bend test and scoliometer measuring the angle of trunk rotation from September to November 2021. The angle of trunk rotation ≥5° or visual method retest positive was used as a positive standard to confirm suspected scoliosis population. Demographic data of the screening population including name, gender, age and ethnicity were collected. The average altitude of the community or village committee in the screening area was recorded. Binary logistic regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of scoliosis.Results:There were 176,729 people planned to complete the screening. A total of 140,026 people were actually completed screening with completion rate 79.23%. A total of 3,190 (2.28%) suspected scoliosis positive people were detected. The detection rate of female was 2.52%, which was higher than that of male 2.03% (χ 2=37.18, P<0.001). The detection rate of 10-18 years old group was 2.90%, which was higher than that of 6-9 years old group 0.70% (χ 2=620.79, P<0.001). There was a significant difference in the detection rate among different age groups from 6 to 18 years old (χ 2=1,451.00, P<0.001). The detection rate of Han population was 2.67%, which was higher than that of non-Han population 2.15% (χ 2=31.06, P<0.001). In non-Han population, the detection rate of Bai population was 2.07%, which was lower than that of non-Bai population 2.26% (χ 2=4.02, P=0.045). Trend chi-square test showed significant difference in the detection rate of scoliosis among the general population, 10-18 years old population and 6-9 years old population in the altitude <1,500 m, 1,500-1,599 m, 1,600-1,699 m, 1,700-1,799 m, 1,800-1,899 m, 1,900-1,999 m, 2,000-2,099 m, 2,100-2,199 m, 2,200-2,299 m and ≥2,300 m groups (χ 2=249.02, 195.64, 24.46, P<0.05). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of scoliosis was lower in males than that in females ( OR=0.82, P<0.001). The risk of scoliosis was increased in 10-18 years old compared with that in 6-9 years old ( OR=0.12, P<0.001). The risk of scoliosis was low in Bai population compared with that in Han populations ( OR=0.75, P<0.001). The altitude ≥2,000 m was a risk factor ( OR=1.52, P<0.001). Conclusion:The detection rate of suspected scoliosis in primary and middle school students in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture was 2.28%. Female, aged 10-18 years, Han populations, and residence in altitude ≥2,000 m might be the risk factors for scoliosis.

Medication Rules and Pharmaceutical Care of 875 Cases of COVID-19Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine / 中国实验方剂学杂志

Objective:This paper analyzed the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） for all patients diagnosed with novel coronavirus pneumonia（corona virus disease-2019，COVID-19）in Wuhan third hospital，analyzed the medication rules of the prescription，summarized the characteristics and thoughts of medication，and discussed the contents of TCM pharmaceutical care. Method:Use the data analysis software Excel 2007 and SQL server 2017 to perform statistical analysis for all inpatients in Wuhan Third Hospital from January 25，2020 to March 18，2020 who were treated by the prescriptions of TCM. The usage quantity，frequency，average dosage and dosage range of TCM were counted and compared with the dosage stipulated in the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Result:In this study，a total of 875 patients were included in the treatment prescription，involving 233 TCMs，and 20 high-frequency herbs were obtained，which were mainly used to dissolve phlegm，relieve cough and asthma，and tonify body. In the analysis of the characteristics of TCM，it is mainly composed of plain drugs，followed by cold drugs and warm drugs. The main taste of medicine is bitter，followed by spicy and sweet. The main meridians were the lung meridians，followed by the spleen and stomach meridians. By using association rule analysis and complex network analysis，it was found that the correlation degree of Artemisiae Scopariae Herba，Amomi Fructus Rotundus，Akebiae Caulis，Talcum and Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus was very high，which could treat symptoms such as fever，cough，sputum，thirst，chest tightness and abdominal distension after COVID-19 infection. Conclusion:In this study，it was found that the core prescription for the treatment of COVID-19 in Wuhan Third Hospital was the addition and reduction of clearing damp agent，modified Ganlu Xiaodudan，and the reduction of expectorant modified Qingjin Jianghuotang，all the drugs were excess used than pharmacopoeia prescribed dosage. As a clinical Chinese pharmacist，we should distinguish the syndrome types according to the symptoms of the patients，and medication monitoring should be conducted from the aspects of usage and dosage of specific medication，processing product selection，compatibility，patient education，etc.

