RESUMO
Objective To compare the effect of the bipolar electric coagulation and unipolar electric coagulation on cranioplasty of scalp separation. Methods The clinical data of 67 patients who underwent unilateral frontotemporal cranioplasty from 2014 to 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. According to coagulation method during operation, these patients were divided into two groups, unipolar electric coagulation group (32 cases) and bipolar electric coagulation group (35 cases). The operation time, postoperative intracranial hemorrhage, infection, epilepsy and subcutaneous effusion were compared between two groups. Results The operation time of two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05). The incidence of intracranial hemorrhage, infection and epilepsy of two groups had no significant differences (P > 0.05). But the incidence of subcutaneous effusion in unipolar electric coagulation group was significantly higher than that in bipolar electric coagulation group: 28.1%(9/32) vs. 5.7%(2/35), P<0.05. Conclusions The use of unipolar electric coagulation during the scalp separation in cranioplasty can reduce operation time in a certain extent, but significantly increase the incidence of postoperative subcutaneous effusion.
RESUMO
Objective To discuss the feasibility of single hole thoracoscopy of pleural fibreboard endarterectomy surgical treatment on chronic tuberculous empyema. Methods Retrospective analysis of minimally invasive treatment of 52 cases of chronic tuberculous empyema form January 2013 to May 2016, 50 cases applied single hole thoracoscopy surgery, video-assisted mini-thoracoscopy for another 2 cases. Results There was no death, operation time 60 ~ 240 min, average 160 min, bleeding 150 ~ 2000 ml, average 350 ml, postoperative chest tube drainage time 3 ~ 21 d, average 7 d, postoperative persistent leakage in 3 patients, 3 cases of atelectasis, incisional infection in 1 case, pleural effusion in 1 case, 3 cases of arrhythmia. All the cured patients are received the corresponding treatment, the follow-up of 3 ~ 36 m, the chest CT scan show no atelectasis. Conclusion Under the condition of strict selection of indication, single hole thoracoscopy of pleural fibreboard endarterectomy in treatment of chronic tuberculous empyema is safe and feasible, so it is worthy of making further clinical promotion and application.
RESUMO
In order to investigate the impact of fulvic acid (FA) on the hydroxylysyl glycosylation in collagen bio-synthesis, 40 NMRI mice were divided into two groups (n = 20 in each group, consisting 10 females and 10 males). The animal was maintained for two generations by different diets: control group with normal water and food and study group with water containing 30 mg/L FA and normal food. The second generation of the animal was slaughtered, and the biochemical parameters of collagen content and the degree of collagen hydroxylysyl glycosylation in skin, rib and tibia were detected by biochemical methods. The mean value of collagen in the study group was increased slightly, and no significant difference between study group and control group was found (P > 0.05), but the content of glucose-glactose-hydroxylysine (GGH) was significantly decreased in the study group in comparison with the control group (P<0.01). It was suggested that through the decrease of GGH 30 mg/L FA could inhibit the activity of galactosyl-hydroxylysylglucosyl-transferase and further disturb the post-translational modification of collagen intracellularly.
