RESUMO

Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-152 in hepatocellular carcinoma, and analyze the correlation of miR-152 expression with the clinicopathological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients. Methods Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-152 in tissue specimens from HCC and the adjacent non-cancerous hepatic tissues collected from 56 patients who underwent surgical treatment for primary HCC. The association between the expression of miR-152 and the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of HCC patients was analyzed. Results The relative expression of miR-152 in hepatocellular carcinoma and corresponding adjacent non-carcinoma tissues were 0.616±0.041 and 0.768±0.042 (P=0.011). The expression of miR-152 was significantly associated with TNM stages (P=0.042), tumor differentiation (P=0.035), metastasis (P=0.048) and venous invasion (P=0.042). There was no significant association between the miR-152 expression and gender, age, AFP level, tumor number or tumor grade. The OS (P=0.035) and PFS (P=0.012) in the low miR-152 expression group were obviously shorter than those in the high miR-152 expression group. Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the low expression of miR-152, tumor recurrence and pathological classification were significant independent prognostic factors for the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Conclusion The expression of miR-152 is decreased in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues, and the low expression of miR-152 is significantly associated with TNM stages, tumor differentiation, metastasis, venous invasion and the prognosis of HCC patients.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the social support characteristics of Chinese military men and their relationship with depression. Methods A total of 10,505 officers and soldiers from navy, army, air force, and armed police was performed the questionnaire survey by using the Military Men Social Support Rate Scale. The SPSS18.0 software was used for conducting the data statistical analysis. Results High utilization rate existed in the Chinese military men.The help almost could be gotten from the organization or relatives and friends when facing the difficulties;the social support of armed police was higher than that of army, navy and air force; The subjective support of officers was higher than that of soldiers and sergeants;the objective support were lower than those of officers and soldiers;the subjective support and support availability in the soldiers aged below 20 were higher than those in soldiers aged above 20.The social support of military men showed a significantly negative correlation with depression(r=0.376,P<0.01).Condusion The higher the social support of military, the smaller the suffering from depression.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the relationship among stressful life events ,social support and depression through researc‐hing a large number of Chinese army men ,then discovered the social psychological mechanism of the depression .Methods 11 ,400 officers and soldiers were tested with three scales ,the center for epidemiologic studies depression scale ,life events scale and social support scale .The differences between groups were determined with the variance ,SPSS 18 .0 software and AMOS7 .0 were used to analyse and build model .In addition ,we built the path model of life events and social support on depression with AMOS 7 .0 soft‐ware .Results (1)There is a significant positive correlation between Chinese soldiers depression levels and life events (r=0 .382 , P<0 .01) .(2) There is a significant negative correlation between Chinese soldiers depression levels and the social support (r= -0 .379 ,P<0 .01) .(3) It was established the path model of life events ,the social support and depressive symptom level .Con‐clusion Depressive symptom is related to the military life events ,which may predict the occurrence of the depression .Moreover ,so‐cial support ,a protective factor for mental health ,can relieve the depression of officers and men .

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo study the effect of adaptive group psychological training on mental quality and emotion of soldiers.MethodsA total of 48 soldiers ( experiment group) received group psychological training and read a textbook,Mental Quality Training for soldiers, for 3 months, and the other 45 soldiers served as control group.Armyman mental quality inventory (AMQI),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and state-trait anxiety inventory(STAI) were employed to evaluate the mental quality and emotion of soldiers before and after training. All data were analyzed by paired-sample t test. Results ①As compared with pre-training,the AMQI scores of training group increased significantly in bravery ( 71.50 ± 9.59 ),self-confidence ( 68.24 ± 8.36 ),aptitude ( 74.54 ± 10.81 ),loyalty(75.29 ± 8.08 ) and general score ( 359.07 ± 20.30 ) (P < 0.05,P < 0.01 ) ; and no significant difference were found in those of control group(P > 0.05 ).②When compared with pre-training,the scores of SDS (39.00 ±8.38),SAI(40.14 ±9.92),TAI(41.16 ±7.47) and STAI(81.30 ± 12.52) of training group decreased significantly (P < 0.05,P< 0.01 ) ; and no significant difference was found in those of control group(P >0.05 ).ConclusionGroup psychological training can improve mental quality of soldiers, which is helpful to relax anxiety and depression of soldiers.
