RESUMO

In 2001, 300 patients with urethral, vaginal discharge syndromes were tested at National Institute of Dermato-Venereology and detected 27 patients infected Chlamydia trachomatis (9%). Prevalence of Chlamydia infection was 11.49% among men and 5.55% among women. The most Chlamydia trachomatis-induced genital infections were people aged 21-40 (9%)

RESUMO

From 2001 to 2002, 2018 patients with vaginal discharge syndromes were tested at National Institute of Dermato-Venereology. The results showed that 94 patients had gonorrheal-induced vaginal discharge syndromes (4.65%). Among them, 5 patients had gonorrheal-induced vulvitis and 1 patients gonorrheal-induced conjunctivitis. The most gonorrheal infections were a group with aged 16-25 (7.06%) and 26-35 (4.47%)

RESUMO

338 subjects at the age of 17-49 were undergone EIA test. Results showed an increasing trend in Chlamydia trachomatis infection. Clinical manifestations were not detected. The incidence is highest at the age of 17-26 (14.68%), 17-36 (10.67%). In the groups of genital tract inflamation, of uterine neck, of vaginitis the incidence reaches 2.7%, 12.71% and 12.50% respectively

RESUMO

In the year 1997, at the National Institute of Dermato-Venerology, 2025 patients with the syndrome of vaginal and excretion underwent direct examinations and bacterial culture. Their 156 (7.7%) had positive reactions of blenorrhagy. Test of sensitivity on 156 strains of isolated gonoccoccus to antibiotics showed a rate of resistance to penicillin of 76.92%, tetracyclin 35.9%. All the isolated strains were sensitive to ceftriaxone 100%, spectinomycine 100% and 98.44% to cephalothine, 95.51% to chloramphenicol, 93.42% to ciprofloxacine. There was a PPNG rate of 64.2%

RESUMO

In the year 2000, in the Institute of Dermato-Venerology 157 of 1323 suspected patients (11.87%) were isolated from culture. By agar dispersion technique, antibiogramme showed that 47.77% were resistant to penicillin, 44.52% to tetracyclin and 42.67% to ciprofloxacine. 100% of isolated strains were well sensitive to cephalosporine of 3rd generation and to spectinomycine

RESUMO

From 1992 to 2001, penicillin resistance of betalactamase-producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae was supervised by Institute of Dermato-Venereology. Results: the rate of penicillin-resistant gonococcal strains was highest in1995 (about 76%), and in 1996 (73.11%), especially in 3 years (1999-2001) this rate decreased significantly: 51.3%, 47.10%, and 35.54%, respectively

RESUMO

The study carries on 1209 female patients from 16 to 55 years old at dermatology of dermatological hospital. These patients were tested to diagnose infected Bacteria vaginosis (BV), in particular, they were candled directly under optical microscope with enlargement 1000X to discover BV. The results were the rate infectious BV is the highest at the age group 26 – 35 (2.58%), and the age group 35 – 45 (2.4%), the possitive rate of the age group 26 – 45 is 4.98%. The total of infected patients is 27/1209 patients (2.23%). The rate infected BV of this research is much less than some studies of European countries as Poland, Swede, Belgium, England...
