Women′s health is the cornerstone of national health. During the 70 years since the founding of New China, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, a legal system and related policies including more than 100 laws and regulations have been established to fully protect women′s rights and health, and women′s rights and health throughout their life cycle have been effectively protected. The health status of Chinese women has been significantly improved, the form and accessibility of women′s health care services have been continuously improved, and the building of women′s health care teams has been continuously strengthened. All of these achievements demonstrate the original intention of the Communist Party of China to put people′s health first and action of forging ahead.
RESUMO
Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, China has been actively dealing with population aging and issued a series of elderly-oriented policies to provide effective guidance for the elderly-oriented development of the whole society. Elderly-oriented environment promotes the safe activities for the elderly, the elderly-oriented auxiliary devices improve the quality of life for the elderly, and the elderly-oriented services could meet the needs of the elderly for better lives. Elderly-oriented development of the whole society plays a positive role in promoting the health of the elderly in China.
RESUMO
In recent years, "Internet+" medical treatment has gradually become an important form of medical care in China. Especially affected by the COVID-19, China′s maternal and child health care institutions have closely integrated "Internet+" technology with maternal health care to meet maternal health needs and reduce maternal risk. Based on a comprehensive analysis of Chinese literature on "Internet+" maternal health care in CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP, CBM in recent five years, this paper introduces the main forms, contents and effects of " Internet+" maternal health care in China, and points out the direction of clinical practice and scientific research in the future, which can be used for reference by the general colleagues.

The major of midwifery is the basic platform of midwifery talent training, and its construction and development is very important for maternal health care. The midwifery education in China has experienced more than 100 years of development, especially after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the undergraduate education program of midwifery and clinical practice have developed rapidly. At the end of 2019, 64 universities in China have added undergraduate major of midwifery. China maternal and child health association has established 10 standardized training bases for midwives. The quality of maternal health has improved significantly in the past two decades.

Taking School of Nursing Dalian University as an example, this paper summarized the good experience of principles of student-centered, output-oriented and continuous improvement, strengthened the construction of teaching staff, teaching conditions and teaching resources, and highlighted "three kinds of abilities" (clinical practice, critical thinking and humanistic care) in the process of personnel training. All achieved the goals of promoting reform, construction and strengthening by standards. It will provide reference for nursing undergraduate teaching reform in local comprehensive universities in China.

Objective To develop an instrument for measuring ICU staff′s beliefs and attitudes towards patients′early mobility and to establish the psychometric characteristics of this scale. Methods Based on the ICU medical personnel questionnaire developed by Jolley and a large number of related literature, the item pool was formulated. Preliminary draft was formed through expert consultation and a small sample pre-test. Totally 336 ICU staff were surveyed for investigation to test the validity and reliability. Results ICU staff's beliefs and attitudes of patients′ early mobility scale consisted of 38 items; there were 34 belief scales and 4 attitude scales, the exploratory factor analysis identified five principal factors and explained for 60.50％variance. The item content validity index ranged from 0.667 to 1.000, the scale content validity index was 0.911. The Cronbach α coefficient of the beliefs scale was 0.927 and the attitudes scale was 0.822. The Cronbachαcoefficient of each dimension of the beliefs scale was 0.616-0.906. Conclusions The self-designed ICU staff's beliefs and attitudes of patients′ early mobility scale has good validity, reliability and applicability to ICU staff.

Objective To reveal the present situation of geriatric nursing, summarize the important research topics, in order to determine the focus of the research and work of geriatric nursing in China. Methods To take geriatric nursing belonged to MeSH thesaurus as key words, related literatures from 2006 to 2016 in Web of Science core collection were searched, then clustering analysis were adopted to analyze highly cited papers. Results Totally 2148 pieces of literatures related to geriatric nursing, there were 80079 pieces of quotations. The contents involved inappropriate medication use and falls in geriatric nursing risk management, functional decline, delirium and chronic cognitive impairment of the elderly, distinguishing between the basic theory of geriatric diseases, tools and practice of geriatric nursing assessment. Conclusions The current research hotspots on geriatric nursing includes: the risk management of geriatric nursing, prevention and control of geriatric syndrome, systematic study on geriatric nursing assessment.

Objective We aimed to investigate the evaluation of graduate nursing education by students and faculty in China.Methods Evaluation questionnaire was built based on literature review and interviews with participants and was finally indentified after expert consultation.120 graduate students and 36 faculty members from five nursing schools nationwide were investigated.Results The overall evaluation by faculty members and students was positive.Compared with graduate students,the evaluation by faculty tended to be more negative.Conclusions Nursing schools should put more effort on the quality of education program,facilitate the faculty education,provide abundant resources and build a firm foundation for the development of graduate nursing students.
