RESUMO

OBJECTIVE@#To explore and quantify the intervention effect of auricular point sticking on perioperative psychological stress in patients with anorectal diseases.@*METHODS@#Eighty patients who underwent anorectal surgery were randomly divided into an observation group (40 cases) and a control group (40 cases). The routine preoperative guidance, preoperative visits, and informed of the postoperative condition were received in the control group. On the basis of the treatment in the control group, auricular point sticking was immediately applied at Shenmen (TF), Shen (CO), Wei (CO), Gan (CO), Pi (CO), Pizhixia (AT), E (AT), Nie (AT) and Zhen (AT) in the observation group.The patients were pressed by themselves, 3 to 5 min per point each time, 5 times a day, and the contralateral auricular points were replaced every 2 or 3 days until 1 week after surgery. The Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores were compared between the two groups before and 7 days after surgery.@*RESULTS@#There was no significant difference in the total HAMA scores between after and before surgery in the observation group (>0.05). The total HAMA score in the control group was higher than that before surgery (0.05). The scores of somatic anxiety factor in the two groups were higher than those before surgery (0.05). The total score of PSQI in the two groups was lower than that before surgery (<0.05), and the total score of PSQI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (<0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#Auricular point sticking can effectively improve some psychological stress problems during perioperative period in patients with anorectal diseases.

OBJECTIVE@#The significance of lymph node dissection in the VI area of cN0 thyroid papillary carcinoma.@*METHOD@#Collect 150 cases of patients diagnosed with cNO thyroid papillary carcinoma and they were performed thyroid gland lobe and isthmic portion excision including lateral VI area lymph node cleaning. The specimens were pathologic examined to determinate the size, the position, invasion of thyroid papillary carcinoma,the number and metastasis of lymph node, etc.@*RESULT@#In the 150 patients performed the lymph node VI area groups cleaning, 93 cases had VI area of lymph node metastases, so the transfer rate was 62.0%. In the VI area, metastasis rate of tracheal side lymph nodes was 62.0% (93/150), lymph node before throat group was 4.67% (7/150), lymph node before trachea group was 3.33% (5/150), lymph nodes near the trachea laryngeal recurrent nerve ventral group was 52.0% (78/150), and next to the trachea laryngeal recurrent nerve dorsal lymph node group was 21.33% (32/ 150).@*CONCLUSION@#In CN0 thyroid papillary carcinoma, VI zone of lymph node metastasis rate is high, and region VI lymph node metastasis rate from high to low in order for: paratracheal lymph node, prelaryngeal lymph node, pretracheal lymph node. The metastasis rate of paratracheal throat back nerve ventral lymph node was the highest in central lymph node.

RESUMO

The dry seeds of Cassia obtusifolia were carried by the "ShenZhou 8" satellite and sowed after landing. Based on our pri- or study on SP1, the characteristics of plants growth, physiological index and content of effective components were examined. The results showed that the QC10, QC29 strains matured 5 d earlier compared with control. The plant height, across diameter and ground diameter of QC10, QC29, QC46 strains was superior to the control at whole growth period. The branch number increased ranging from 4 to 11 and the number of pods reached 321, 313,281, respectively, which was dramatically higher than the control (246). The yield of QC10, QC29, QC46 strains increased noticeably from 31.4 to 63.2 g. The 1000-seed-weight of QC10, QC29, QC46 strains was 25.86, 25.88, 24.06 g, while the control was 23.69 g. Compared to the control, the mass fraction of chlorophyll was enhanced 1.098, 1.016, 0.297 mg. There was no significant difference in aurantio-obtusin and chrysophanol content of seeds. Through two years research, three high-yield mutant strains were obtained. This study indicates that spaceflight-induced mutants could provide new germplasm for C. obtusifolia breeding and offers the theoretical basis for further utilization of spaceflight-induced mutation to breed high-quality C. obtusifolia strains.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To analyze the stress distribution of bone around the dental implants with lateral immediate loading of different angles by three dimensional finite element.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>An adult edentulous mandible was adopted for CT scanning. The CT image was imported to universal surgical integration system to establish a mandible three dimensional mesh model. The real shape of standard thread implant was simulated and the finite element model of mandible with dental implants for immediate loading was established. The models were immediately loaded with 150 N through the angle of 0 degrees, 10 degrees, 20 degrees, 30 degrees. The ANSYS 10.0 was used to analyze the Von Mises stress on the bone around dental implants.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The accurate finite element model of mandible with dental implants for immediate loading was successfully established. The three dimensional finite element analytical results showed: Under axial load, the Von Mises stress of bone contact surface concentrated on the cortical bone of the implant cervix. The strain distribution was even, and centralized at the cortical bone of the implant cervix, cancellous bone of implant bottom and thread contact area. Under different lateral angle load, the Von Mises stress of bone contact surface also concentrated on the cortical bone of the implant cervix, but the maximum value was 4 times of the vertical loading, the strain distributed unevenly, mainly concentrated on the cortical bone of the implant cervix. With the load angle increased, the stress and the strain value also increased.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>When an axial force was immediately loaded, the stress value and the strain concentration value of bone interface around the dental implants are not apparently concentrated, the stress is distributed well. While a lateral force is loaded, the stress values and the strain concentration values of bone interface around the dental implants apparently increase and the strain are distributed unevenly.</p>

