Objective To investigate the clinical effect of three capsule combined with Function injection combined with functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, the study group took orally hydrochloride capsule combined with joints injection combined with functional exercise therapy, and the control group only oral glucose capsules.two groups of patients after a period of treatment.ResultsIn the VAS score, lequesne index and serum inflammatory molecular level of the two groups were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionWhich the clinical study on treating of the knee osteoarthritis by using glucosamine capsule and injecting sodium hyaluronate combined with appropriate functional exercise has a significant effect on knee osteoarthritis, and more favorable in improving the quality of life of patients.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of Bifid triple viable capsule in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). METHODS:94 patients with UC were randomly divided into control group and research group. Control groups was given nutrition support,light diet and 5-amino salicylic acid and other conventional treatment;research group was additionally given 420 mg Bifid triple viable capsule,3 times aday. Treatment course for both group was 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy,and serum D-lac-tic acid,diamine oxidase(DAO)levels before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:The total effective rate in research group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Based on the conventional treatment,both the efficacy and safety of Bifid triple viable capsule are good in the treatment of UC.

OBJECTIVE:To study the features of ADR induced by anti-infective drugs and discuss the factors causing ADR.METHODS:A total of 142 ADR cases reported by our hospital in 2006 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients’ age and sex,drug kinds,route of administration and clinical manifestations etc.RESULTS:A total of 19 kinds of drugs were involved in the ADR,with cephalosporins took the lead,followed by quinolones,most of the drugs were given intravenously. Lesions of skin and the appendages were the chief manifestations of ADR.Of the total ADR cases,3 were serious.CONCLUSI-ON:ADR monitoring should be strengthened in using anti-infective drugs,especially for those hidden and chronic ADR.

Fluorogenic quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR) is an emerging technique with high specificity,susceptibility,automatism and has been widely used for the detection and quantification of microorganism,some genetic diseases and cancer.The design and establishment of standard FQ-PCR laboratory are required not only by gene expansion and diagnosis but also by biosafty and veracity.The aim of the paper is to introduce the structural characteristics,instruments requirement and comfort parameters of FQ-PCR laboratory.
