RESUMO

Parkinson′s disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease. The prevalence of dysphagia in patients with PD is 16%-87%. Dysphagic patients show abnormalities in the oral, pharyngeal and esophageal phases of swallowing. The evaluation tools of dysphagia in patients with PD include instrumental assessment tools, non-instrumental objective assessment tools and subjective assessment tools. Videofluoroscopic study of swallowing and flexible endoscopic examination of swallowing are the gold standards for swallowing assessment in patients with PD; high-resolution manometry, tongue pressure measurement, surface electromyography and ultrasonography can be used as supplementary tests; the Swallowing Disturbance Questionnaire Scale, which is sensitive, specific, reliable and valid, is recommended as a screening tool.

RESUMO

This study has combed and analyzed the characteristics of medical doctoral supervisors and the enrollment status from 2015 to 2018 in Tongji University School of Medicine. The results show that the distribution of doctoral supervisors' age, gender and professional title is relatively balanced. The enrollment situation shows the clustering trend. There are obvious differences in enrollment among clinical medical disciplines, and the scales of doctoral supervisors and doctoral students are not matched and unevenly distributed. It is essential to give an overall consideration in discipline resources and optimize enrollment allocation, for improving the construction of doctoral supervisors and the quality of doctoral training.

BACKGROUND@#Extreme temperature events, including extreme cold, are becoming more frequent worldwide, which might be harmful to pregnant women and cause adverse birth outcomes. We aimed to investigate the association between exposure to low ambient temperature in pregnant women and adverse birth outcomes, such as preterm birth, low birth weight, and stillbirth, and to summarize the evidence herein.@*METHODS@#Relevant studies were searched in PubMed, Cochrane, and Embase electronic databases until November 2021. Studies involving low ambient temperature, preterm birth, birth weight, and stillbirth were included. The guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses were followed to conduct this study risk of bias and methods for data synthesis.@*RESULTS@#A total of 34 studies were included. First, pregnant women exposed to low ambient temperature had an increased risk of preterm birth (risk ratio [RR] 1.08; 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.04-1.13). Subgroup analyses revealed that exposure during late pregnancy was more likely to induce preterm birth. In addition, only pregnant women exposed to <1st percentile of the mean temperature suffered increased risk of preterm birth. Moreover, pregnant women living in medium or hot areas were more prone to have preterm births than those in cold areas when exposed to low ambient temperatures. Asians and Blacks were more susceptible to low ambient temperatures than Caucasians. Second, pregnant women exposed to low ambient temperature had an increased risk of low birth weight (RR 1.07; 95% CI 1.03-1.12). Third, pregnant women had an increased risk of stillbirth while exposed to low ambient temperature during the entire pregnancy (RR 4.63; 95% CI 3.99-5.38).@*CONCLUSIONS@#Exposure to low ambient temperature during pregnancy increases the risk of adverse birth outcomes. Pregnant women should avoid exposure to extremely low ambient temperature (<1st percentile of the mean temperature), especially in their late pregnancy. Objective:To explore the criteria of general practice doctoral supervisors.Methods:The expert consultation questionnaire was formed by literature analysis. Experts in the field of general medicine from universities and tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were invited to participate in two rounds of Delphi consultation. The consultation content included the basic requirements and the importance evaluation of the selection criteria for general practice doctoral supervisors. Descriptive analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used to analyze the results of the study.Results:A total of 29 experts participated in the consultation, all with senior professional titles and doctoral degrees. The positive coefficient and expert authority coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation were 1.0 and 0.925, respectively. The Kendall coordination coefficient of indicator importance evaluation were 0.436 and 0.397, respectively. The ethics, age, professional title, educational background and academic degree and diploma were considered to be included in the basic qualifications. The optimal standards for supervisor selection included teaching ability, scientific research ability, student training and team promotion ability that subdivided into 13 evaluation indexes.Conclusion:The basic qualifications and optimal standards for general practice doctoral supervisors have been preliminarily developed, which provides reference for selection of qualified general practice doctoral supervisors.

