RESUMO

Objective To compare the efficacy of Si Wu particles to treat young women with chronic attachment inflammation.Methods70 young women with chronic attachment inflammation in department of gynecology from January 2015-July 2016 were grouped by Lottery method.Two groups were treated with levofloxacin and metronidazole, observation group was another given Si Wu particles.To analyze treatment efficacy between two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment, whole blood high-viscosity, whole blood low-viscosity and plasma viscosity of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After the third week of treatment, TCM syndrome points of observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05).Adverse reactions and recurrence rate of observation group were lower than control group, but no statistical significance.ConclusionSi Wu particles can improve efficacy to young women with chronic attachment inflammation.

RESUMO

PURPOSE: KRAS mutations have been used widely as prognostic or predictive marker in patients with advanced colorectal cancer (CRC). However, it may be difficult to obtain a tumor tissue for analyzing the status of KRAS mutation in large proportion of patients with advanced disease. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We obtained pairs of tumor and serum samples from 65 patients with advanced CRC, between March 2008 and July 2011. KRAS mutation status from the tumor samples was analyzed by genomic polymerase chain reaction and direct sequence, and KRASmutation status from the serum samples was determined by a genomic polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism assay. RESULTS: KRAS mutations were detected in the serum samples of 26 patients and in the tumor samples of 31 patients. KRAS mutation status in the serum and tumor samples was consistent in 44 of the 65 pairs (67.7%). There was a significant correlation between the mutations detected in the serum sample and the mutations detected in the matched tumor sample (correlation index, 0.35; p 0.05). In a multivariate analysis, liver metastasis and no cytoreductive operation were independent prognostic factors for decreased OS. CONCLUSION: The serum sample might alternatively be used when it is difficult to obtain tumor tissues for analyzing the status of KRAS mutation in patients with advanced CRC.

Objective To investigate the expression of CRKL in thyroid papillary micro-carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods 120 patients with thyroid tissue specimens were collected,in which 30 cases of diam-eter >1 cm of papillary thyroid carcinoma,30 cases of thyroid papillary micro-carcinoma,30 cases of nodular goiter, 30 cases for specimen of thyroid disease patients without diabetes.Immunohistochemical(SP)method was used to de-tect samples in CRKL expression.Results In thyroid papillary micro-carcinoma and thyroid papillary cancer group, CRKL expression positive rates were 30.12% and 29.87% respectively,which were higher than that of nodular goiter and normal thyroid group 30.03% and 28.57%(χ2 =52.102,P <0.05);The average absorbance(A)value in thy-roid papillary micro-carcinoma and thyroid papillary carcinoma group which were respectively (0.516 ±0.100)and (0.496 ±0.201),were higher than that in nodular goiter and normal thyroid group (0.246 ±0.050)and (0.117 ±0.015),the difference was statistically significant(F =149.105,P <0.05).Conclusion CRKL is highly expressed in papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma and the clinical detection of CRKL is helpful to determine the surgical plan for papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate clinical effects and safety difference of cholesterol absorption inhibitor associated with atorvastatin for high dose on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and poor lipid controlling. Methods 240 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and poor lipid controlling were chosen and randomly divided into 3 groups including group A (80 patients)with atorvastatin for conventional dose,group B (80 patients)with atorvastatin for high dose and group C (80 patients)with atorvastatin for high dose associated with ezetimibe for cholesterol absorption inhibitor;and the compliance rate of total cholesterol (TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),serum lipids before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reaction of 3 groups were compared. Results The compliance rate of TC of group A,group B and group C were separately 40.00%(32/80),62.50%(50/80)and 96.25%(77/80);the compliance rate of LDL-C of group A,group B and group C were separately 51.25%(41/80),81.25%(65/80)and 98.75%(79/80);the compliance rate of TC and LDL-C of group C was significant better than that of group A and group B (χ2 =58.28,27.83,48.13,13.61,all P0.05).The incidences of adverse reaction of group A,group B and group C were separately 1.25%(1/80),3.75%(3/80)and 2.50%(2/80);there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction among 3 groups(χ2 =1.03,P>0.05).Conclusion Cholesterol absorption inhibitor associated with atorvastatin for high dose on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and poor lipid controlling can efficiently control blood lipid levels,improve compliance rate of blood lipids,and did not increase the risk of adverse reaction.

RESUMO

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Bupleurum injection external application applied to female genital condyloma accuminatum cases. [Methods] From January 2010 to June 2013,we studied 60 female genital condyloma accuminatum cases in the outpatient department of our hospital, these cases were randomly divided into two groups:group A(Bupleurum injection group) and group B(ShuRun suppository, namely a-2a interferon suppository group), the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. [Results] After treatment, group A,30 cases in al ,9 cases had complete recovery,12 cases had some effect,9 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 70%; group B,the total of 30 cases,6 cases had complete recovery, 7 cases had some effect, 17 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 43.3%, group A in the treatment of female genital condyloma acuminatum had better effect than the group B(P0.05). [Conclusion] Bupleurum injection for treating female genital condyloma acuminatum has better clinical efficacy, can be considered for clinical use.

ObjectiveTo explore the multidrug resistance(MDR) reversal activity of a novel compound liposome doxorubicin(PLD) and its mechanism.MethodsMTT assay was used to evaluate MDR reversal activity of PLD in P-gp expressing tumor cell lines,KBv200 and MCF-7/ADR.ResultsPLD had a strong reversal in vivo activity,recognized the strong reversal activity than verapamil reversal activity,in 5.0μmol/L concentration of multi-drug resistant cell KBv200 increased sensitivity to vincristine of 45 times.KBv200 PLD-dependent increased in intracellular concentration of rhodamine accumulation(0,2.5,5.0,10μmol/L).Mainly to its cardiac toxicity,bone marrow suppression and hair loss and other side effects were significantly reduced.ConclusionPLD was an efficient modulator,mainly through the continuous accumulation to tumor tissue,tumor local drug concentration,enhanced anti-tumor activity,

RESUMO

To obtain oleaginous yeast mutants with improved lipid production and growth rates, an atmospheric and room temperature plasma (ARTP) jet was used with a 96-well plate for high throughput screening. Mutants with changes in growth rates and lipid contents were obtained. At a lethality rate of 99%, the positive mutation rate of the yeast cells was 27.2% evaluated by the growth rates of the mutants and the comparison with the wild strain. The fermentation in a medium composed of yeast extract (10 g/L), peptone (10 g/L) and D-glucose (20 g/L) resulted in the lipid yield of the mutant (C4) with 4.07% (W/W) compared with that of the wild strain (1.87%).

Mussel adhesive proteins have attracted increasing interests for their potential use as environmentally friendly bioadhesives in medicine and aqueous conditions. In this study, surface coating analysis, quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), cell and bone tissue adhesion and cytotoxicity assay were used to study the properties of the Perna viridis foot proteins (Pvfp) extract as bioadhesive. The results of coating ability on various materials and QCM analysis revealed that Pvfp extract has comparable or superior adsorbtion ability to that of Cell-Tak (the naturally extracted MAP mixture from Mytilus edulis, and has been commercialized), and also, the cell adhesion ability of Pvfp extract was stronger than that of Cell-Tak and poly-L-lysine. No cytotoxicity was detected using human HeLa and 293T cells. Furthermore, broken bones of mouse could be stuck together by use of Pvfp extract. In bulk-scale adhesion tests, Pvfp extract showed much greater tensile strength than did fibrin glue for conglutinating poly (vinl chloride) sticks and for binding together pig's femur segments. These results suggested that Pvfp extract be an efficient cell and tissue adhesive in biotechnological application and it might be a potential bioadhesive in medical practice.
