RESUMO

Objective To compare the clinical values of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis. Methods Totally 100 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted in the hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were equally divided into an observation group and a control group according to the time of treatment. The patients in the observation group were diagnosed by MRI,while the control group was diagnosed by CT.The positive rates of positive diagnosis, staging diagnosis and detection probability of positive signs were compared between the two groups. Results The positive rates of diagnosis, staging diagnosis and detection of positive signs were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion MRI has better soft tissue resolution, better diagnosis effect, less harm to patients when compared with CT,and thus is worthy clinical reference, promotion and application.