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study the effect of Tongxinluo superfine (TXL) on experimental anginal model induced by Arginine Vasopressin in rats with endothelial dysfunction.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>First, the endothelial dysfunction rat model was made by methionine-induced hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy). The thoracic aorta were excised, and acetylcholine (Ach)-induced endothelium dependent relaxation and sodium nitroprusside (SNP) induced endothelium-independent relaxation were measured. Total plasma homocysteine (Hcy) concentrations were measured with automated fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA). Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect plasma von Willebrand factor (vWF) level. Plasma nitric oxide (NO) contents were assayed by method of nitrate reductase. Then, the rat model of collaterals contraction (model group) was established by AVP intravenous injection in rats with endothelial dysfunction and the S wave change (DeltaS) and T wave depression in Lead II ECG were used as the index of angina severity. The nitric oxide (NO) contents in serum and the expression of myocardium eNOS mRNA were measured.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>Ach (0. 1-1000 nmol L(-1))-induced endothelium dependent relaxation (EDR) of aortic rings was significantly decreased in HHcy group. The endothelium-independent relaxation induced by SNP (0.001-10 micromol L(-1)) was not significantly different between the two groups. Plasma homocysteine concentrations and vWF levels in rats treated with methionine were higher than those of control group, while NO contents were significantly decreased in HHcy group compared with control. The results showed that L-methionine intake induced hyperhomocysteinemia in rats. Impaired EDR, increased vWF and decreased NO suggested the exist of endothelial dysfunction. DeltaS of model group increased from 1 min to 5 min and T wave of model group depressed at 2 min compared with that of control after the administration of vasopressin (0.5 U kg(-1)). The intragastric administration of TXL inhibited vasopressin-induced S wave change at 4 min and 5 min and T wave depression from 30 s to 3 min after AVP injection. The NO contents in serum and the expression of myocardium eNOS mRNA of TXL group were increased compared with model group.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Experimental angina induced by AVP injection is more severe in rats with endothelial dysfunction. Tongxinluo Superfine can protect against collaterals contraction in rats maybe by increasing the NO contents in serum and the expression of myocardium eNOS mRNA.</p>

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To shorten the time of external skeletal fixation on legs, and enhance quality of limb lengthening, avoid complications of shortening, bending, twisting and etc.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Insert pin transcortical to attack external skeletal fixation simultaneously, put un-reaming locked intramedullary nail (do not insert distal locked screw) into endosteum of lengthening bone. After the legs achieved predetermined length, insert distal locked screw and then remove external skeletal fixation, locked intramedullary nail, then maintain consolidation of rehabilitation.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The group lengthened legs for 412 cases. The range of lengthening was 3 to 18 cm. Mean length was 7.6 cm. The mean time for needed external skeletal fixation was 20 d/cm. The mean time of osteogenesis was 56 d/cm. For complications, there were 3 tibias ununion cases and 1 varus ankle. All cases were treated undergoing twice.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>The method reduces the time for needed external skeletal fixation visibly, enhances the quality of limb lengthening remarkably, prevents complications of shortening new bone, deformity, bending and re-fracture which do not effect the healing time. This is a new choice of limb lengthening.</p>

RESUMO

Objective To study a new method of opening prostatectomy.Methods 71 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) patients were divided into three group at random;treating group:prostatectomy by transfixing inferior vesical artery and reserving posterior urethra(n=21),control group Ⅰ:Millin operation(n=18) and control group Ⅱ:cystoprostatectomy through superior pectineus(n=32),the clinical effect was studied and observated.Results All 71 cases of patients were BPH according to pathology reports.Treating group had lower incidence than that of control group in injury of urethra,bleeding after operation,the times of irrigation of urinary bladder,urinary incontinence in the near future,secondary bleeding,urinary tract infection,bladder spasm,urethral stricture,and so on.Conclusions Prostatectomy by transfixing inferior vesical artery and reserving posterior urethra has many virtues such as simple,soon to discharge,cheapness of medical cost,and easy to spread.
