Ao tomar como elemento norteador principal a fecunda discussão de Lacan em seu sétimo seminário sobre as relações entre a sublimação e o vazio, o principal objetivo deste trabalho é articular a sublimação, em sua vertente criacionista, à possibilidade de testemunhar o vazio, tanto na arte como no trabalho analítico. Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, primeiramente apresentaremos algumas ideias de Freud e Lacan sobre a sublimação, ressaltando a relação estreita da sublimação com a sexualidade por um lado e com a pulsão de morte e com o vazio, por outro. Após essa exposição teórica e conceitual acerca da sublimação, colocando em evidência sua vertente criacionista, interrogaremos como diversos artistas materializam e testemunham o encontro com o vazio em suas obras, discernindo questões que interessam diretamente à clínica psicanalítica, tais como o amor, a morte e o luto.

Resumos By taking Lacan's fruitful discussion in his seventh seminar on the relationship between sublimation and emptiness as the main guiding element, the main objective of this work is to articulate sublimation, in its creationist strand, to the possibility of witnessing emptiness, both in art as in analytical work. Through a bibliographic review, we will first present some ideas by Freud and Lacan about sublimation, highlighting the close relationship of sublimation with sexuality, on the one hand, and with the death drive and with emptiness, on the other. After this theoretical and conceptual exposition about sublimation, highlighting its creationist dimension, we will question how different artists materialize and witness the encounter with emptiness in their works, discerning issues that directly interest the psychoanalytic clinic, such as love, death, and mourning.

En prenant la discussion fructueuse de Lacan dans son septième séminaire sur la relation entre sublimation et vide comme principal élément directeur, l'objectif principal de ce travail est d'articuler la sublimation, dans son volet créationniste, à la possibilité de témoigner le vide, tant dans l'art comme dans le travail analytique. À travers une étude bibliographique, nous présenterons d'abord quelques idées de Freud et Lacan sur la sublimation, mettant en évidence le rapport étroit de la sublimation avec la sexualité d'une part et avec la pulsion de mort et avec le vide d'autre part. Après cet exposé théorique et conceptuel sur la sublimation, mettant en évidence sa dimension créationniste, nous nous interrogerons sur la manière dont différents artistes se matérialisent et témoignent leur rencontre avec le vide dans leurs œuvres, en discernant des questions liées directement à la clinique psychanalytique, comme l'amour, la mort et le deuil.

Tomando como principal elemento conductor la fructífera discusión de Lacan, en su séptimo seminario sobre la relación entre sublimación y vacuidad, el objetivo principal de este trabajo es articular la sublimación, en su vertiente creacionista, a la posibilidad de presenciar la vacuidad, tanto en el arte como en el trabajo analítico. A través de una revisión bibliográfica, primero presentaremos algunas ideas de Freud y de Lacan sobre la sublimación, destacando la estrecha relación entre la sublimación y la sexualidad, por un lado, y entre la pulsión de muerte y el vacío, por otro. Tras este planteamiento teórico y conceptual sobre la sublimación, resaltando su dimensión creacionista, cuestionaremos cómo diferentes artistas materializan y presencian el encuentro con el vacío en sus obras, discerniendo temas que interesan directamente a la clínica psicoanalítica, como el amor, la muerte y el luto.

Notas sobre o conceito de repetição na psicanálise / Notes on the concept of repetition in psychoanalysis

O trabalho tem como objetivo expor as vicissitudes do conceito de repetição na obra de Freud e no ensino de Lacan, considerando sua relação fundamental com a pulsão. Para tanto, abordamos a repetição em dois tempos: o primeiro, no qual ela se apresenta como atuação (acting out) e articulada à pulsão sexual, à transferência e à resistência. No segundo momento, discorremos sobre a repetição em sua relação com a pulsão de morte o que revela sua condição de estar para além da transferência e aponta para um encontro tíquico com o real. Enfatizou-se a radicalidade e originalidade de Lacan em seu retorno a Freud ao outorgar à repetição o estatuto de um conceito fundamental, o que havia sido desconsiderado entre os pós freudianos.

The purpose of this work is to expose the vicissitudes of the concept of repetition in Freud 's work and in Lacan' s teaching, considering its fundamental relationship with the drive. To do so, we approach repetition in two periods: the first, in which it presents itself as acting out and articulated to the sexual drive, transference and resistance. In the second moment, we talk about the repetition in its relation with the death drive which reveals its condition of being beyond the transference and points to a tychic encounter with the real. Lacan's radicality and originality was emphasized in his return to Freud by giving repetition the status of a fundamental concept, which had been disregarded among the Freudian post.

Uma barragem contra o gozo mortífero: a escrita de Marguerite Duras entre o amante e a mãe / A dam against the deadly joy: Marguerite Duras' writing between lover and mother

O trabalho tem como objetivo discutir os conceitos de "Catástrofe" e "Devastação", empregados por Freud e Lacan, respectivamente, para nomear a relação ambivalente entre a mãe e a flha, da qual o parceiro amoroso é herdeiro. Lançaremos mão da produção literária de Marguerite Duras, sobretudo de sua obra "O amante" a fm de facilitar a elucidação e a transmissão de tais conceitos. Nessa perspectiva, desejamos também empreender um breve comentário acerca do gozo feminino, do amor e da morte, evocados neste romance de Duras.(AU)

The work aims to discuss the concepts of "disaster" and "devastation", employed by Freud and Lacan, respectively, to name the ambivalent relationship between mother and daughter, which the loving partner is heir. We consider the literary production of Marguerite Duras, especially her work "The Lover" in order to facilitate the elucidation and the transmission of such concepts. From this perspective, we also wish to undertake a brief comment about the female joy, love and death, evoked in this novel by Duras.(AU)
