RESUMO

Thanks to the support of relevant national policies since 2018, Internet hospitals in China had developed rapidly. The authors sorted out the current situation of Internet hospital management and construction in China through policy document search and literature search, and found such loopholes as lack of unified supervision and process supervision, barriers between online and offline one-stop services, obsolete information interoperability and network security technology, and poor doctor-patient satisfaction and treatment efficiency. It is recommended to establish a provincial-level standardized supervision and evaluation system, explore an integrated online and offline medical service system, improve the hospital informationized operation guarantee system, promote the improvement of doctor-patient communication satisfaction system, and further promote the development of Internet hospitals in China.

RESUMO

Objective:To describe the real experience of the elderly who has felt happy during the time they stayed at nursing homes, and discuss the meaning which is behind their experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, to provide scientific basis for improving their subjective well-being.Methods:Qualitative explanatory phenomenological analysis methods, and semi-structured in-depth interviews were used to interview 21 elderly people living in Guangzhou Songhe Nursing Home. Data analysis and subject extraction were carried out with reference to the Colaizzi 7-step analysis. Results:The real experience of subjective well-being of the elderly in nursing homes has six themes: be satisfied with the nursing home management service, be satisfied with harmonious interpersonal relationship, be satisfied with good health, be satisfied with family support, grateful and expectations for the social support system, be satisfied with and grateful for the epidemic prevention work during the COVID-19 epidemic. Conclusions:The elderly who live in a nursing home with perfect management and service, care for each other, are healthy, receive family and social support, are grateful, and understand family and social support will be more likely to feel happy. Improving the subjective well-being of the elderly in nursing homes requires the coordination and support of nursing homes, the elderly, families, society and other aspects.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the supporting system of drug safety governance in China. METHODS:Through analyzing the main ways ,characteristics and effectiveness of drug safety governance in Australia ,the suggestions for building drug safety governance system in China were put forward initially. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS :The methods of Australia ’s drug safety governance are to conduct division of labor between the federal and state/territory governments , advanced-voluntary-bundled-payment-model. conduct policy consultations with different related entities separately ,guide industry self-discipline based on industrial development level, and support industry to participate in drug advertising supervision. Australia ’s drug safety governance has the characteristics of large information sharing channels ,increasing the transparency of government work ,carrying out targeted education and enhancing the governance capacity of participants etc. It has achieved significant improvement in the occurrence of drug recall events, and significant increase in the satisfaction of stakeholders in the communication activities of drug regulatory authorities. In contrast, the participation consciousness and ability of relevant entities in China are still not strong ,and the system to ensure the participation of these entities is not yet sound. It is recommended that China should pay more attention to the communication between the upper and lower levels of governments ,conduct targeted education or training for principals of non-government entities, implement the policy consultation rights of non-government entities , as well as guide self-discipline based on self-management ability of industry entities so as to initially establish drug safety governance system in China ,and enhance the governance efficiency.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of tripterygium glycosides on the resistance to immune rejection after allogeneic islet transplantation in mice. Methods Twenty C57BL/6 mice were treated with STZ diabetes mellitus and transplanted the islets from Balb/c mice donor, then recipient mice were randomly divided into two groups:triptolide group and model control group(n=10),and were intraperitoneal injected with tripterygium glycoside solutin and equivalent solvent of 5 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 14 days.Blood glucose and body weight were measured within 4 weeks after transplantation. Two weeks later, two groups of grafted islets were stained by HE staining and immunohistochemical staining, the expression of IL-2 protein were detected by Western blotting. Results The level of blood glucose were decreased to normal in the triptolide group and model control group after islet transplantation, but blood glucose gradually increased in the model control group after two weeks.Compared with the model control group, the inflammatory cells were less infiltrated and the immunohistochemical staining of insulin was deeper in the triptolide group. The expression of IL-2 in the triptolide group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium glucoside could significantly decrease the inflammatory cell infiltration and inflammation factor expression in the allogeneic islet recipients to reduce the immune rejection and improve graft survival.

RESUMO

BACKGROUNDA practical problem impeding clinical translation is the limited bone formation seen in artificial bone grafts. Low-pressure/vacuum seeding and dynamic culturing in bioreactors have led to a greater penetration into the scaffolds, enhanced production of bone marrow cells, and improved tissue-engineered bone formation. The goal of this study was to promote more extensive bone formation in the composites of porous ceramics and bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs).

METHODSBMSCs/β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) composites were subcultured for 2 weeks and then subcutaneously implanted into syngeneic rats that were split into a low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) treatment group and a control group. These implants were harvested at 5, 10, 25, and 50 days after implantation. The samples were then biomechanically tested and analyzed for alkaline phosphate (ALP) activity and osteocalcin (OCN) content and were also observed by light microscopy.

RESULTSThe levels of ALP activity and OCN content in the composites were significantly higher in the LIPUS group than in the control group. Histomorphometric analysis revealed a greater degree of soft tissue repair, increased blood flow, better angiogenesis, and more extensive bone formation in the LIPUS groups than in the controls. No significant difference in the compressive strength was found between the two groups.

CONCLUSIONLIPUS treatment appears to enhance bone formation and angiogenesis in the BMSCs/β-TCP composites.