Objective:To investigate the effect of the liquid resuscitation therapy strategy using intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) and oxygenation index (PaO 2/FiO 2) as the end point in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods:A retrospective study was performed, including 84 patients with SAP in emergency intensive care unit of Qingzhou Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from January 2018 to August 2021. According to the status of fluid balance at admission, all patients were divided into the positive fluid balance group (43 cases) and the negative fluid balance group (41 cases). The clinical data including gender, age, etiology, underlying disease, acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ (APACHEⅡ) and sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) of all patients were collected. Fluid balance, PaO 2/FiO 2, IAP, compliance rate, new mechanical ventilation rate and overall hospital stay of 1 week after admission were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results:After 72 hours of treatment, the cumulative fluid balance was (5 219.5±1 038.4) mL in the positive fluid balance group; IAP was higher than that before treatment [mmHg (1 mmHg≈0.133 kPa): 11.9±2.0 vs. 11.7±2.1], but no significant difference was found ( P > 0.05); PaO 2/FiO 2 was significantly higher than that before treatment (mmHg: 299.8±51.4 vs. 220.5±50.4, P < 0.05). After 72 hours of treatment, the cumulative fluid balance in negative fluid balance group was (-3 542.4±1 310.6) mL; IAP was significantly lower than before treatment (mmHg: 11.4±1.8 vs. 15.2±1.9, P < 0.05); PaO 2/FiO 2 was significantly higher than that before treatment (mmHg: 309.9±50.9 vs. 215.4±49.7, P < 0.05). In the fluid resuscitation goals, after 72 hours of treatment, the compliance rate in the negative fluid balance group was significantly higher than that in the positive fluid balance group [82.93% (34/41) vs. 62.79% (27/43), P < 0.05]; 1 week after admission, the new mechanical ventilation rate in the negative fluid balance group was significantly lower than that in the positive fluid balance group [21.95% (9/41) vs. 41.86% (18/43), P < 0.05]; however, there was no significant difference in overall hospital stay between the two groups (days: 41.2±10.9 vs. 39.1±11.5, P > 0.05). After treatment, 70 patients survived and 14 patients died (including 9 cases in the positive fluid balance group and 5 cases in the negative fluid balance group). Conclusions:Using IAP and PaO 2/FiO 2 to guide liquid therapy could result in effective fluid resuscitation in SAP. The treatment strategy effectively improved prognosis of patients with SAP.

Objective:To explore the effect of the new model of "5G cloud plus medicine" network and linkage in improving the therapeutic effect for patients with severe trauma.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 410 patients with severe trauma admitted to Qingzhou People′s Hospital affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from November 2016 to November 2020. There were 258 males and 152 females, aged 16-80 years [(45.7±16.1)years]. The injury severity score (ISS) ranged from 17 to 55 points [(28.1±7.6)points]. A total of 210 patients with severe trauma were rescued by using the new model of "5G cloud plus medicine" network and linkage from November 1, 2018 to November 30, 2020 (observation group), and another 200 patients with severe trauma were rescued by the traditional treatment mode from November 1, 2016 to October 31, 2018 were selected as the control group. Time to start rescue (time from admission to the start of rescue), CT examination time (time from consultation to completion of CT scan), time to receive blood transfusion (time from blood transfusion request to execution), residence time in emergency room, ISS at postoperative 28 days, proportion of patients with blood transfusion, success rate of rescue and mortality rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Time to start rescue [(2.4±1.1)minutes], CT examination time [(29.1±10.3)minutes], time to receive blood transfusion [(28.1±10.2)minutes] and residence time in emergency room [(3.0±1.1)hours] in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group [(5.5±1.2)minutes, (42.8±10.1)minutes, (48.5±13.1)minutes, (5.0±1.4)hours] (all P<0.05 or 0.01). ISS was (18.7±2.8)points in observation group, significantly lower than (22.1±3.4)points in control group ( P<0.05). Proportion of patients with blood transfusion was 49.5% (104/210) in observation group, similar with 42.5% (85/200) in control group ( P>0.05). Success rate of rescue was 99.0% (208/210) in observation group, significantly higher than 93.0% (186/200) in control group ( P<0.05). The mortality rate was 4.3% (9/200) in observation group, significantly lower than 8.5% (17/200) in control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with severe trauma, the new model of "5G cloud plus medicine" network and linkage can effectively shorten the time to start rescue, CT examination time, time to receive blood transfusion and residence time in emergency room, improve the success rate of rescue and reduce the mortality rate, which is worthy of further promotion.

Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is an acute diffuse inflammatory lung injury.Mechanical ventilation is the cornerstone of the treatment from ARDS, which aims to minimize ventilator-induced lung injury while maintaining effective oxygenation.The level of driving pressure affects the volume injury, pressure injury, biological injury and shearing injury during mechanical ventilation of ARDS patients.This study reviewed the mechanical ventilation strategy with driving pressure as guidance in ARDS patients.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the “dose-effect-toxicity”correlation of Miao medicine Wikstroemia indica before and after processed on anti-immnue inflammation of mice . METHODS :Mice were divided into blank group ,model group ,ethanol extract of W. indica raw product groups 1-6,ethanol extract of W. indica processed product by “sweat soaking method ”groups 1-6 (hereinafter called “raw groups 1-6”“processed groups 1-6”for short ,drug dosage were 0.13,0.20,0.26,0.52,1.04,2.6 g/kg), positive group (cyclophosphamide,36.4 mg/kg),with 10 mice in each group. Except for blank group ,other groups were given 1% 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene-acetone-sesame oil mixed solution to induce delayed type hypersensitivity model. After modeling, blank group and model group were given constant volume of 1.0% CMC-Na solution intragastrically ,and administration groups were given relevant medicine 20 mL/kg intrag astrically,oncea day ,for consecutive 5 d. A fter last medication ,ear swelling degree of mice were recorded ;the inhibition rate of swelling degree, half effective dose (ED50) and 95% confidence 158-02-32); interval(CI)of raw and processed products were calculated ; the weight of heart ,liver,spleen,lung and kidney were measured and the indexes of organs were calculated ;ELISA 1161472062@qq.com and modified chemical oxidation method were used to determine the serum levels of inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-10) and liver and renal function indexes (ALT,AST, TBIL,BUN,CREA). RESULTS:Compared with blank group ,the degree of ear swelling in the model group was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with model group ,ear swelling degree of mice were decreased significantly in different doses groups of ethanol extract of raw and processed products of W. indica (P<0.05). The inhibition rate of swelling increased with the increase of dose ,ED50 and 95%CI of delayed hypersensitivity ear swelling were 0.239 6(0.129 0,0.445 2)g/kg and 0.147 3(0.076 8,0.282 7)g/kg,respectively. Compared with blank group ,liver index and serum TNF-α level of mice were increased significantly in model group ,while lung index and serum IL- 10 level were decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with model group ,the levels of liver indexes (positive group ,raw group 3,processed groups 1-6)and serum TNF-α levels(positive group ,raw groups 1-3,processed groups 1-4) were decreased significantly in different administration groups ;while the levels of lung indexes (positive group ,raw groups 3-6 and processed groups 3-6),serum IL- 10 levels(raw groups 1,2,4 and 5,processed groups 2-6),ALT,AST,BUN and CREA levels (raw groups 4-6),TBIL levels (raw groups 3-6 )were increased significantly (P< 0.05). CONCLUSIONS :The ethanol extract of raw product of W. indica has certain anti-inflammatory activity ,and has certain hepatorenal toxicity to mice ,with certain “dose-effect-toxity”correlation. The ethanol ectract of processed product of W. indica has certain anti-inflammatory activity too ,but its hepatorenal toxicity was lower than raw product. The “sweat soaking method ” possesses the function of “retaining efficiency and reducing toxicity ”for processing W. indica .

