RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the hazardous status of respiratory dust in coal mining enterprises. METHODS: A total of 20 coal mining enterprises in a mining group were selected as the research subjects using a cluster random sampling method. Respiratory dust in the workplace was detected, and the incidence of pneumoconiosis was investigated. RESULTS: The dust types in the workplace of these 20 coal mining enterprises were mainly coal dust and silica dust. The posts with serious coal dust hazard were coal mining and tunneling posts. The M(P_0-P_(100)) of the exposure concentration of time weighted average(C_(TWA)) were 2.38(0.19-14.21) and 2.73(0.49-9.57) mg/m~3. The over-standard rate was 49.2% and 50.0%, respectively, that was higher than the post of gangue selection(all P<0.05 or all P<0.017). The results of short time exposure concentration of short term(C_(STE)) and the over-standard rate were higher in the coal mining and tunneling posts than those of gangue selection and boiler room post(all P<0.05 or all P<0.008). The most serious post with silica dust hazard was the tunneling post, and the M(P_0-P_(100))of C_(TWA) was 1.30(0.38-8.50) mg/m~3, and the over-standard rate was 85.7%. The detection results and over-standard rate of C_(STEL) were higher in the coal mining and tunneling posts than that of boiler room post(all P<0.01). The coal dust over-standard rate of C_(TWA) in workplaces of coal mining enterprises increased from 2015 to 2018(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the over-standard rate of silica dust C_(TWA) in different years(P>0.05). From 2015 to 2018, the incidence of pneumoconiosis was 0.3%, 0.3%, 0.2% and 0.3% respectively, and the patients were all from coal mining and tunneling posts. CONCLUSION: The supervision, management and treatment of respiratory dust hazard in coal mining and tunneling posts should be strengthened to protect the health of workers.

RESUMO

Objective: To study the effects of modified Buzhong Yiqitang on cardiac function and fat acid binding protein3 (FABP3)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma(PPARγ) protein of cardiac myocytes in type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) rats, and to explore the mechanism of this prescription to protect T2DM cardiomyopathy. Method: After 6 weeks of high-glucose and high-fat diet, streptozotocin (STZ) was intraperitoneally injected (50 mg·kg-1) to establish a diabetic rat model, and then randomly divided into normal group, model group, modified Buzhong Yiqitang group (21 g·kg-1) and metformin hydrochloride group (2 g·kg-1). After continuous administration for 6 weeks, echocardiography was used to detect the cardiac structure and function of the rats in each group. Combined with the measured blood glucose level, it was judged that the rat model building of diabetic cardiomyopathy was successful.Rat heart tissue was dissected, and rat myocardial morphology was observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining. Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of FABP3 and PPARγ proteins in rat myocardium. Result: Compared with normal group, levels of blood sugar, total triglyceride(TC), triglyceride(TG),insulin (INS) in model group rats increased significantly (PPγ protein expression levels were significantly lower (PPPγ protein expression was significantly increased (PConclusion: Modified Buzhong Yiqitang can improve glucose and lipid metabolism disorder in diabetic cardiomyopathy rats, improve cardiac function in diabetic cardiomyopathy rats, increase the expression of PPARγ in cardiomyocytes, and reduce the expression of FABP3 protein.

RESUMO

@#Objective To compare the effect of impulse electroacupuncture (impulse-EA) and music electroacupuncture (music-EA) for Tongdu Qishen on spatial learning and memory, and expression of cytokine in the hippocampus of APP/PS1 mice. Methods A total of 32 APP/PS1 double transgenic male mice were randomly divided into model group (n=8), drug group (n=8), impulse-EA group (n=8) and music-EA group (n=8), the same background and age male C57BL/6 mice were observed as normal group (n=8). The impulse-EA group and music-EA group accepted EA at Baihui (GV20) and Yintang (GV29), connected with their own electroacupuncture stimulators, for 20 minuts, then, they were pricked Renzhong (GV26) for a while. The drug group accepted donepezil hydrochloride 0.92 mg/kg intra-gastrically. The normal group, model group and drug group were grabbed and bounded in the same way. After 15 days of treatment, they were assessed with Morris water maze. The expression of high mobility group box pro-tein-1 (HMGB1) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in hippocampus were measured with immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Results The escape latency shortened inEA groups compared with that of the model group since the fourth day of Morris water maze training (P<0.05), and it was the least in the music-EA group; and the ratio of swimming across the target quadrant increased (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between EA groups (P>0.05). The ex-pression of HMGB1 decreased (P<0.05) and the expression of IL-10 increased (P<0.05) in EA groups com-pared with that of the model group, and HMGB1 decreased more and IL-10 increased more in the music-EA group than in the impulse-EA group (P<0.05), according to the measurement in immunohistochemistry, not in Western blotting. Conclusion Both impulse-EA and music-EA based on Tongdu Qishen can promote the recovery of the learning and memory in APP/PS1 mice, and music-EA may do more effectively in inhibition of pro-inflammatory factors and promotion of the anti-inflammatory factors.
