RESUMO
La capacidad cognitiva de los adolescentes, sus pensamientos, actitudes y relaciones interpersonales se reorganizan ante el caos que genera el conocimiento de que están infectados con el virus de Inmunodeficiencia humana (VIH). Explorar la actitud y relaciones interpersonales de los adolescentes infectados con VIH. Fenomenológico, abordaje: fenomenológico-hermenéutico a través de entrevistas en profundidad de seis adolescentes con VIH, e interpretación de resultados a partir del registro de observaciones en códigos, propiedades, categorías, significación e interpretación. Los adolescentes infectados con VIH reorganizan su vida, noemas u noesis ante la realidad que implica esta enfermedad; quizás por su capacidad de resiliencia o a través de la intervención de terceros que despertaron en ellos su capacidad autopoiética. En su relación con allegados: algunos son aceptados en el contexto de su enfermedad y otros discriminados, rechazados o la ocultan por ese temor. Relación con profesionales: algunos manifestaron que la relación con médicos y otros servidores públicos es inhumana. Ellos reorganizan sus pensamientos, valores, actitudes influenciados por su condición de ser portadores de VIH que los estigmatizar y cambia la vida. El dolor de saber lo que tienen, el temor inicial de una muerte inminente y el miedo al rechazo, dominan sus sentiminetos influenciando sus noemas y la reorganización de sus estructura dialogal. Algunos son aceptados por sus allegados mientras otros son aislados o rechazados. Los profesionales de la salud les dan una atención que consideran inhumana.

To explor the attitude and interpersonal relationship of adolescents to the Human Immunodeficiency Virus infectiom. Phenomenological with boarding: phenomenological-hermeneutic through interview in dept, interpretation of the results of observations in codes, propertienes and categories in six adolescents infected with HIV. Young people infected with the human immunodeficiency virus rearrange their lives, their noemas and noesis before reality that involves this disease; perhaps for his resiliency skills or through the intervention of third parties who fired or awoke in their autopoietic capacity. In its relationship with close friends and family: some are accepted bu relatives and friends in the context of their illnes, and others are discriminated against or rejected or hidden it for fear of rejection. Relationship with professionals: for some teens relationship with physicians and public service agents is inhumane. They rearranged their thoughts, values, attitudes influenced by their new condition of a disease that stingmatized them, and life-changing therm. The pain of knowing what they have, the initial fear of an imminent death and fear of rejection, isolation, discrimination and stigma dominate their feelings influencing the noemas and the reorganization of its structure dialogic. Some are accepted, their loved ones while others are isolated or rejected and professionals give an inhumane care.