Objective@#To evaluate the effectiveness on informational support of the parenting sense of competence and parenting stress in primiparas.@*Methods@#Ninety-five primiparas in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were recruited from November 2017 to April 2018, mothers of premature infants discharged from hospital from November 2017 to January 2018 were divided into the control group,and which discharged from February 2018 to April 2018 were divided into the experimental group conveniently.Seven cases in the control group and 5 cases in the experimental group dropped out. The control group received routine nursing care, 4 times of informational support were implemented to the mothers of premature infants at the first 4 months after discharged in the experimental group,included team teaching, live demonstration, set up a wechat group, et al. All primiparas were investigated using the Chinese version of Parenting Sense of Competence Scale(C-PSOC) and the Parenting Stress Index-Short Form(PSI-SF) at the 1th,3th,6th month postpartum.@*Results@#At the 6th month postpartum, total scores of the Chinese version of Parenting Sense of Competence Scale and subscale scores of self-efficacy, satisfaction of the mothers of premature infants were 82.60±4.45, 39.19±3.25, 43.40±3.47, respectively in the experimental group,and the scores were 76.83±7.88, 36.90±4.82, 39.93±5.16, respectively in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=4.117, 2.541, 3.613, P<0.05). At the 6th month postpartum,total scores of the Parenting Stress Index-Short Form and subscale scores of parenting distress,parent-child dysfunctional interaction,difficult child of the mothers of premature infants were 80.31±9.50, 28.62±4.54, 23.98±4.91, 26.14±5.15, respectively in the experimental group,and the scores were 87.36±8.58, 32.55±4.88, 25.95±4.15, 28.84±4.88, respectively in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-3.568-3.823, P<0.05).@*Conclusions@#Informational support can effectively improve the parenting sense of competence and relieve the parenting stress in primiparas.

Background:More and more evidences suggest that microRNA plays an important role in the development of gastric cancer (GC).Expression of miR-129 in GC tissues is found abnormal, however, the mechanism of miR-129 in cell proliferation and invasion is still undefined.Aims:To investigate the expression of miR-129 in GC tissue and GC cell lines and the mechanism of miR-129 in proliferation and invasion of SGC-7901 cells.Methods:Eighty-two GC tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues were collected, human gastric epithelial cell line and different GC cell lines were cultured, qPCR was conducted to assess miR-129 expression.SGC-7901 cells were transfected with miR-129 mimic or miR-NC, and then were transfected with overexpressed HMGA2 plasmid.Colony formation assay was used to detect cell proliferation ability, and Transwell chamber was used to assess cell invasion ability.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between miR-129 and HMGA2 mRNA expression.Luciferase assay was performed to determine the activity of luciferase.mRNA and protein expressions of miR-129, HMGA2 were determined by qPCR and Western blotting, respectively.Results:Compared with paracancerous tissues, expression of miR-129 was significantly decreased in GC tissues (P<0.05);when compared with human gastric epithelial cells, expression of miR-129 was significantly decreased in GC cell lines (P<0.05).Compared with miR-NC group, proliferation and invasion abilities of SGC-7901 cells were inhibited in miR-129 mimic group (P<0.05).HMGA2 mRNA expression in GC tissues was significantly upregulated (P<0.05), and was negatively correlated with miR-129 expression (r=-0.543 9, P<0.01).Luciferase activity in wild-type miR-129 mimic group was significantly lower than that in miR-NC group (P<0.05);mRNA and protein expressions of HMGA2 were decreased after transfection with miR-129 mimic (P<0.05).Compared with miR-129+vector group, proliferation and invasion of SGC-7901 cells were significantly increased in miR-129 mimic+HMGA2 group (P<0.05).Conclusions:The expression of miR-129 is decreased in GC tissue and cells;miR-129 inhibits SGC-7901 cells proliferation and invasion by negatively regulating HMGA2.

To analyze the genotype of Echinococcus granulosus found in Liaoning Province,hydatid cyst was taken from the patient's liver,DNA of cyst was isolated and mitochondrial cox1 gene was sequenced substantially.Sequence results was analyzed by Blast and compared with similar strains in GenBank.Results showed that molecular analysis confirmed the echinococcosis by identical sequence of our strain with E.granulosus (AF297617) G1 genotype,with 0.1% difference.And the sequence of our strain was consistent with 25 other strains in different countries.In conclusion,genotyping of mitochondrial gene coxl is a very useful tool for diagnosis of echinococcosis.We first reported a strain of E.granulosus in Liaoning Province,which provide novel molecular epidemiological data of this zoonosis.

