RESUMO

Objective To analyze challenges existing in the human resources allocation at a tertiary hospital in Beijing and explore tactics for improving health manpower quality and distribution. Methods This study adopted retrospective and descriptive research methods to analyze the basic composition of hospital human resources, namely the numbers, age, educational background and academic titles. It also made descriptive and deductive analysis on the dynamic development of hospital human resources from 2012 to 2017. Results The proportion of hospital staff is balanced in general, yet with too many off-staffs; the proportion of various staff types is irrational. The overall age structure, makeup of education backgrounds to be improved; Lack of high-level talents; Lack of emphasis on career development planning for management and nursing staff. Conclusions The development of health human resources is evolving from quantity growth to that of staff competence improvement and staff makeup optimization. The hospital should explore and innovate approaches in staffing reform, draft manpower development plan scientifically, explore innovation means to make human scientific development planning, optimize the structure of human resources, innovate the talent evaluation mechanism and give full play to the incentive role of talent evaluation, guide professional training programs for health professionals, improve the efficiency of health human resources and work for balanced and coordinated development.

RESUMO

Objective To evaluate the renal toxicity of vancomycin hydrochloride and irbesartan tablets using the zebrafish model. Methods After construction of AB zebrafish kidney model, the fish were treated with drug after fertilization 2 days (2 dpf) to 5 dpf. At the end of the experiment, the number of renal edema zebrafish was counted in each experimental group to evaluate the renal toxicity of drugs. Results The zebrafish development was normal and no obvious toxicity at the dose of 16?4 ng/fish (1/10 MNLD) for vancomycin, and zebrafish renal edema occurred rate was 3?3%, 10% and 10% respectively at the dose of 54?7 ng/fish (1/3 MNLD), 164 ng/fish (MNLD) and 273 ng/fish ( LD10 ) with the death rate of 0%, 0% and 16?7%, respectively, which indicated that there was significant renal toxicity of vancomycin at the dose of 54?7 ng/fish (1/3MNLD) to 273 ng/fish (LD10). Irbesartan didn’t induce renal toxicity at the dose of 8?3 μg/mL (1/10 MNLC) to 91 μg/mL (LC10). Conclusions The zebrafish model of renal toxicity can be used for the early evaluation of drug renal toxicity and we made evaluation of the renal toxicity of vancomycin and irbesartan with this model.

RESUMO

Aim To evaluate the antitumor activity of ruthenium polypyridyl complexes and the underlying mechanism. Methods The right complexes 2b were filtered with highest activity and lowest toxicity by MTT assay. The change of cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry . The expression of p53 and p21 was detected by Western blot. The in vivo antitumor activity of 2b was evaluated by the assay of tumor bearing nude mice. Results 2b potentially inhibited proliferation of a variety of hepatoma cell lines, among which Hep 3B cell was the most significant ( IC50 was 12. 1 μmol · L-1 ) . The apoptosis of Hep 3 B cell was induced by 2b, as evidenced by DNA fragmentation, chromatin condensation and appearance of subG1 peak. The ac-tivities of caspase-9 and caspase-3 were activated by 2b. The phosphorylation of p53 was induced by 2b. The expression of p53 and p21 was also up-regulated by 2b. The growth of tumor of nude mice was signifi-cantly inhibited by 2b in vivo experiment. Conclusion 2b has good in vitro and vivo antitumor activities, and it can inhibite growth of Hep 3 B cells by inducing apoptosis.
