OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of antiseptics in Anshen bunao oral liquid. METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of ace-tonitrile-0.05% phosphorice acid solution (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 236 nm,and column temperature was 30℃. The injection volume was 10μL. RESULTS:The linear range of benzoic acid and eth-ylparaben were 12.85-128.54 μg/mL(r=0.9999)and 4.05-40.48 μg/mL(r=0.9998),respectively. The limits of quantitation were 0.514,1.012 μg/mL. The limits of detection were 0.171,0.353 μg/mL. RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 1.0%. The recoveries were 99.38%-100.21%(RSD=0.31%,n=6),97.96%-100.72%(RSD=0.91%,n=6). CON-CLUSIONS:The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for content determination of antiseptics in Anshen bunao oral liq-uid.

Objective To analyse the changes of cerebral cortical thickness and explore the connectivity of cortical thickness and the clinical syndrome of concomitant strabismus using high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging.Methods Participants were 26 children with primary strabismus and 28 healthy children strictly matched for sex, age, education and socioeconomic level.By using Freesurfer software, the whole-brain-based analysis was perfomrmed to compare the cortical thickness between the two groups.Results Compared with the healthy control group the children with strabismus were found that the cerebral cortex became thinner, including these brain regions related with stereovision,advanced visual-attention,attention and executive control function,as well as brain areas in insula and cingulate circuit.Conclusion Concomitant strabismus in children are not only caused by pathological changes of extraocular muscles,but anatomical changes of the central nervous system, especially the brain areas involved in the advanced visual processing related with visual-motor and visual-attention, and the advanced cognitive brain regions associated with attention and executive control, as well as the anatomical changes in insula and cingulate cortex circuit, which can explain the clinical syndrome of children with concomitant strabismus.

OBJECTIVE:To analysis the therapeutic effect of Compound kushen injection as adjunctive treatment for breast cancer.METHODS:67 breast cancer patients in our department from Jan.1st,2007 to Jan.1st,2009 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35) and control group(n=32).Treatment group received standard chemotherapy with Compound kushen injection as adjunctive therapy and control group received standard chemotherapy only after modified radical mastectomy.RESULTS:The toxicity adverse reaction of treatment group were decreased significantly as compared with control group(P

Objective: Explore approaches to strengthening the ethical research on nursing management at grass-roots healthcare centers,to regulate the nursing care at grass-roots healthcare centers.Methods: Regulations,procedures and technology criteria are formulated based on the status quo and practical problems of grass-roots healthcare centers.Results: It is an effective way to improve the quality of hospital medical service by enhancing nursing management.Conclusion: It is necessary for enhancing overall nursing quality to take full advantage of nursing management skills,and improve nursing quality and management effect.