Background: Esophageal variceal bleeding is a clinical emergency and the major cause of death in patients with liver cirrhosis.Aims: To assess the value of platelet count (PC)/spleen diameter (SD) ratio in predicting the presence of esophageal varices (EV) in patients with HBV-related cirrhosis in China.Methods: A total of 91 consecutive HBV-related cirrhosis patients with EV from Aug.2013 to Dec.2015 at Renji Hospital (South Campus),School of Medicine,Shanghai Jiao Tong University were enrolled.Thirty-two HBV-related cirrhosis patients without EV were enrolled as controls.Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy,routine laboratory examinations and abdominal ultrasonography were performed and the related parameters were collected.Binary Logistic regression analysis was carried out to identify independent risk factors associated with EV.ROC curve was used to evaluate the predictive performance of PC/SD ratio for the presence of EV.Results: The PC/SD ratio was significantly lower in EV group than in non-EV group (538.2±327.0 vs.1 105.9±426.6,P=0.001).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the PC/SD ratio was independently associated with the presence of EV (OR=57.29,95% CI: 15~214,P=0.000).In ROC curve analysis,the area under the curve (AUC) of PC/SD ratio in predicting the presence of EV was 0.853;the optimal cutoff value was 842,and the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 85.7%,75.0%,90.7%,and 64.9%,respectively.Conclusions: PC/SD ratio can be used as a non-invasive tool for prediction of the presence of EV in patients with HBV-related cirrhosis.It may reduce the number of unnecessary endoscopy.

Background:Esophagogastric variceal bleeding is a severe and commonly seen complication of portal hypertension in patients with liver cirrhosis. Prevention of rebleeding remains an important issue in the management of patients suffered from the disease. Aims:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of percutaneous transhepatic variceal embolization(PTVE) combined with partial splenic embolization(PSE)for treatment of esophagogastric variceal bleeding in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods:Ten liver cirrhosis patients with esophagogastric variceal bleeding were prospectively selected and treated by PTVE combined with PSE. The blood flow of portal system was measured by Doppler ultrasonography pre- and post-operatively;meanwhile peripheral blood cells were counted. A 1-2-year follow-up was carried out and the rebleeding and procedure-related complications were recorded. Results:The postoperative inner diameter of main portal vein,as well as the blood flow velocity of main portal vein and splenic vein were significantly reduced as compared with those before operation(P < 0. 05). Three months after operation,the peripheral white blood cell and platelet were still significantly higher than those before operation(P < 0. 05). During 1-year follow-up,rebleeding appeared in 2 patients,one of them was found having main portal vein thrombosis developed,and was treated by endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation because the gastric varices was not as evident as ever. The rebleeding rate and incidence of portal system thrombosis after the PTVE-PSE procedure was 20. 0% and 10. 0%,respectively. Conclusions:PTVE combined with PSE seemed efficient for alleviating portal hypertension,and might be recommended as a safe and effective interventional therapy for liver cirrhosis patients with esophagogastric variceal bleeding.