Silencing LncRNA OIP5-AS1 increases radiosensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer A549 cell line by up-regulating miR-34c-5p expression / 中华放射肿瘤学杂志

Objective To investigate the effect of LncRNA OIP5-AS1 on radiosensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells and its mechanism.Methods The radiation-resistant cell A549R was established by using A549 cells irradiated by X-ray 6Gy in 5 fractions.The expression levels of OIP5-AS1 and miR-34c-5p in A549 and A549R cells were detected by qRT-PCR.OIP5-AS1 inhibitor or miR-34c-5p mimetic was transfected into A549R cells,or OIP5-AS1 overexpression plasmid was transfected into A549 cells.Cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry.Cell radiosensitivity was analyzed by colony formation assay.The expression levels of p-Chk2 and p-ATM proteins were measured by Western blot.Dual luciferase assay was adopted to verify the relationship between OIP5-AS1 and miR-34c-5p.Results Compared with A549 cells,the expression of OIP5-AS1 was significantly up-regulated in A549R cells (1.97±0.11 vs.1.01±0.05,P＜0.05),whereas the expression of miR-34c-5p was remarkably down-regulated (0.43±0.02 vs.1.02±0.06,P＜0.05).The expression levels of p-Chk2 and p-ATM proteins in A549R cells in the silencing OIP5-AS1 +6Gy group were significantly lower (0.43±0.03 vs.1.39±0.15,0.51 ±0.0 5 vs.1.21 ± 0.11,both P＜0.05),whereas the apoptotic rate was significantly higher than those in the silencing control + 6Gy group [(13.29± 1.25)％ vs.(28.47± 2.31)％,P＜0.05)].The expression levels of p-Chk2 and p-ATM proteins in A549 cells in overexpressing OIP5-AS1+6 Gy group were significantly higher than those in overexpression control+6 Gy group (1.23±0.13 vs.0.75±0.06,1.08±0.11 vs.0.59± 0.04,both P＜0.05).Inhibiting miR-34c-5p expression reversed the effect of silencing OIP5-AS1 on survival fraction of A549R cells (SER =1.42).OIP5-AS1 negatively regulated the expression of miR-34c-5p.Conclusion Silencing OIP5-AS1 enhances the radiosensitivity of radiation-resistant A549 cells by up-regulating the expression of miR-34c-5p,providing a potential target for radiotherapy of NSCLC cells.

The roles of organic anion transporters in the renal excretion of uric acid: research advances / 国际药学研究杂志

Gout and hyperuricemia, the frequently-occurring and common diseases, are mainly characterized by the rise of serum uric acid levels. Overproduction and/or underexcretion of uric acid are the primary causes of hyperurice- mia. As an important organ for uric acid elimination, the kidney is responsible for 2/3 uric acid excretion. Recent researches have shown that urate transporters mediate the urate reabsorption and secretion in proximal kidney tubules. The abnormal expression and functional changes of urate transporters are closely related to the occurrence and develop- ment of hyperuricemia. Recently, studies on the urate transporters have achieved great progresses, including the progress in the studies on the urate-anion transporter 1(URAT1), glucose transporter 9, ABC transporter family, sodium-depen- dent phosphate transport protein 1(NPT1), NPT4, and organic anion transporter family, etc. The roles of organic anion transporters(OAT, such as OAT1, OAT2, OAT3, OAT4, OAT10 and URAT1)in renal uric acid excretion are summa- rized in this review.

Clinical study for the effect of nano-carbon tracer on the dissection of central group lymph nodes in thyroid cancers / 中国现代普通外科进展

Objective:to explore the effect of nano-carbon tracer on the dissection of central group lymph nodes in thyroid cancers.Methods:60 patients with thyroid cancers enrolled from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as research objects.Tracing group contained 30 cases would carry out nano-carbon tracer for the dissection of lymph nodes,while the other 30 patients without using nano-carbon tracer were defined as control group.The number of dissected lymph nodes,the discovery rate of positive lymph nodes and the postoperative parathyroid function were made a comparison between the two groups.Results:the total number of dissected lymph nodes in the tracing group was more than the control group (269 vs 204).The average number of dissected lymph nodes in the tracing group (8.97 ± 1.65/case) was also significantly more than the control group(6.8 ± 1.52/case)(P＜0.05).In the tracing group,the total discovery rate of positive lymph nodes was 40.15％,while the control group was 37.25％.Therefore,the average number of dissected positive lymph nodes in the tracing group (3.6 ± 1.16/case) was significantly more than the control group (2.53 ± 1.17/case)(P＜0.05).Observation of the postoperative adverse reactions,there were fewer patients suffering hypocalcemia or recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in the tracing group compared to the control group.In detail,although the blood calcium levels on the 2nd day after operation in both two groups decreased compared with preoperative baseline values,significantly statistical difference was only observed in the control group with 2.173 ±0.20mmol/L in postoperation vs 2.28 ± 0.06mmol/L in pre-operation (P＜0.05).What's more,the blood calcium level in the tracing group on the 2nd day after operation (2.27 ± 0.19mmol/L) was significantly higher than the control group (2.173 ± 0.20mmol/L)(P＜0.05).Besides,the postoperative PTH levels in both two groups reduced in some degree compared to the preoperative baseline values,but there were no statistical differences (P＞0.05).Conclusion:using nano-carbon tracer during the operation would be benefit for the dissection of positive central group lymph nodes,the recognition of parathyroid glands and reduction of postoperative adverse reactions.

