RESUMO

Objective@#To analyze the eye gaze pattern during the orienteering exercise and effects of orienteering exercises on myopia prevention and control in primary school students, so as to provide reference for the effective prevention and control of myopia.@*Methods@#Visual acuity screening was conducted on fifth grade students aged 10-11 years old in Shaanxi Normal University Primary School, and 120 primary school students with abnormal visual acuity were selected and randomly divided into experimental group ( n =60) and control group ( n =60). The experimental group practiced orienteering cross country program on the basis of the control group, and compared the differences in myopia improvement between the two groups through the characteristics of eye changes tested by ETG spectacle type oculomotor.@*Results@#The differences between the experimental group and the control group in naked eye visual acuity, refraction and visual fatigue before the intervention were not statistically significant ( t=0.13, 1.94, 0.70, P > 0.05); after ten weeks of intervention, the naked eye visual acuity, refraction and visual fatigue of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=11.28, 15.03, -247.01, P <0.05). During the process of map recognition and scene recognition, the differences in fixation time, number, frequency and saccade distance of the experimental group were statistically significant ( t=-13.62, -7.83, 4.82, 7.15, P <0.05); the students in the experimental group showed alternate eye gaze characteristics in the process of map recognition and scene recognition.@*Conclusion@#During orienteering exercises, map recognition and real scene recognition mobilized eye following, sweeping, gaze, focus and alternate visual tracking, which have an improved effect on myopia prevention and control in primary school students.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of Tongfei-Huatan-Huoxue decoction for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods According to the random table method, 103 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the control group (n=51) and the treatment group (n=52). The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine, while the patients in the treatment group were treated with Tongfei-huatan-huoxue decoction on the basis of control group. Two groups were treated for 30 consecutive days. The clinical total effective rate of two groups after treatment was counted. The NIHSS scores, Brrthal were determined respectively before and after treatment, at the same time, the levels of serum IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP and plasma TXB2, AT- , 6Ⅲ -keto-PGF1α were detected before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.5%, while the total effective rate of control group was 70.6%. The difference between two groups was statistically significant ( χ2=5.067, P=0.024). After treatment, the NIHSS (9.15 ± 1.25 vs. 12.21 ± 2.05, t=9.166), plasma TXB2 (140.12 ± 16.58 ng/L vs. 168.49 ± 22.18 ng/L, t=7.362), IL-6 (32.02 ± 2.54 ng/L vs. 44.15 ± 3.17 ng/L, t=21.452), TNF-α (8.05 ± 1.71 g/L vs. 11.14 ± 2.03 g/L, t=8.361), hs-CRP (12.16 ± 5.34 mg/L vs. 20.08 ± 6.06 mg/L, t=7.041) of treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), while the Brrthal (90.05 ± 16.37 vs. 79.36 ± 15.22, t=3.431), plasma AT- (82.57% ±Ⅲ4.83% vs. 76.64% ± 4.29%, t=6.583), 6-keto-PGF1α (65.07 ± 9.26 ng/L vs. 39.91 ± 8.38 ng/L, t=14.450) of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The clinical curative effect of Tongfei-Huatan-Huoxue decoction for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significantly, which can significantly improve the patient's nerve function and daily life ability, speculated that the mechanism of action relevant to correct high blood coagulation state, inhibit thrombosis and reduce the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the mechanisms modulating the functions of dendritic cells (DCs) and suppressing the activation and proliferation of T cells by transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β).Methods Mouse splenic DCs were purified with CD11c+ immunomagnetic beads and the purity of isolated DCs were detected by flow cytometry.Gene chip was used to detect gene expression in DCs after stimulation with TGF-β, and then real-time PCR was performed to analyze the differentially expressed genes in microarray at mRNA level. The activation and proliferation of CD4+ T cells which were co-cultured with DCs after stimulation with TGF-β were detected by flow cytometry. Results The purity of DCs reached over 95% after isolation.TGF-β down-regulated the expression of cell surface markers CD53, CD69, CD33, CD74 and CD93 on DCs;decreased the expression of chemokines Ccl3, Ccl5, Ccl9, Ccl6, Ccl17, Cxcl10, Ccl22, Ccl4, Ccr7, Ccl2, Cxcl9 and Ccl7;inhibited the expression of inflammatory cytokines IL-2ra, IL-12rb2, IL-15ra, IL-1b and IL-15.Moreover, the DCs-mediated activation and proliferation of CD4+ T cells were suppressed by TGF-β.Conclusion TGF-β inhibits the DCs-mediated activation and proliferation of CD4+ T cells by suppressing the expression of surface markers on DCs and down-regulating the expression of chemokines and inflammatory cytokines.