Objective To evaluate the effect of malaria surveillance and control of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2013,and explore the suited surveillance and management of imported malaria cases,so as to provide the evidence for formulat?ing the scientific control measures of imported malaria. Methods The endemic data and control measures of malaria in Guangxi in 2013 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results A total of 1 251 malaria cases were found in Guangxi in 2013,with 88.25%(1 104 cases)of falciparum malaria,8.63%(108 cases)of vivax malaria,0.64%(8 cases)of quartan malaria,1.52%(19 cases)of ovale malaria,and 0.96%(12 cases)of mixed infection;93.21%(1 166 cases)were off?farm workers;96.56%(1 208 cases)were imported from Africa and mainly consisted of falciparum malaria cases;3.44%(43 cases)were imported from southeast Asia and mainly consisted of vivax malaria cases. The cases of imported malaria were increasing and the infection rate in 2013 was increased by 464%compared with that in 2012. Conclusion The imported malaria cases in Guangxi mainly come from Africa at present. Promoting the health education and professional skill of malaria control and treatment ,as well as the diagnosis and treatment of the patients in early time are important measures to control the imported malaria.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the bedside color Doppler in the assessment infants with periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhages (PIVH).Methods Sixty-eight cases of PIVH newborns and 156 healthy newborns were involved in the study,dynamic monitoring were undergone within a week after birth.The middle cerebral artery(MCA) hemodynamic parameters of velocity systolic (Vs),velocity diastolic(Vd) and resistance index (RI) were recorded,and the differences of the parameters were compared between different grades as well as those of the normal newborns at 1 d,4 d and 7 d after born.Results Total 68 PIVH infants were diagnosed by bedside color Doppler accurately.Prevalences of premature and low birth weight infants were higher than term infants and normal birth weight children,respectively (P <0.05).Vs and Vd of 4 groups of children with PIVH showed an increasing trend in a week after born.The differences of Vs between grade Ⅰ and normal newborns in 4 d and 7 d were not statistically significant (P> 0.05),the differences of the other three groups compared with normal newborn group in1 d,4 d and 7 d were statistically significant (P <0.05).Vd of grade Ⅱ newborns within 7 d were greater than those of other 4 groups (P <0.05),grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ within 7 d were less than healthy newborns (P <0.05).The difference of RI between all groups were not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Conclusions The diagnostic accuracy rate of PIVH by bedside Doppler is high and the dynamic monitoring of neonatal hemodynamics could provide an important basis for assessing the occurrence and development of PIVH.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To detect the expression changes of the demethylase TETs (Ten-eleven translocation enzymes) in human embryonic kidney cell (HEK293) exposed to high dose cadmium chloride (CdCl2), and to investigate the regulation effects of TETs on global genomic methylation.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>HEK293 cells were exposed to CdCl2 for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, the survival rate was tested by CCK-8 (cell counting kit-8) method, and the cell morphology was observed. The levels of TETs mRNA and protein were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot, respectively. The genomic DNA methylation level was detectedby pyro sequencing assay.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>CdCl2 had toxic effects on HEK293 cells, and the half inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 1.78 µmol/L. After exposure of CdCl2 for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, the morphology of HEK293 cells was altered, and the high dose group (2.0 µmol/L) showed vacuolar changes and fuzzy appearance. The level of TET1 mRNA in groups of 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 µmol/L were 0.23 ± 0.13, 0.48 ± 0.12, 0.59 ± 0.16 and 0.95 ± 0.39, respectively (F = 182.89, P = 0.002); The level of TET2 mRNA in groups of 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 µmol/L were 0.23 ± 0.12, 0.32 ± 0.02,0.31 ± 0.10 and 0.34 ± 0.07, respectively (F = 27.94, P < 0.001); The level of TET3 mRNA in groups of 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 µmol/L were 0.26 ± 0.10, 0.27 ± 0.11, 0.25 ± 0.11 and 0.28 ± 0.09, respectively (F = 1.76, P = 0.036). The interaction effect existed between exposure time and doses of TET1 mRNA, TET2 mRNA and TET3 mRNA (F values were 32.94, 23.04 and 13.78, respectively; P values were < 0.001, 0.041 and < 0.001, respectively). Western blot showed that in different exposure time and dose, the protein expression levels of TETs had the similar trend as mRNA levels. In 24 h (55.01 ± 3.62)%, 48 h (48.31 ± 8.99)%, 72 h (48.76 ± 6.60)%, the DNA methylation had significant differences (F = 18.50, P < 0.001); In groups of 0.0 µmol/L (55.29 ± 2.83)%, 0.5 µmol/L (55.35 ± 3.11)%, 1.0 µmol/L (48.58 ± 6.40)% and 2.0 µmol/L (43.56 ± 7.89)%, the differences of DNA methylation had significant differences (F = 7.03, P = 0.048); the effect of interaction was also existed (F = 2.73, P = 0.043).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>In the short term exposure to CdCl2, the levels of TETs mRNA and protein showed a trend of increase according to the exposure time and dose, and the methylation level of whole genomic DNA was also altered. The demethylase TETs may play a role in regulating the genomic methylation level of HEK293 exposed to cadmium.</p>

