RESUMO

Objective To explore the viral pathogen spectrum characteristics of acute intestinal infection in Hanzhong from 2019 to 2022. Methods Fecal samples from patients with acute intestinal infection in the outpatient clinic of 3201 Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were collected. Common enteroviruses such as enterovirus 71 (EV-A71), coxsackievirus 16 (CV-A16), CV-A10, CV-A6, CV-A2, CV-A4, and CV-B3 were detected and analyzed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results A total of 5 194 fecal samples were collected, and the positive rate of nucleic acid detection was 23.95%. In terms of the enteroviruses, the highest detection rate was 9.82% for EV-A71, followed by 4.58% for CV-A16 and 3.37% for CV-A6. The positive detection rate of common enteroviruses showed statistical difference among different age groups (P0.05). EV-A71 infection showed no seasonal characteristics, whereas the detection of CV-A16 and CV-A6 infections was concentrated in summer and autumn. There were 106 cases of mixed infection, and the prevalence rate was 2.04%, with EV-A71 and CV-A6 mixed infections accounting for the majority of cases. Conclusion The main pathogens of acute intestinal infections in the Hanzhong area from 2019 to 2022 are EV-A71, CV-A16, and CV-A6. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of acute intestinal infections in children aged 4 years and below.

RESUMO

@#Seven target compounds coupled by rhein and furoxan were synthesized and their chemical structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, and MS. All target compounds were evaluated for anti-proliferative activity against human hepatoma cells HepG2 and Bel-7402, human colon cancer cells HCT116, human osteosarcoma cells U2OS, drug-resistant cells Bel-7402/5-FU and normal hepatocytes cells LO2 in vitro by thiazolyl blue(MTT) colorimetry. The results indicated that all target compounds had more potent anti-proliferative activity than their parent compound rhein. Additionally, compound 4g had stronger proliferation inhibitory activity on HepG2, Bel-7402, U2OS and Bel-7402/5-FU,with little effect on the proliferation of normal cells, exhibiting selective inhibitory activity. Griess assay was used to measure the release of nitric oxide in vitro. Results showed that compound 4g could increase the releases NO in HepG2 cells, which may be associated with its antitumor effects. Furthermore, the antitumor activity of compound 4g was attenuated by NO scavenger (hemoglobin), which indicates that the antitumor activity of compound 4g may be partly related to the release of NO.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of the methods used by nurses verifying the nasogastric tube placement blinded inserted in adult, and to explore the best practice of nursing staff to verify the nasogastric tube placement. Methods We designed the questionnaire and conducted survey to the clinical nursing staff in accordance with the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses practice alert. Results Air bolus auscultation (70.53%,675/957) and aspirate appearance (68.97%,660/957) were the most used method during insertion procedure. There was insufficient in the cognition of X-ray as the gold standard and the use in clinical. The department, work years, specialist nursesand hospitallevel impact X-ray use(all P <0.05).Age, education, title, hospital level, specialist nurses and department impact the cognition of X-ray as the gold standard(all P <0.05). Conclusions Nurses still use the traditional methods to verify the nasogastric tube placement. There is a certain gap between clinical practice and AACN practice alert in themethods used to verify nasogastric tube placement. As the gold standard to verify gastric tube placement, the use and cognition of X-ray are impacted by many factors, including the department, specialist nurses, hospital level, et al. Therefore, hospital should establish a knowledge sharing platform, which will help to spread the advantages and disadvantages of various methods used in verifying the nasogastric tube placement, and then to strengthen the cognition with different people. Furthermore, based on potential influencing factors, it is necessary to further explore new bedside effective method of verifying the nasogastric tube placement and seek the best practice to validate the method of blind intubation of nasogastric tube.

RESUMO

N-Benzyl matrinol was obtained by hydrolysis, benzylation and reduction reaction from matrine. A series of hybrids (8a-8n) from (phenylsulfonyl)furoxan and N-benzyl matrinol were synthesized and biologically evaluated as anti-hepatocellular carcinoma agents. All target compounds were evaluated for anti-proliferative activity against human hepatocellular Bel-7402, SMMC-7721, Bel-7404, and HepG2 cells in vitro by MTT method. The results indicated that all of these compounds had potent anti-proliferative activity which were more potent than their parent compound and 5-FU, especially 8a-8h and 8j showed the strongest anti-HCC HepG2 cell activity with IC50 values of 0.12-0.93 μmol x L(-1).