Effect of rigid corneal contact lens and corneal limbal stem cell transplantation for senile patients with pterygium / 国际眼科杂志(Guoji Yanke Zazhi)

AIM: To investigate the effect of rigid contact lens in the treatment after pterygium excision and limbal stem cell transplantation in senile patients.METHODS: Totally 90 elderly patients diagnosed as unilateral pterygium in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups, observation group and control group, 45 case with 45 eyes in each group.Observation group was treated with limbal stem cell transplantation and rigid contact lens.Control group was treated with limbal stem cell transplantation only.The following indicators were observed and compared: corneal healing time, visual analogue score(VAS) at 1, 3, 5 and 7d after surgery and the recurrence rate of pterygium.RESULTS: The score on corneal irritation of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05).CONCLUSION: Autologous corneal stem cell transplantation combined with rigid contact lens for pterygium in elderly patients is effective with shorter healing time and less pain, and it does not increase the recurrence rate.

Patient with pemphigus vulgaris complicated with dysfunctional uterine bleeding upon glucocorticoid usage: a case report / 华西口腔医学杂志

Pemphigus is a severe chronic autoimmune mucocutaneous bullous disease. Glucocorticoids are considered as the first line of treatment for this disease. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is also observed as a result of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovary axis dysfunction. This study reported one female patient with pemphigus vulgaris complicated with dysfunctional uterine bleeding upon systemic glucocorticoid usage. Before this disease was diagnosed, the patient experienced normal menstruation. The mechanism of dysfunctional uterine bleeding triggered by glucocorticoids is elucidated on the basis of case studies and literature review.

Granulosa cells model transfected by ENO1 overexpression adenovirus vector and the effect of ENO1 overexpression on progesterone secretion / 中国应用生理学杂志

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To construct primary cultured granulosa cells model of Zi Gooses tansfected by alpha-enolase (ENO1) overexpression adenovirus vector, and to detect the effect of ENO1 overexpression of granulose cells on progesterone secretion.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Granulosa cells were infected with Ad-CMV-ENO1 in gradient multiplicity of infection(MOI) levels:100, 250, 350 and 400 pfu/cell. Twenty four hours and 48 h after infection, green fluorescent protein (GDP) was respectively detected by fluorescence inverted microscopy. The effect of ENO1 overexpression of granulose cells on progesterone secretion was detected by the step double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The optimal infection rate (100%) was achieved when MOI was 800 pfu/cell,48h after infection. Real time RT-PCR and Western blot showed that the level of mRNA and protein expression ENO1 were increased significantly after infection (P < 0.01); The granulosa cells progesterone secretion of Ad-CMV-ENO1 group increased signigicantly (P < 0.01).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>ENO1 overexpression could make the primary culture follicle granulosa cells in vitro improve progesterone secretion.</p>

Determination of aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine in Shenfu injection / 中国中药杂志

To establish a method for the content determination of indexes for measuring aconitic compounds contained in Shenfu injection, in order to provide basis for the evaluation of the curative effect of monkshood in Shenfu injection. The sample were purified and enriched with HF-LPME. ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm x 50 mm, 1.7 microm) was adopted and eluted with a gradient program, with acetonitrile-10 mmol x L(-1) NH4HCO3 (pH 10) as the mobile phases. The flow rate was 0.45 mL x min(-1). The content was determined with ESI and MRM. The results showed that aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine showed a good linear relationship, with r > 0.999, within the range of 0.1-100 ng x L(-1). The recoveries were detected to be 100.1%, 97.4%, 97.5%, with RSD being 1.2%, 1.1%, 1.5%, respectively. This method was used to prove the safety of Shenfu injection, and provide scientific basis for correct evaluation of curative effect of monkshood, as well as a reliable, simple and practical means for quality control of monkshood-containing Chinese materia medica preparations.