Objective To investigate the effects of hemodynamic,prognostic effect and myocardial protection of Salvia injection on patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 68 cases of patients with acute organophosphate were divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34) from January 2012 to December 2013.The control group were given with atropine detoxification (dose:5-10mg), Tiopronin (0.2 g/d, 1 times/d) liver treatment, Pioneer will(2 g/second,1/d).The observed group received the foundation treatment and Salvia injection(30ml, 1/d), 7d course of treatment. The myocardial enzymes and hemodynamic parameters of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The survival rate and died rate of observation group were 94.12%(32 cases ), 5.88%(2 cases ). The survival rate and died rate of control group were 79.41%(27cases )and 20.59%(7cases). The survival rate and died rate of two groups were significant difference (χ2=5.123, P<0.05). The myocardial enzymes (AST, CK, CK-MB, LDH, HBDH) of observation groupafter 2d each index[were(58.6±22.7)U/L, (412.6±156.9)U/L, (78.6± 35.2)U/L, (489.3 ± 112.3)U/L, (412.8 ± 259.6)U/L] and blood rheology (ESR, FIB, LBV, HBV)each index[were(14.36±4.19) mm/h before , (259.3±23.14)g/L, (7.17±1.12)mPa?s, (4.12±0.81)mPa?s]were lower than in the same group therapy [myocardial enzymes indexes were (131.3±32.5)U/L, (1324.5± 345.2)U/L, (187.5 ± 72.2)U/L, (914.5 ± 312.2)U/L, (812.3 ± 312.2)U/L; hemorheology indexes were (23.29±3.49)mm/h, (389.57±34.24) g/L, (10.4±1.3)mPa?s, (6.3±1.2)mPa?s]. 5 d after treatment control group myocardial enzymes(AST, CK, CK-MB, LDH, HBDH)each index[were(85.3±22.8)U/L, (486.3± 78.9)U/L, (67.8±11.2)U/L, (542.3±78.6)U/L, (225.9±112.4)U/L]and hemorheology indexes[were(17.7± 4.6)mm/h, (289.4±32.5)g/L, (8.9±1.2)mPa?s, (5.6±1.3)mPa?s] was significantly lower than in the same group before treatment[myocardial enzymes indexes were(128.3±29.3)U/L, (1298.6±329.4)U/L, (182.6± 70.6)U/L, (902.3±286.3)U/L, (803.6±293.6)U/L;hemorheology indexes were (23.9±3.5)mm/h, (382.6± 32.5)g/L, (10.3±1.1)mPa?s, (6.2±1.1)mPa?s, P<0.05]. Conclusion Salvia injection can effectively improve the hemodynamic indicators of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients , reduce myocardial damage, promote patient prognosis.

Objective To investigate the effects of EMP exposure to male BABL/c mice on the reproduction and its sex ratio.Methods Thirty-three male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into sham-exposed group,10 000 pulses/d exposed group,and 100 000 pulses/d exposed group with 50 Hz static magnetic field of 35 kV/m for 2 weeks consecutively,then the male mice were mated with unexposed females (1 male vs.2 female).Mated males were sacrificed to examine the exposure effects on sperm number and testis index after 7 days of mating.The sex ratio of embryos collected from unexposed mated females was investigated by PCR.Results The sex ratio of offspring was 0.298 (14/47) in the 10 000 pulses/d exposed group,significantly lower than 0.871 (27/31) in the sham-exposed group.No statistical changes were observed in the sex ratio of offspring,sperm number,the weights of testis and testis index after 100 000 pulses/d exposure.Conclusions The exposure of male mice to 35 kV/m EMP at 10 000 pulses/d for 2 weeks consecutively may change the sex ratio of mice's offspring.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Clara cell secretory protein (CC16 ) on lung injury of traumatic shock rats.Methods Thirty SD male rats were randomly assigned to three groups:sham-operation group,control group and CC16-treatment group.The rat model of traumatic shock was used in this study.Rats of sham-operation group were operated,but not treated by depletion and recovery.Rats of control group inhaled the physiological saline before fluid resuscitation.Rats of CC16-treatment group inhaled 0.1 μg/mL of recombinant human Clara cell secretory protein (rh-CCSP)before fluid resuscitation.Arterial blood gas analysis and wet/dry weight were detected in each group.The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA),myeloperoxidase (MPO)of lung tissues and lung tissue pathology changes were also studied. Results Compared with control group,pH and PaO2 value in CC16-treatment group increased significantly.Meanwhile,BE value and lung wet/dry weight ratio also decreased significantly (P<0.05).Compared with control group,contents of MDA and MPO in CC16-treatment group decreased significantly (P<0.05).Lung tissue pathology improved in the CC16 group compared with that of control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Inhaled Rh-CCSP may have potential protective effect on lung injury tissues of traumatic shock rats model through its antioxidative effect.
