RESUMO
Antrochoanal polyps is a unilateral and benign tumor of the maxillary sinus occuring in children and young adults. We report four cases of antrochoanal polyps with posterieur extension to the nasopharynx, diagnose by endoscopy and comuted tomography. Three patients complained of dyspnea and one suffering from snoring, obstructive sleep apnoea. Treatment involved endoscopic sinus surgery. The postoperative results have been satisfactory