Case-control study on suspine rotation manipulation for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation / 中国骨伤

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To compare therapeutic effects between suspine rotation and flexion manipulation for treating lumbar disc herniation.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>From December 2008 to January 2011, 134 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated, including 74 males and 60 females,ranging in age from 17 to 67 years,33 patients with age over 50 years old. According to diagnosis the ladder of the 9 cases bulging type, 74 hernia type, 51 cases free type. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( 69 cases) and control group (65 cases). All the patients were treated with the three-dimensional computer-controlled traction therapeutic apparatus,with continued traction for 20 minutes. After traction, flexion manipulation and rotat-ing manipulation were respectively adopted in treatment group and control group (on alternate days one time, 3 times as a course of treatment). The symptoms and signs (including back pain and discomfort, lower limb pain and numbness, powerless urination and defecation,numbness in perineum, straight-leg raising degree,ability of lower extremity walking,work and live) of patients were observed after treatment.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>All patients were followed up for 0.5 to 6 months with an average of 1.1 months. After treatment, the symptoms and signs of patients have significantly improved (P < 0.01), but the symptomes of powerless urination and defecation,numbness in perineum was not improved obviously (P>0.05). Forty-two of 69 patients in treatment group got excellent result, moderate in 20, poor in 7; Twenty of 65 patients in control group got excellent result, moderate in 25,poor in 20.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The whole effect of lumbar backwards rotation manipulation is more satisfactory than flexsion manipulation for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. But spinning force and times should be noticed.</p>

LC-MS determination and pharmacokinetic study of salidroside in rat plasma after oral administration of suspensions of traditional Chinese medicine Erzhi Wan and Fructus Ligustri lucidi / 药物分析学报

A simple,rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method was developed for the determination of salidroside in rat plasma and study of its pharmacokinetics after oral administration of suspension of Erzhi Wan and Fructus Ligustri lucidi into Wistar rats.Plasma sample of 200 μL was extracted with acetic etherisopropanol (2:1) and the extraction was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (150 mm×4.6mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-water (41:59,v/v) within a run time of 6.0min.The analyte was monitored with positive electrospray ionization (ESI) by selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode.The target ions were m/z 323.05 for salidroside and m/z 411.05 for internal standard (IS) geniposide.A good linear relationship was obtained over the range of 5.0-500.0 ng/mL and the lower limit of quantification was 5.0 ng/mL.The validated method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of salidroside in rat plasma after oral administration of suspension of Erzhi Wan and Fructus Ligustri lucidi.

Clinical observation of post-extension pulling massage in treating lumbar disc herniation / 中国骨伤

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To observe the clinical effect of post-extension pulling massage in treating lumbar disc herniation.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>From January 2008 to December 2008, 61 patients with lumbar disc herniation, 34 males and 27 females, ranging in age from 17 to 67 years with an average of 42.6 years, were treated with post-extension pulling massage after continued traction for 30 minutes (on alternate days one time, 3 times as a course of treatment). There was bulging type in 9 cases, hernia type in 22, free type in 30. After a course of treatment, the clinical effects were evaluated according to standard of Macnab, the items included pain, lumbar activity, normal work and life of patients.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>All patients were followed up from 1 to 9 months with an average of 4.6 months. After treatment, the symptoms and signs of patients had obviously improved in above aspects. According to standard of Macnab, 48 cases got excellent result, 10 good, 2 fair, 1 poor.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The post-extension pulling massage in treating lumbar disc herniation can obtain satisfactory results, which have localized site of action, small compression for vertebral body and can reduce accidental injury.</p>

Gaussia luciferase reporter assay for assessment of gene delivery systems in vivo / 中国医学科学杂志(英文版)

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To develop an alternative method for assessment of gene delivery systems in vivo.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Mouse primary spleen lymphocytes were genetically modified in vitro by a retroviral vector harboring a Gaussia luciferase (Gluc) expression cassette. After implantation of these cells into recipient mice, the expression of Gluc was detected in whole blood or plasma collected.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>As little as 10 muL whole blood drawn from the recipient mice could guarantee prompt reading of Gluc activity with a luminometer. And the reading was found in good correlation with the number of genetically modified spleen lymphocytes implanted to the mice.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>Gluc may be useful as an in vivo reporter for gene therapy researches, and Gluc blood assay could provide an alternative method for assessment of gene delivery systems in vivo.</p>
